The apartment was lovely, highly functional and located right in the centre of Potes. Short walking distance to all bars and restaurants. The offer of parking was great as the parking in the town was very busy. Jose was a great host, giving us good local recommendations and was also very helpful.

A modern, comfortable, and quiet apartment in a very well-designed and full-featured complex. There's really nothing to fault in Marcelo's apartment, and Marcelo was a perfect host. Everything is comfortable and exactly as pictured. The apartment maintenance and the overall building maintenance is impecable. I would say that this apartment, in particular, is one of the best in the entire building because the view from the porch at the back of the complex is straight into the Forest of Zoreda - a solid wall of swaying trees. There is absolutely no noise beyond the forest critters. The pool was excellent and uncrowded, as was the gym. You can take some nice walks exploring the aforementioned forest, but there is little else to find in the locale. There is one local sidrería/restaurant, and you'll drive for most everything else. So if you need to be near Oviedo, but don't really want to be right in the middle of it, it's perfect. This apartment was our home base for a week of epic road cycling in the area, and for that it was great. I would certainly stay here again.

El apartamento está tal y como indican las fotos, limpio y nuevo. Es fácil aparcar en la zona y se incluye una plaza de garaje. Los dos baños también estaba muy bien equipados. La piscina y la pista de pádel están muy cercanas, solo cruzando la calle. La zona también está genial para pasar unos días y conocer Asturias, con la autovía muy cerca. ¡Disfrutamos mucho de la estancia repetiríamos encantados!

This was a spacious apartment with parking very close by. The host provided thorough instructions. The kids loved the park and enjoyed playing with the neighborhood kids. Definitely recommend a stay here if you are in the area!

What an incredible location for an Airbnb! It’s right next to old town and really easy to get to all the markets. There’s lots of celiac, friendly restaurants all around. There’s actually a celiac friendly bar right across the street with tapas. Grocery stores within walking distance and one of the best fruit stands right across the street. You will not get a better tomato, bell pepper, or apple than the fruit stand that’s right across the street. Then after you can take back all of your delicious treats to the Airbnb and have a wonderful feast in the comfortable kitchen and dining area. The beds were amazing and everything was super clean. So much space. The apartment is huge! And of course the host is the absolute best. Really gives you lots of detail information of everything and is incredibly helpful in so many ways.

El apartamento estaba genial, muy limpio con todas las comodidades, y menaje necesario. La piscina, la terraza y sobre todo el spa son un plus. Quiero agradecer a Juan Antonio que se ha portado excelentemente con nosotros; preocupándose de que estuviéramos cómodos. Se merece ser super anfitrión. Las playas no hay que decir que son de las más bonitas de España. La ubicación a poco de la de las Catedrales y la de los Castros inmejorable. Muy recomendable.

Todo fue genial con Natalia. Desde el principio para acordar la llegada, flexible y respondiendo muy rápido. La zona es muy tranquila, y la casa perfecta. Para repetir sin duda! 100% recomendable

My wife and I spent March 2025 here and really loved it. Pablo was an excellent host and seems like a very nice guy as well. When we told him that our flight to Asturias would arrive late in the evening he very kindly offered to collect us from the airport and drive us to the flat, which was very tidy, clean and carefully prepared for our arrival. Pablo seems to have thought of everything. He gave us a very thorough tour of the flat and also brought us a water filter jug partway through our stay. At the end of our stay he also came by in person to say goodbye, which I thought was very nice. The location of the flat is beautiful and peaceful, and very close to the beach and forests, which is great for walking. The weather was often sunny and warm during our stay despite it being March. This was a nice surprise because we live in Finland and one of the reasons we came to Spain was for some sun. The beach seems a popular place for surfers and kite-surfers too. Highly recommended!

Hemos pasado unos días muy buenos. La casa ubicada en un barrio muy tranquilo, rodeado de naturaleza y el río del escudo acompañando con su sonido. En coche en 15 minutos estabas en la playa de Gerra. A pesar de que el tiempo no nos ha acompañado por la lluvia siempre hay cosas que hacer. Marta la anfitriona tenía todo preparado. Recomendable, sin ninguna duda.

Borja y Rebeca inmejorables en su amabilidad e interés en facilitar l información y estar pendientes de lo que podíamos necesitar. La casa tiene una vista preciosa y se encuentra muy cerca de playas espectaculares. La casa cuenta con todos los utencillos necesarios, no falta nada en la cocina y tienen el detalle de dejarte agua fresca, cervezas y otros elementos básicos que se agradecen cuando acabas de llegar de viaje. Un experiencia buenísima para pasar en familia unos días maravillosos.

Una casa rural encantadora, en un lugar inmejorable de Tedejo, con muy buenas vistas, tranquila, con mucho detalle y muy bonita. Volveremos seguro!!

Das Haus ist sehr schön ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht! Die Stadtnähe ist perfekt, um abends noch auszugehen. Auch Irene als Gastgeberin hat uns sehr weitergeholfen als wir Fragen hatten, war immer erreichbar und hat uns mit Tipps für die Gegend versorgt 😊 Wir freuen uns auf das nächste Mal!
