This was our second stay (3 years apart) at George's place. We went back for a reason. He's got a great spot with up to two bedrooms (king beds & ensuites). Love the ground floor, private access and the 15' to the infinity pool. An elevator takes you down to the large, private beach (there is no external access because of large, natural, volcanic rock barriers at each end. There are two outside showers to rinse off sand. The area is a group of resorts set off from the main highway making it somewhat private and a good security detail ensures only guests are on-site. There is a large, modern kitchen & sitting & eating area, with a powder room. There are ceiling fans everywhere and air-conditioning in the bedrooms. A barbecue is also supplied in the private entryway. The Laguna Grotto bar/grill serves excellent food, reasonably priced. All staff are courteous and well-trained. The drive from the airport only took about 25 minutes. Drive carefully.

Apartment was very spacious and clean. Had a great view of the Ocean and beach and was within walking of many restaurants. Trisha was great in showing the apartment and explained how everything worked. Had great security 24 hours in gated area for the safe parking of the car.

The place is awsome. Clean and close to everything. Fully loaded so just bring your toothbrush. I'll definitely stay there again.

If you’re looking to visit Puerto Plata and want to have enjoyable stay, packed with activities. You’re in the right place! Definitely good value for your money. The photos don’t do justice to the house! Totally enjoyed our stay and Franchesca’s help was a huge part of it! Her recommendations are superb! We definitely would be coming back and staying at Franchesca’s.

Très bon séjour, bonne communication avec Danilsa qui nous répondait extrêmement vite. De même la femme de ménage était extrêmement serviable et gentille. Petit bémol un des lits n’était pas un lit double. Je recommande !

The host was very clear and I said something about the place she will send someone to take care of the issue. She gave me a tour of the neighborhood and went out of her way to help me get my groceries. In my book she is great. Thank you to the host and we should have more like her 👌👏👋

Martin is a great host, he invited me out for a drink when I arrived, and on arrival he provided a few nice welcoming drinks and toiletries. The pros of the apartment were the cleanliness, the air conditioning, the swimming pool, the apartment complex is similar to a hotel so there are places on site to get food and drinks. It's also a nice place to meet people as there is a fun atmosphere around the place. Martin the host is also great at responding to your messages and always tries to help out with your questions. The cons are the wifi, the wifi is better in the bedroom but not strong enough in the rest of the apartment if you're going to work. If you're there on holiday then its no problem. The wifi around the complex works great though, by the pool, in the reception etc. And Martin did his best to offer alternative places for me to work. And also having to pay for cleaning the bed sheets was a con or not having them replaced. Overall, I would recommend staying there for sure!

Todo fue como lo imagine, muchas atenciones, mucha comodidad, el apartamento buena ubicación, la comida del complejo muy buena, gracias a karina siempre estuvo pendiente, volvería otra vez sin dudas!

Best place to stay to be close to many good areas. Hot water, ac, nice and clean. Has a gate safe and families around
