myself and my wife stayed in early October 2024. Massimiliana's place is in a great location. It is close to the beach, bakers and local restaurants but also quiet and peaceful. The free parking is a real bonus. Massy, gave clear instructions including photos to help with our arrival and she met us to show us around. The apartment was very clean and a good size for us. The Kitchen was well stocked with crockery and utensils, a microwave would have been a bonus but we managed easily with the hob. The fridge freezer was new. Cleaning materials and rubbish bags were provided and there was also a washing machine, which was spotless and worked really well. Massy even provided pegs ! The double bed is comfortable and there were bedside tables with nearby plugs and a large wardrobe in both rooms to keep things tidy. Breakfast at Sunrise on the terrace was beautiful and there is also a BBQ in the garden. I would definitely recommend Massy's place if you are visiting this area.

Casa Cannas è un gioiellino d'altri tempi nel centro di Villaputzu. Ilaria è stata un host straordinaria, che ci ha fatto sentire come se fossimo a casa di un qualche parente di zona e ci ha accolti con un'inaspettata colazione di benvenuto con prodotti locali e fatti in casa. Consigliatissimo!

Simone and Erika’s house is beautiful, spacious, clean, by the sea, big garden. A perfect relaxing place for holidays close to nice beaches. We would of like to have all the rules before arrival as there are quite a few and if you don’t follow all the rules you would get charged extra €€, i understand they need to put some rules but maybe for the next host better to send them before arrival. We spent a week at Antonio's place. The house has a very nice atmosphere and we enjoyed our stay there. The house is well equipped with everything. There's one A/C in the whole unit (in living/dining room) but it was enough for us to cool down the whole house. The house is very centrally located, so there will be some people traffic around, especially in the evening hours, but it didn't affect us at all. Nice front porch with plenty of space and there's also a little back porch with outside shower and a laundry room with an additional toilet. There is no private parking but it's easy to park anywhere on the streets. We never had a problem. In Santa Maria Navaresse everything is walking distance. It's a tiny village but very peaceful and beautiful. Antonio and his family welcomed us with joy, even though we arrived pretty late into the evening. We also got to taste his home made liquor. I can only wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll und farbig eingerich. Die Küche wie das Badezimmer sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Garten ist ein Paradies, herrlich um einen gemütlichen Abend zu verbringen! Antonio u.Elena haben sich mehr als gut um uns gekümmert, immer hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und mit guten Empfehlungen jeglicher art. Für uns eine der schönsten Unterkünfte und Gastgeber die wir je hatten!!!

Alice’s place has everything that you will need and more. It is clean, spacious and updated with modern bathrooms and bedrooms that we really appreciated. She may also potentially has the best beddings we’ve had throughout our travel in Europe over the years! She prepared a lovely welcome amenity and even left some color markers after knowing we are visiting with our little ones. Talk about hospitality and going beyond. This is why we usually chooses to stay in homes that are run personally by the owners instead of agents.

Das Haus von Luisa ist wirklich ein Happy Place! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Luisa und ihre Mama waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unaufdringlich. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr sauber und gepflegt, das findet man selten. Die Betten und Kissen sind angenehm und komfortabel. Die Bettwäsche duftet frisch. Herrlich. Das Haus ist ruhig und friedlich gelegen, wir konnten wunderbar bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen. Alle Fenster haben Moskitonetze und Jalousien. Jeder Raum hat eine Klimaanlage, wir haben sie Ende September aber nicht mehr gebraucht. Alles wirkt hochwertig und in einer sehr guten Qualität. Große Terrasse, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme...Alles da. Die Straße zum Haus ist in einem schlechten Zustand, man muss langsam und achtsam fahren. Der schöne Strand Cala Sinzias ist ganz leicht in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Es war eine tolle Zeit an einem besonderen Ort.

Die Kommunikation mit Sergio war immer sehr schnell und sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Fotos. Neu und liebevoll dekoriert. Wir liebten das Fisch Design überall ! Schlafzimmer / Kinderzimmer und Bad sind relativ klein. Küche nagelneu und gut ausgestattet. Die Außendusche ist super, wir haben nie innen geduscht 😃 Der Garten ist großzügig und die verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten auf der Terrasse vor und hinter dem Haus sind prima. Ruhige Wohngegend zwischen Meer und Ort. Für uns was alles perfekt ! Danke Sergio !

Posto bellisimo e si vedeva che è stato appena rimesso a nuovo, un bellissimo stile della casa, tutto super pulito, per 2 persone lo spazio è perfetto e il rapporto qualità/prezzo imbattibile

Ich war mit meiner Familie (inkl. Einjähriger Tochter) für eine Woche bei Cristina. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl und heimisch gefühlt. Cristina ist eine herausragende Gastgeberin , sie ist jederzeit erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit (in allen Belangen) und zuvorkommend. Auch die Unterkunft war modern eingerichtet & verfügt über einen schönen Garten Anteil. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

Great location for walks, bike rides, sea views. Close to Tharros. Easy access to Oristano and Cabras by car. Nicely furnished, two good double bedrooms. Raffaella Is super-helpful.

I loved this apartment and would gladly stay there again. Even better than the photos. It is well appointed and very tastefully decorated. It is perfect for a single person or a couple. Grazia was a very responsive and helpful host. View amazing! Shower excellent! Nice breezes with the windows open. Close to beaches Close to markets and restaurants Great little place.

Casa molto curata e pulitissima. Dotata di tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno al mare (dalle stoviglie, pentole, padelle fino a griglia per barbecue). È a pochi minuti di macchina dalla costa, ma non ha vista mare, se non per la stanza con balcone (comunque abbastanza lontana). Gli host sono stati estremamente disponibili e flessibili, accogliendo tutte le nostre richieste. Unica cosa: se si decide di cucinare, la casa risulta molto scomoda per via della sua struttura, che presenta la cucina al piano terra e il patio esterno con il tavolo al piano di sopra (in corrispondenza di una stanza e se bagno); il che costringe a dover portare su e giù tutto il necessario.

Le logement de Cristina est juste genial, emplacement tres pratique à 50m de la gare, 10min a pied du centre à peine. Le logement en lui même était très propre, fidèle aux photos, même plus grand que sur les photos. Cristina pense à laisser des petites choses très pratique dans le airbnb (sac de courses, thé, café, sucre, huile, vinaigre, tupperware…). Cristina est très très réactive, elle fait de son mieux pour que le séjour se passe bien, donne de très bonnes adresses. Merci à elle

Excelente lugar y atención por parte del anfitrión , aunque con un detalles en el funcionamiento del departamento siempre estuvo más que dispuesto a solucionar todo. El lugar es precioso.

Tutto perfetto. Se ricapiteremo in zona torneremo di certo. Casa molto silenziosa e con tutto quello che può servire.

Der Aufenthalt bei Cristina und Paolo war eine wunderbare Erlebnis. Sie waren sehr nette Leute und Hilfsbereit. Die saubere und ordentliche Wohnung hat alles, was man für eine 4-köpfige Familie brauchen. Super geräumige Küche und Wohnbereich mit allem was man zum Kochen brauchen. Auch private Parkplätze abseits der Straße bei Bedarf nutzen. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich ein kleiner Strand und ein Geschäfte, sowie Restaurant, Apotheke, MD Supermarkt und usw. Wenn sie ein wenig weiter fahren, haben sie die schönsten Strände mit türkisfarbenem Wasser finden. Einen Aufenthalt bei Cristina und Paolo kann ich nur weitere empfehlen.

Ich, mein Freund und unser Sohn (2.5 Jahre) waren für eine Woche da. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau den Bildern und den Beschreibungen. Svetlana und Andrea sind sehr freundliche und sympathische Gastgeber. Sie waren jederzeit erreichbar. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und die Unterkunft sehr modern und gut eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns als Familie sehr wohl und willkommen. Unser Sohn hatte grosse Freude an Bella, dem Hund. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen, unsere Ferien erneut da zu verbringen.

fantastic place! exactly as described, really clean and spacious, only 5 mins walk from the centre of Carloforte. Valentina was a really helpful and responsive host, and we had a wonderful one-week stay here. Thoroughly recommend!
