The condominium complex is very nice and family friendly. Jim was very helpful and extremely prompt on any requests and guidance for the area.

Très beau logement. N’hésitez pas à réserver. Super bien situé. À distance de marche des commerces dont l’épicerie, restos et plage. La piscine est très pratique avec les enfants; elle est située à l’ombre en pm. L’appartement était propre et ressemblait aux photos. Les hôtes répondent rapidement à vos questions. Je recommande ce logement à tous! Un petit coin de paradis.

Bonita casa , en mi caso fui a un concierto en parque vivas y me quedo muy cerca. Todo limpio y ordenado y tenías de todo si quieres cocinar

We have an incredible stay at Villa Tranquila. The pool and patio area are private, spacious and offer a stunning view of Playa Hermosa. The house was very clean with spotless tile flooring throughout, large en-suite bathrooms, very well stocked kitchen and supplies. Deborah was quick to respond to things that came up - the safe was repaired quickly and an empty propane tank was replaced within minutes of reporting it. Deborah gave us ideas on activities and restaurants and Fernando the property manager is friendly and cheerful. I agree with others that a 4 wheel drive vehicle is needed for steep streets. We will recommend this property to others and will stay here again if we ever return to Costa Rica.

Our stay in Nosara was absolutely perfect! The property is stunning, with gorgeous common areas that make it easy to relax and soak in the tropical vibes. The path to the beach is incredible—just a short walk through beautiful nature, where we spotted amazing wildlife along the way. The location couldn’t be better—so close to the beach, yet also just a short walking distance from great restaurants and shops. We loved biking through the maritime forest, exploring the area, and taking in the natural beauty all around. The pool is one of the best we’ve experienced, thoughtfully set up for a seamless transition from the beach. Beyond the incredible setting, our stay was comfortable, safe, and truly rejuvenating. It warmed our bones and our hearts, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this special place!

This home was wonderful! So spacious, extremely clean, and completely stocked with everything you could need. Lizbeth was extremely responsive, kind, friendly, and helpful. She went above and beyond! For the price, the property exceeds expectations.

One of the nicer places in this price range I’ve stayed in. Host was very helpful and communicative with any questions! Felt right at home and the building was very private and just far enough from the town core but still within a very good walking distance. Would highly recommend!!!

La estancia fue muy placentera y cómoda. Me encantó la ubicación y las amenidades del lugar. La cocina está muy bien equipada y las habitaciones son amplias y bonitas. Great 2 bedroom place to stay in Jaco. Located in a good central spot a brief walk away from the beach. Air conditioning but no hot water for showers. Very clean only thing to be aware of is the bar across the street that plays music til 12:00-2:00am. Bar Oz across the street is very fun, worth checking out

The house was beautiful, just like the photos. Our host Fabrizio was outstanding! He was so extremely helpful throughout our whole stay. The house is close to the main street so, we didn't have to go far to the grocery store or restaurants. We opted not to rent a car and use Uber. That was wonderful, the only issue was some drivers weren't extremely familiar with the address but when we learned to tell tell them, when you go up the hill make the first left, it was much easier. Overall, wonderful and relaxing stay. Thank you!

Excellent place, host, and location. My in-laws, my partner, our two pets and I felt right at home and Roxy went out of her way to make we had everything we needed. Walking distance to excellent restaurants and nice neighborhood to walk around. I really enjoyed sitting in the backyard. Roxy has some beautiful trees and comfortable furniture, very well laid out. Would definite stay again.

El condominio se encuentra en una muy buena ubicación cerca de Restaurantes y Playas de la zona.El lugar es tranquilo y se puede descansar bien.

Alles war super, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr unkompliziert. Wir würden es definitiv wieder buchen!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mira’s place! It was spacious, clean and had all the needed amenities. The pool was excellent. Great location - walkable to the beach and places to eat.

As a host myself, I can tell you that you will not find a more responsive Host then Fernando As he lives next door So with Couple issues I've had He was very quick to respond And do fix the situation. So I am confident that he will be a great host And I recommend the place if you have any business to do around there as it is a quiet spot and there's a swimming pool 50 ft in front of The door. best of luck Fernando keep up the good work

Wonderful home and great place to relax after a day full of adventure. Only 30 minutes away from la fortuna. Carol was very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had.

April is super responsive, flexible, and helpful. The condo was clean, well appointed, full kitchen, internet fast, views are gorgeous and even better from the pool. It's a great base for surfing and exploring or just hanging and working.

We had the absolute perfect stay at Shannon's beautiful property in Playa Hermosa! The view from the primary bedroom on the second floor was sublime and the pictures of the listing do not do it justice! Pristine linens, clean, quiet, private, and a great kitchen to cook if you wanted to do so! Awesome plunge pool off the first floor balcony! We didn't cook much but explored some of the local restaurants - the ceviches at Marisco on the beach was amazing and the best I had in Costa Rica! Pura Vida Juice Bar for great healthy smoothies and Ginger for great cocktails and small appetizers plates! The property is located with an easy walk to the beautiful uncrowded, calm beach, perfect for swimming and cooling off. Shannon and Michael were the perfect hosts, always helpful, and available to answer any question!
