Costamala : locations de vacances

Castiglione è uno dei borghi più belli della Toscana, e tra i più belli d’Italia. L’alloggio permette una comoda fruizione dei servizi offerti dal borgo, posizionandosi a meno di un chilometro dal centro per offrire spazi con privacy e silenzio incorniciate dalle splendide Alpi Apuane. La casa è grande e ben organizzata Zona giorno con aperture su terrazzi esterni e cucina accessoriata con tutti i beni di prima necessità inclusi. Zona notte con 3 ampie stanze da letto e due comodi bagni. Raphael è un host attento, ma non risiede a Castiglione. La signora che doveva accoglierci era in vacanza e quindi abbiamo svolto il check-in ed il check out in completa autonomia. È comunque andato tutto bene ed il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Sicuramente consigliato!!!

Die Unterkunft von Romina ist kurz gesagt.... ein kleines und mit liebe gepflegtes Juwel. Da es bei unserer Ankunft eher kühl war, hatte Romina das Haus "vorgeheizt" und wir fühlten uns gleich willkommen. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Der gemütliche Wohnbereich, das wunderschöne Schlafzimmer, welches einen guten schlaf garantiert, all das hatte uns sehr gefallen.

Beautiful apartment right next to the park in Viareggio in a quiet environment. Well-furnished and equipped. Friendly host. Only a few minutes to the beach. Busy road in the vicinity. Unfortunately, a lot of trash in Viareggio, as is often the case in Italy. Beach clubs with beach access cost between 25 and 70 euros for a family. There is also a small section of the beach that is freely accessible. We can recommend the apartment for a beach holiday.

Super schöne Gegend. Wunderschöner Pool und super liebe Gastgeber. Die Anreise war kein Problem auch die etwas beschwerliche Straße war nach der 2 Auffahrt kein Problem mehr. Würde ich nur nicht mit einem tiefgelegtem Auto empfehlen 😉. Die Gastgeber waren bereits Vorort und der Check in war ein Träumchen und auch jederzeit zu erreichen. Werden definitiv wieder kommen. Absolute Empfehlung. 🫶

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Carlo et Elena. Le jardin clôturé et la piscine étaient de vrais plus. Sans compter toutes les petites attentions que Carlo a pu avoir pour nous, et même un cadeau pour notre petit chiot. Le logement est paisible entouré de montagnes avec une belle vue. Nous recommandons cette maison et son hôte car tout était parfait!

Die Gastgeberfamilie - Barbara, Roberto und ihre Tochter Michela - sind ausgesprochen nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kamen anders als geplant erst spätabends an, aber die Kommunikation mit Michela lief problemlos per SMS und trotz der Sprachbarriere (wir sprechen kein Italienisch und Barbara und Roberto kein Englisch), wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist wie ein eigenes kleines Haus, auch wenn sie direkt an das Haus der Familie grenzt. Sie ist wirklich schön und dabei gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir wurden mit köstlichen kleinen Kuchen und frischen Eiern verwöhnt und fanden immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen. Nach unseren Ausflügen nach Pisa, Florenz, San Gimignano ... war es immer eine Freude, in unser ruhiges "Zuhause" zurückkehren zu können. Danke und liebe Grüße aus Berlin!

Charment petit logement typique et dans son jus. Matteo a été très serviable et avenant pour notre passage éclair dans la région (une nuit). Nous avons été contents également de trouver un très garage pouvant accueillir 2 voitures dans ce quartier piéton.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa casa nel periodo della fiera di Lucca. Gli host ci hanno subito accolto calorosamente, assieme alla dolcissima cagnolina Luna, facendoci sentire come fossimo a casa nostra. La casa si trova sopra una collinetta di Balbano, garantendo quindi un ottimo silenzio. Avendo un grande giardino, presenta anche un ampio parcheggio, che non è da sottovalutare. La casa è ancora in fase di ristrutturazione quindi è sì una bella casa, ma con ancora qualche piccolo accorgimento mancante. In generale una bella esperienza.
