A great hideaway in a beautiful village. There is a surprisingly large garden which was perfect for our dogs. Lovely large bedroom with sitting area. Perfect for a weekend away for the two of us

We really enjoyed a short break in this quirky property. It was clean, cosy and well-equipped, and a great base to explore the surrounding area. We walked in to Bristol (it took about an hour) but there is a regular bus service too. Nick was really welcoming and helpful. We'd be very happy to stay here again.

What a wonderful place Lesley has! There is nothing not to like about the space and where it is. Super clean with a great layout and in a wonderful and peaceful location; ideal for both couples and families. Close to the centre of Alcester (1.5 miles) and the bigger towns of Stratford upon Avon and Redditch are only a short drive away. Moreover, Lesley is a wonderful host with great communication and super helpful. Thank you very much x

If I could give this more than 5 stars I absolutely would. First of all, what a beautiful Air BnB, in an idyllic setting, close to lots of different Cotswolds villages such as Chipping Camden and Broadway as well as only a 30 minute drive from Bourton-on-the-Water. The Lodge was spotless and decorated beautifully. One of the best beds we’ve had in an air BnB-so comfortable! There’s a lovely little community shop and cafe a walkable distance from the Lodge that has a great selection of toiletries, groceries and sweet treats! Sue, the host, was absolutely wonderful. Absolutely lovely lady who was so helpful and friendly. The hamper that was provided was beyond generous, filled with lots of treats! We would definitely stay here again and can’t wait to come back! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at Julies. I would highly recommend it. It is so cosy, bright, impeccably clean, everything was there that you needed. Also Julie had left stuff for breakfast, cereals, yogurts, tea, coffee, bread. It was a really nice touch. I also loved the "Sanctuary" shower gels, body lotions, that were there for our use. The balcony was also an added bonus and we had our breakfast outside in the sun each morning. I will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Louisa’s place this weekend. The place was spotless, comfortable, and peacefully quiet—we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Louisa was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even easier. The only minor point to mention is that the heating was capped at 22°C, which could be a bit limiting for those who prefer it warmer. That said, everything else was absolutely perfect. I very much enjoyed my stay. The property is in an idyllic location. The peaceful atmosphere made for a very relaxing few days. Agnes always responded to any requests and I would love to return sometime in the future.

Susie’s place was perfect for our visit to Oxford. The home is well appointed, the beds were super comfortable and the location is perfect for walking to the grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants. We especially enjoyed taking our children to the local playground which was only a few blocks away!

We had an amazing stay, the cottage was so lovely and clean. Even nicer than the photos!! Perfect for children and they supplied everything we needed, also the comfiest travel cot I’ve ever known for our baby! We would love to return! Thank you so much 😊

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Steve, qui nous gentiment permis de venir un peu plus tôt que prévu pour permettre à notre enfant de 2 ans de faire sa sieste. Il nous a également laissé des collations réjouissantes. La maison est très agréable et confortable. Idéalement située près de Bath, de Bristol, Bradford-on-Avon, abbaye de Lacock, etc. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Un grand merci, Steve !

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad. Het huisje is gezellig, proper en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De communicatie verliep ook heel gemakkelijk.

Lovely overnight stay, had the all the home comforts after a long walk at Cheddar Gorge with a welcoming touch of cookies from Liz. We had the warmth of the lovely wood burner, peace and tranquility of the surroundings with starry skies and a beautiful sunrise. All was just as we had wished for, and Liz was on hand for anything if we needed. The house is perfect with everything you need for your stay. Only thing we’d change is staying longer.

This property is perfect for a family visiting Bristol. Great location, clean and everything you need for a stay away from home. Nicholas is a great host. I could not rate this visit any higher.

Pam and Paul are such lovely hosts! They are warm, friendly and welcoming from the moment you arrive. They provided everything we needed to have a wonderful stay plus more! The fresh eggs in the morning were a nice surprise! The house itself is amazing. It is obvious that a lot of love and work has gone into not only the place you stay, but the whole of the surrounding lands they own! The bed is very comfortable so it makes for a perfect nights sleep, with a spacious lounge/kitchen area to do some nice home cooking. Not to mention the amazing views to wake up to in the morning! Thank you for having us! We hope to come back soon :)

The Nook is great for a short, restful stay, away from the noise and bright lights of town. The hosts are next door if there are any issues. And Susannah introduced herself when we were out walking which was a nice touch. Lovely to have milk, tea and coffee supplied.

We had a wonderful time at Nicky’s place for New Years. The flat had everything we could possibly need, and more, and we felt spoiled. The kitchen was fully stocked, we had plenty of towels and blankets and the fridge even had some milk in for our arrival. Nicky was helpful, responsive and provided clear instructions for us to find the place amidst temporary road works, and everything went very smoothly. Would thoroughly recommend this stay. honestly have to say Jaynes accommodation was one of the best I have stayed at. Ridiculously comfortable beds, extremely well catered for with everything you could need. highly recommend.
