Lovely place to stay! I loved how close it was to the park and the yurt stayed so warm! It had everything you needed and the host had great local recommendations. This was the perfect weekend getaway.

Most peaceful experience ever! Best weekend getaway & absolutely beautiful. I loved all the labels and all the amenities were outstanding. Place was perfect, can’t think of one thing that would make it better because it was literally perfect. This was my first ever Airbnb experience and it did not disappoint at all. I loved being given the opportunity to stay in the tree house. One of my top experiences by a long shot. Thank you so much Jorge and Joan for sharing your amazing place! ❤️

We had a really peaceful weekend in this campsite. Nothing but a fire ring, bench, and a flat patch of gravel surrounded by some awesome mountains. The views of the dunes were cool especially getting the transition from sunset, moonrise, and sunrise. The stargazing would have been great if the moon wasn't so bright. We'll definitely be happy to come back in the future. There was plenty of clear space for our big tent. We didn't encounter a single human or animal while out there, just total peace.

This was our family's 2nd stay at this property, and we wouldn't hesitate to book it again. The location is very private and secluded, with beautiful views everywhere you look. You're only a few minutes from Great Sand Dunes Nat'l Park, and about a 30-ish minute drive to the hot spring pool. The house is quite large and provided private spaces for each of the 5 of us. The large kitchen has every amenity. There is a "no shoes inside" policy at this property, which is not an issue at all, and the carpet and flooring stay clean. The roads in the neighborhood are not paved, and are perfect for taking long walks where you might spot deer, rabbits and dozens of hummingbirds.

New build at the base of Blanca Peek, quiet and peaceful. Great location, beautiful night sky and star gazing near the Great Sand Dunes and two hot springs. We had a great long birthday weekend.

We absolutely loved our stay in Mosca! The view from the cabin of both the Great Sand Dunes National Park and the night sky is absolutely stunning! The location was perfect to enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets at the Great Dunes National Park with the deer and then hike to the ethereal frozen waterfall at Zapata Falls! We went to both multiple times a day since we were right by the entrance to both!!! The cabin has lofty ceilings with floor to ceiling windows and a huge deck to enjoy the view! The beds were clean and comfortable, the living room has comfy couches with a fireplace to soak up the views in comfort, and the kitchen was well-appointed with even amazing coffee! Every last detail was perfect — from comfortable beds, to beautifully pruned trees for the perfect view, to guidebooks and tips, to fun paths throughout the property, to the utterly clear and peaceful night sky with more stars than we’d ever seen before! Thank you so much for sharing your exquisite retreat!

We loved the house, and the property was gorgeous. However, I think there was some deferred maintenance on the house. The kitchen could have been cleaner. Overall, the beauty of the surroundings and the privacy made our vacation worth every penny.

We had a great stay. The house was exactly what we needed for our family to stay for a local wedding and the host was very helpful. Great amenities.
