Nous nous sommes bien plu dans ce logement, simple, bien situé, calme, prêt de la mer, parking proche, commerce a côté et surtout grande variété de restaurants a tout les prix. Ayant pas mal voyagé je donne une bonne note .

Lovely apartment in an excellent location within easy walking distance of the sea front, ample free parking just outside the gate of the complex and within 3 mins walk of the bus stop to Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos. Had a most enjoyable 10 days. Thank you Boris.

Spent 1 month at Robertos Apartment and had a very good holiday. Apartment could do with a little updating but it was very clean and extremely well equipped. Lovely view from the balcony which gets late afternoon sun. Roberto was very responsive and I would recommend this lovely apartment to all 😊😊😊

The apartment is lovely, some small hill walking to the beach. The apartment is in a good location and the pool area is good. No air con so I’d say it would get hot in the summer. The balcony doesn’t get the sun, which suited us. The apartment was clean and has some good facilities including washing machine and big fridge / freezer. Alex (the host) was very responsive. I would recommend the apartment.

The accommodation was perfect, and I highly recommend it for families with children. Inside the apartment, there was a high chair, a crib, and even some toys. The bedroom has a great wardrobe that can be used as a changing table for babies, making it ideal for smaller children. Outside, there is a pool, but it is not heated, so it's more suitable for adults. Otherwise, the accommodation was very clean, and Andrea was very responsive she always replied almost immediately, even in the evening. I also highly recommend this place for people working remotely. The internet connection was excellent, even for video calls (developers, etc.). There is a monitor available, but be aware—you need to bring your own HDMI cable, as it is not provided. We stayed here for two months, and I would have gladly stayed even longer. The complex is mostly occupied by older people, so it is very peaceful.

Nuestra estancia en la casa de Ernesto fue simplemente perfecta. El apartamento cuenta con una ubicación inmejorable, a pocos minutos caminando de la playa, restaurantes y cafeterías. Es muy luminoso, acogedor y está equipado con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Ernesto, además de ser muy amigable y atento, nos brindó excelentes recomendaciones de lugares para comer en la zona y sitios imperdibles para visitar en la isla, lo cual hizo nuestra experiencia aún más especial. No tengo absolutamente nada negativo que mencionar. Mi estancia en El Médano fue maravillosa, ¡sin duda repetiría!

A szállás környéke csendes, de gyorsan elérhető a part, ahol minden megtalálható. Az apartmanban a bejutás könnyű és rugalmas. Az apartmanban rengeteg a parkolóhely, a vállfa (nőként ez nekem nagyon fontos). A konyha nem csak eszközökkel, de fűszerekkel is jól felszerelt. A terasz kellően nagy. A kilátás gyönyörű. Ha szeretnék találni egy negatívumot, az ágy puha (amit persze valaki így szeret), de a kanapé ezt is megoldja. Mindent köszönünk.

Ines ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Insgesamt lief alles sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus mit dem beheizten Pool und dem Blick aufs Meer ist sehr schön. Lediglich ein bisschen mehr Geschirr, Schneidebretter, etc. wäre nicht schlecht.

Vi boede i huset i fire uger, og vi nød hver eneste dag. Udsigten fra tagterrassen er fantastisk. Fasnia er også en rigtig skøn og rolig by. Vores børn elskede at være på legeplads, vi handlede hos den lokale købmand og elskede roen og det lokale liv. Du skal helt sikkert rejse til Fasnia, hvis du ligesom os vil opleve det autentiske Tenerife langt væk fra massetourismen. På kølige dage kørte vi på ture til varmere områder på øen, mens ellers nød vi livet på bjerget i Fasnia.

Wir waren eine ca. Woche in der Unterkunft. Nach der Buchung meldete sich der Gastgeber schnell bei uns und auch die weitere Kommunikation erfolgte stets zügig und zuvorkommend. Nach einem unkomplizierten Check-In fanden wir eine saubere und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung vor. Zu Fuß war es etwa eine halbe Stunde zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren jedoch fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war auf den Balkon und im Hauptschlafzimmer aufgrund der angrenzenden Straße teilweise recht laut. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Casa in buono stato adatta per famiglie o gruppi, ottima posizione se ci si sposta in auto essendo vicina all’ autostrada ma in quartiere residenziale. Unica pecca interna la cameretta davanti il bagno.

Very nice and clean place - exceptionally nice host. Jose was very responsive and helpful with all requests, he also called us a taxi in the morning of departure. If we come back to the island, we will stay here again. Perfect for a short trip. Thank you Jose!

Wir haben eine wundervolle, erholsame Zeit in diesem abgelegenen Paradies verbracht. Der Kamin war abends unser Highlight und die Terrasse ein perfekter Ort, um die Morgens- und Mittagssonne zu genießen. Da der Ferienort etwas abgelegen liegt, ist ein Auto definitiv empfehlenswert, um die Umgebung zu erkunden und die Anreise zu erleichtern. Vielen Dank für alles! We had a wonderful, relaxing time in this secluded paradise. The fireplace was our highlight in the evenings, and the terrace was a perfect place to enjoy the morning and midday sun. As the resort is somewhat remote, a car is definitely recommended both to explore the surroundings and for easier access. Thank you for everything!

Eine wunderbare Möglichkeit mit vielen Leuten direkt am Strand zu wohnen. Es ist so viel Platz, dass alle ihre Ecke finden, wenn man nicht gerade was zusammen machen möchte. Der Olivenbaum im Hof ist einfach traumhaft. Das eher traditionelle Ambiente muss man mögen, aber uns hat es gefallen. die Bilder der Annonce sind aussagekräftig. Es sieht auf jeden Fall nicht aus wie im Ikea Katalog 😁 Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit und würden wieder kommen!

Just back from a very relaxing week at Maria's place. Was exactly what we wanted and expected, homely and private with a really good pool area. We made most use of the patio and garden at the rear which offered sun, shade and a great place to relax. Maria was a fabulous host and went above and beyond.

Prachtige vakantie gehad in dit goed onderhouden en proper appartement. Rocas Del Mar is een mooi vakantie complex met een prachtig zwembad met zicht op de oceaan. Ook waren wij zeer tevreden met de ontvangst van onze host Luca . Goede uitleg gekregen over de accommodatie en de omgeving . Luca is steeds bereikbaar indien dat nodig moest zijn . Wij hebben een fijne vakantie gehad .

Velká spokojenost! Ubytování bylo naprosto dostačující pro dvě osoby, čisté a útulné. Hned při příjezdu nás mile přivítali a po celý pobyt se starali o to, abychom se cítili co nejlépe. Krásný výhled na západ slunce byl opravdu jedinečný a dodal naší dovolené nezapomenutelnou atmosféru. Celkově vše splnilo naše očekávání a vytvořilo perfektní prostředí pro příjemnou a odpočinkovou dovolenou. Rádi se vrátíme!

Vanessa our host was amazing! She answered all our questions within minutes, and was extremely friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was just like the photos, well presented and lots of extras in the kitchen, coffee machine, toastie maker etc. Even a welcome basket with some coffee, tea, bread rolls to get you started as soon as you arrived. Very thoughtful. We thoroughly enjoy our stay, and would definitely recommend. Thanks Vanessa for a wonderful holiday! Ruth and Simon.

Good apartment, beautiful pool area – fantastic location! Effective Communication: We received clear instructions on finding the apartment and accessing it. Prime Location: Situated right in the heart of everything, yet remarkably tranquil. Balcony Bliss: The apartment’s sunny balcony boasts lovely furniture and stunning views. 🌞 🏖️

De accommodatie was geweldig voor ons. In een rustige buurt en van alle gemakken voorzien. Privé zonneterras, zwembad, en alle voorzieningen in het appartement en ruim op gezet. Zee, restaurants en bars op loop afstand. zijn zeer tevreden over communicatie.

This place is the best place so far. We have been to Tenerife 5 times. Will definitely come back. Thanks!
