John and Candy were excellent and very friendly communicative even before our reservation! They messaged us the day after we checked-in and made sure we were comfortable in their airbnb and were incredibly accommodating. The space was beautiful, spacious, great natural lighting, lots of parking, and it had everything we needed and more to enjoy our stay. We loved our experience!

It was beautiful cute and cozy! Walkable to a lot of restaurants downtown.

Improvements made to home we stayed at before. Ranch house had everything we needed plus air fryer, rice cooker, electric tea kettle in the kitchen. Roomy living room. 4 good size bedrooms.

My friends and I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We especially appreciated the 11 AM checkout time, which allowed us to have a relaxed morning after breakfast. Alexandra‘s kindness and the beautifully decorated interior made our stay even more pleasant. We truly enjoyed our time there.

Great place for my family of three + dog when we were in town for a wedding. Sandy and Terry were great communicators and we had an easy time checking in and out. Would stay there again!

Our stay at Chuchu’s place was phenomenal. We had a wonderful time and the location went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. Chuchu was responsive, kind, and was amazing. What a perfect place for our family. The living areas were very spacious and bathrooms very nice. Comfy beds. Tons of closet space. Great living/dining/kitchen area. Outdoor living and recreation area made this home even more special. The neighborhood is well-located and convenient to everything. Our hosts Diana and Rob were super helpful with instructions and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Tower 17 Properties does a great job keeping its properties clean and well maintained. The house was right next to the beach, great amenities, peaceful area, and scenery cannot be beat. They communicated well before and during our stay to ensure we were informed and knew exactly what to do and how to find things. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend their properties.

Our trip to Long Beach was nice. It is a busy neighborhood with limited parking. It was nice to have a reserved parking spot at the rear of the property near the garage to avoid trying to park on the street. The beach is only a 1 -1/2 block walk. 2nd street is close by and there are many eating options available. Dog beach is close by if you have a dog. For me it was a golfing trip and hoping to do it again next year.
