This was our best Airbnb experience. It felt like our own personal luxury hotel. It was exactly as pictured and the pictures are probably even understated. It is very spacious and was very clean and well stocked. Walking out from the pool directly the beach is a huge bonus, especially for those traveling with kids. There are a few restaurants within a short walking distance. Use of pool and beach toys are also included. We really didn’t lack for anything the entire stay. Highly recommend.

The most beautiful view as you are on the top corner of the building towards the ocean! Very responsive and helpful!

Beautiful place and amazing staff. Pool was so refreshing and always spotless. Staff were very attentive and willing to please. Amazing location and an easy walk to the beach and delicious local restaurants. Definitely recommend and will hopefully be revisiting soon.

Beautiful ocean view away from the hustle and bustle. Be prepared for an accurate description of the driveway. Renting ATVs is the best transportation. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony and appreciated the suggestions from the hosts. The place had a surprisingly comfortable foldable couch that we laid in and watched the birds from. Will return!

A very cozy place, perfect for relaxing, filled with nature right in front of the sea. It is very peaceful, clean, and has spaces for meditation, yoga practice, and a pool. The restaurant at Hotel Trópico Latino is excellent, and there are supermarkets and local restaurants nearby. Additionally, it has ample parking and good security. Sebastián was always attentive and very kind. I recommend it 100% for a romantic getaway or a solo trip to the beach. The accommodation is just 15 meters from the beach, so you can practically sleep to the sound of the waves. I hope to return soon!

Overall great place. Would stay here again. The balcony is basically shaded all day which I liked. There are plenty of other places at the pool or beach with Sunshine! Also, there is a full view of the pool from the balcony so I could watch the kids from there as well as a descent view of the beach and ocean. Washer and dryer in the condo was a big plus.

Staying at Marie’s place is likely the best decision you can make if you want to immerse yourself with the Carribean coast and culture of Costa Rica. Surrounded by the ocean, the jungle and a few restaurants, you will be hearing a beautiful cacophony of birds, howling monkeys and reggea when sitting on the colonial veranda. Generous is not only the space itself, but in particular its owner Jerome. He’s the kind of soul who gives your journey some unexpected twists when he shares recommendations for spots and guides that you would miss otherwise. It’s just a week ago but we already reminisce about the time we spent there. Full recommendation!

Due to an unfortunate issue with our original place to stay, we had to make a last minute pivot. We were so grateful to have found Richard’s place and his incredible hospitality. This place is toward the north part of the town, so it felt much less crowded and it was particularly quiet at night. All we heard were the waves and an occasional lizard on the roof! 😂 We cooked most of our meals at the property, and the kitchen setup worked great. The instant beach access was amazing, and the ability to come back and relax in the hammocks and at the table/couch area in the shade was also a giant perk. Maria cleaned the place each day, which was also a bonus and an example of their wonderful care. It’s located beside a cafe, which does mean more people nearby at times, but it also means quick access to food/drink. Aside from the first evening when a DJ was playing at the cafe (Sunday funday!), it was a quiet and peaceful place to relax and enjoy a beautiful location. Many thanks!

My husband and I and our 4 kids LOVED this house. We spent a week there and it was perfect for us. The beach was amazing - great for swimming and playing at high tide and great for walking at low tide. The house had chairs and boogie boards we enjoyed. The pool was awesome. The views of the pool and beach from the deck great. We really appreciated the AC and the ice maker when it was hot outside. House was clean and comfortable. Really cannot say enough how much we loved this location and house.

Sabine and Nico were very kind and cordial hosts, answering any questions and responding to any needs asap. The pool was a very nice addition after coming in from the beach just across the street. Outside grill by pool was a nice touch. Directions using Wave or Google Maps was easy enough to find. The area is very quiet, calm and not at all touristy which is what we were after! Would recommend and stay again.

We LOVED our stay at Villa Neptune. The outside area with the pool was perfect for the very hot Costa Rica days. The pictures are exactly what the property is. The beach is right across the street and almost always empty. Conchal beach is about a 15 min walk. Definitely worth a visit! You are surrounded by local Costa Ricans, not a tourist attraction at all and that is what we preferred. Plenty of touristy things to do not too far from the house. The best thing that came with this house was the caretaker, Vidal! He was a huge asset to us. He used to work as a tourist guide so he can direct you and help you pick your excursions. He drove us places several times when asked and he was even our own personal guide for a day at Diamanté. He rented a shuttle, bc their were 8 of us, and drove us all over the country. He set my family up on a snorkeling adventure and they had the best morning! This is not something most airbnbs have access too! Muriel will send you everything you need

Chozas Tranquilas was just as listed. Check in was easy and Spencer was responsive and made sure we had what we needed. The property was quiet and safe and we loved the gated property as it felt like we had our own piece of paradise. Easy to walk to town, quick drive to grocery store, and plenty of tasty restaurants, bars and stores nearby. The apartment was as listed. Had all the basic amenities to spend a few days and cook a few simple meals. The only thing was any time we tried to use more than one kitchen device (hot plate and coffee maker/toaster oven/microwave) would overload and turn off. But we learned quick to use one appliance at a time and it went fine. Super clean, and well kept. We ended up forgetting something after check out and messaged Spencer and he went to find it right away and let us back in to grab it. Great stay a d great host!

I had an amazing stay , located right on the beachfront. The location is unbeatable, with stunning ocean views and direct access to the beach—it’s perfect for anyone looking to relax by the water. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway by the sea, is the perfect choice.

We absolutely loved staying at Johnny's place! After the first quiet, comfortable night as we lingered over coffee on the patio watching the hummingbirds, we decided to change our plans and stay a little longer. The house is beautiful and has everything you could need provided. We especially loved all the outdoor space and spending evenings watching birds with drinks on the rooftop (we saw Yellow Throated Toucans and Montezuma Oropendola right from the deck!). The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. 15/10 we'll be back!

David was a perfect host. Responsive and helpful. Beautiful location. Newly renovated condominium with everything needed for our stay. BBQ was clean. Good quality linen and furniture. Beach chairs with umbrella in condo. Highly recommended

Vincent’s apartment is very comfortable,clean and in a good location. The kitchen was one the the best stocked one we have ever stayed in. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone, with one exception. If you have mobility problems, there are 51 stairs from the front gate to the upstairs bedrooms. Wasn’t an issue for us. 😊

Excellent hosts and perfect apartment! Everything was super clean and organized and we had a perfect stay. The apartment is great for a group and has beautiful views of Conchal. Had an excellent stay!

Lugar hermoso para pasar en familia, a pocos pasos de la playa para salir a caminar a primera hora en la mañana, piscinas hermosas y seguras para estar con los niños, la atención de William excelente, solo lagunas cositas que se pueden mejorar como por ejemplo, el ac de la habitación principal tiene un sonido que es un poco molesto. Pero dejando de lado estás cositas el lugar es excelente para vacacionar por varios días y sus anfitriones 10/10.

Raymond was a very good host. There were a couple of issues but Raymond's response was timely in handling them. 10 minute walk into town if you want to get your steps in. Will stay again. Thanks, Nelson

We absolutely loved Jill’s place and felt right at home! We loved the location and the amazing deck and view. Jill responded promptly to every message we sent and her property manager Jatniel was awesome! The security and maintenance staff were incredible and the pool was impeccable! We loved every minute and hope to be back soon!
