Costa Verde : locations de vacances en bord de mer

Die Lage ist einzigartig und da wir auch Glück mit dem Wetter hatten, konnten wir das Meer fast allein genießen! Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge in der Nähe. Das Haus selbst war für drei Personen in Ordnung, einiges könnte sicher erneuert werden. Auch das Gelände um das Haus hatte seine besten Zeiten hinter sich. Wir hatten aber eine wunderbare Zeit an diesem herrlichen Ort und kommen definitv noch einmal hierher!

Wir haben einen perfekten Urlaub in Marcos Haus verbracht. Alles hat den Beschreibungen und den Fotos aus dem Inserat entsprochen. Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten mit Außendusche, Außenküche mit Webergrill und separater Waschküche . Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Matratzen im Bett sehr bequem! Wir konnten alle Mahlzeiten auf der wunderschönen, ruhigen Terrasse einnehmen . Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Süden Sardiniens! Der wunderschöne Strand ist innerhalb 1 Minute zu erreichen und ermöglicht lange Strandspaziergänge. Marco ist ein sehr zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der immer innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!

Hello Claudia, thanks you again for the location of your beautifull house, just by the wildest and purest beach we never saw. It was the perfect place to walk along the sea, swim in the idyllic landscape around and look the stars after the fall of the night. We hope to come back, maybe next year !

staying in poetto was wonderful. access to the beach was 4 minutes away and also the bus into the city could be picked up right along the beach. the house was very nice and accommodated our group very well. I would recommend bringing mosquito repellent or purchasing when arriving as we did get bit up with being outside and from opening up the doors to the house at different times. Andrea's co- host, Daniela was very helpful and welcoming and was the primary point of contact during our visit. we had a great time and would love to come back!

A magical villa in a magical location with a magical host! To begin with the host, Paolo is the most incredible host, available, accommodating, interesting and always providing fantastic and useful recommendations. He is more than a host, he is now a friend! The villa is spectacular. The view is impossibly beautiful from the balcony, where you can have meals/coffees with your family on the picnic table and soak it all in. The inside of the house is a very high standard, with everything we needed and a kitchen where we were able to cook nice meals every night. The village is lovely, the Palmira market store is full of super helpful employees and have a great local selection of pastries as well. The beach right next to the villa is world class and if you want to explore other beaches (each different beach had a pleasant uniqueness), there are several within 5-15 minutes drive. We will be back. 6 stars out of 5

Fin dal check-in si sono premurati di venirci incontro avendo due bambini piccoli. La villa, il giardino, il terrazzo, la vicinanza dal mare raggiungibile in pochi secondi sono superiori all’aspettativa, le foto non riescono a rendere giustizia allo splendido contesto. I proprietari presenti al piano di sotto si sono dimostrati gentili, disponibili e riservati fino a offrirci un delizioso maialino allo spiedo l’ultima sera. Torneremo senz’altro quanto prima, grazie!

Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten, preis-Leistung unschlagbar, man hört das Meer rauschen, so nah ist es, sehr nette Gastgeber.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Vincenzo war sehr schön. Er selbst war beim Check-In nicht da, hat aber alles sehr gut organisiert. Wir kamen sehr spät an. War überhaupt kein Problem. Seine Mama und Freunde der Familie haben uns total herzlich empfangen und alles erklärt. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Meer. Abends kann man den wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon oder direkt unten am Strand genießen. In der Nähe gibt es Klippen. Unbedingt einen Spaziergang dahin machen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt🤩

La casa è posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, è presente un supermercato a circa 200 metri e alcune pizzerie e bar a circa 10 minuti a piedi. La piscina è veramente molto grande, la porta sul mare è fantastica e il mare è ottimo per un tuffo rinfrescante o per fare snorkeling. L’ alloggio è molto comodo, ed è presente un grande soggiorno dal quale è possibile vedere il mare. Anna Rita e Riccardo sono stati degli ottimi host sempre disponibili per ogni richiesta o informazione.

First of all, Mario is a ‘very’ good man, you don’t come across people like him every day, salt of the earth! First impressions he was like a friend I hadn’t seen for years, which made settling into chez t’il comforting that resonated on levels that were right up there! Mario has a beautiful home, ‘super’ cozy and quaint, just like you would find in the countryside of a French home… From the pictures on the walls to the ornaments, his place really does feel special! Mario showed us around, explained things with care, everything was great! Everything was clean, did I say that his place was ‘super’ cozy? We had everything that we needed in there, in the bathroom, all the utensils, crockery, pots & pans etc., that we needed, bbq facilities outside! We had a bbq every day, it was amazing sitting outside eating! The beach was a few minutes beautiful walk away and the beach is absolutely beautiful!l 5 minutes drive away are some beautiful restaurants and supermarkets! Grazie Mario

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

Den Sommer nochmals genossen im ruhigen und sauberen Reihenhaus mit dem Wintergarten und der Terrasse auf 2 Seiten. Ebenfalls den nahen Sandstrand mit dem flachen Ufer und das Schnorcheln. Der Supermarkt war leider bereits geschlossen, aber in Pula konnte gut eingekauft werden. Danke dir nochmals Sabrina!

Un emplacement de rêve, le paradis. La mer est Accessible à pied , le jardin est bien entretenu. Antonella est adorable et très disponible. Le seul bémol de la maison est les ustensiles de cuisine, Gabriele a été réactif à tous nos messages et requêtes. Je vous conseille vivement cette maison .

Vor allem die Sauberkeit, die freundliche Kommunikation mit Dir, die absolut ruhige Lage sind Dinge, die hervorgehoben werden müssen. Es ist schön, solche Kleinode zu finden. Wir kommen wieder. Ich konnte mich so richtig erholen. Kleines Bungalow in einem Pinienwald. Es ist etwas abgelegen von allem aber die Bushaltestelle befindet sich 2 min vom Zimmer entfernt. Wer abschalten will, ist dort genau richtig.

The house & beautiful garden are brilliant in every way.There is absolutely everything you need and more for a perfect,relaxing holiday-which we had.The house is modern,bright&pristine with great attention to detail throughout. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt in diesem kleinen Paradies. Das Haus verfügt über eine grosse und gut eingerichtete Wohnküche, ein Schlafzimmer und ein kleineres Zimmer, sowie ein kleines Bad. Alles sehr sauber und funktional, für Personen über 180cm allerdings nicht so vorteilhaft. Die Lage direkt am Strand und so nah beim Wasser ist unbezahlbar. Mit dem Meeresrauschen einschlafen und aufwachen, schwimmen, schnorcheln, stundenlang am Strand entlang laufen, das ist Urlaub pur. Auch gibt es in der Umgebung vieles zu erkunden, zudem tolle Restaurants, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles top. Unser Highlight war aber sicher der Besuch der Delphine am ersten Tag, während wir auf der Veranda unseren Apéro genossen, tummelten sich zwei Tiere in der Bucht, unbeschreiblich. Wir waren Ende Saison da, die Bars/Cafes am Strand waren bereits geschlossen, Leute hatte es kaum mehr. Rundum glücklich sind wir nach Hause zurückgekehrt. DANKE Valentina und Enzo!

Flavio e Maria sono molto accoglienti e hanno sempre risposto e cercato di soddisfare ogni richiesta sia sulle informazioni locali che pratiche! Il posto è molto suggestivo di fronte al mare aperto, appena attraversato la strada si trovano calette tra gli scogli dove stare, e a pochi minuti si trova la spiaggia dorata di Pistis. Stavamo cercando un luogo silenzioso a contatto con la natura marina, che comunque ci permettesse spostamenti per visitare le aree della zona e questo ha le caratteristiche per godere sia del mare che spostarsi nella vicina Otranto, penisola del Sinis, Cabras e tutta la costa Verde con la sua meravigliosa natura selvaggia ! Lo consiglio a chi ama scoprire queste zone

Vacanza programmata per incontrare il figlio che risiede negli Stati Uniti ma possiede una casa in zona. Bell'appartamento, ben organizzato, sufficientemente fresco anche nelle giornate più calde (sino a 36 °C), tanto che abbiamo acceso i condizionatori solo una-due volte per rinfrescarlo prima di andare a dormire. Molto pratica e ben fornita la cucina dotata di un ampio frigorifero, bagno ben organizzato, possibilità di fare la doccia sia fredda che calda anche nel piccolo giardino esterno. Località tranquilla, parcheggio privato, bella spiaggia nelle immediate vicinanze raggiungibile a piedi. Host disponibile e gentile. Non abbiamo avuto la necessità di contattarla durante il soggiorno, ed è cortesemente venuta a salutarci alla partenza.

Die Villa Hermosa wird ihrem Namen absolut gerecht. Haus und Lage - beides ist wunderschön. Das Haus hat traditionellen Charme und war gut ausgestattet für unsere Familie mit 8 Personen: Genügend Geschirr und Kochutensilien, geräumige Zimmer mit Ablagemöglichkeiten, ausreichend Duschtücher, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit genügend Sitzgelegenheiten und einem grossen Esstisch. (Tolles Extra: Die Waschmaschine!) Die meiste Zeit haben wir auf der grossen Terrasse mit dem wundervollen Meerblick verbracht oder am Strand, der in 5-10 Minuten Gehdistanz schräg unterhalb des Hauses liegt. Der Strand liegt in einer kleinen Bucht, hat einen flachen Einstieg ins Meer (ideal für Kinder) und zwei sympathische Strandbars mit guten Snacks (eine hat Ende September bereits geschlossen). Der Ort Torre delle Stelle hat eine handvoll netter Restaurants und zwei kleine Supermärkte sowie einen Fischladen. Ausser ein Restaurant sind diese Angebote nicht zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir haben die Ferien sehr genossen!
