Ann is an amazing host, super responsive and she provided clear instructions for check-in, check-out and even has created a local guide. The property is very well equipped with everything you need, even things you might have forgotten to bring. The house has character and is a bit quirky, given the historical nature, but all bathrooms are modern, there are Alexas everywhere downstairs and the sun room is beautiful. The AGA stove needs some getting used to, but there is a normal stove top as well and instructions are provided. The sunroom is lush and the hot tub was amazing! We didn’t use the pool (out of season). All together: great find, great property and Ann is kind and responsive! 10/10 would recommend!

Had a wonderful stay for our friend’s hen do with 12 ladies! The place is beautiful and full of character. It has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. The hosts were super friendly and responsive throughout the booking process and on arrival. We were left a lovely welcome hamper which was such a nice touch and made to feel very welcome. The best part is the beautiful countryside scenery surrounded by fields. We can’t say much about the location. (Other than the wonderful scenery and how quiet and relaxing it feels) because we never left the house all weekend, but you don’t need to with the pool, hot tub and cinema room with table tennis and games. It makes for the perfect place for a fun and relaxing get away. We would definitely return either as a group of friends or with families for the kids to enjoy. It would make a great stay at any time of year, especially at Christmas time or in the summer to enjoy the outside more. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Just what was needed to break the monotony of winter. Gorgeous setting, so quiet and tranquil and enough to do should you want. House was as described , perfect location to explore Cotswolds area. Great recommendation for Thai takeaway on our arrival day given the lateness ! Excellent food. The wood fired hot tub was a wonderful addition and clear instructions on how to start the fire and the wood burner inside also . Definitely would visit again. Rob and James were excellent hosts. Great place with parking, right in the middle of Bristol. Perfect for a city visit whilst still enjoying the peace and quiet of a park based setting. Lois was lovely, very helpful and responsive.

Excellent instructions to find the property. House was clean and comfortable. There was sufficient plates, cups, glasses, etc for the number of people stating in the house, plus a large pan for cooking. The children who were part of the group appreciated the toys on the property. The park was quiet and well maintained. We would definitely consider staying here again for a family get together

We stayed for a couple of nights close to Christmas, wonderful stay in this beautiful period home, with the village looking very pretty and festive. Having use of a sauna and pool, while it was frosty outside; made our stay particularly enjoyable!

What a delightful home, clean, spacious and just what we needed for a family weekend away. Plenty of varied kitchen utensils and equipment, a lovely welcome hamper with a birthday cake! Lovely toiletries, everyone commented on the nice smelling toilet rolls (😂). The pool area is perfect for a family with the large changing area and steam cabin, plenty of towels, robes. The house crocs and flip flops are a really nice touch too! The house decor has paintings by the hosts, which were lovely and shows their characters also, which I thought made it all the more personal. Games room, with fully equipment bar and full size snooker table, meant we were entertained also - although we have learned I have no musical rhythm to play the drums - but it’s the taking part that counts 😂 We had a lovely time and our hosts were responsive from booking to leaving. So many walks and things to do around the area also. Perfect position and we will return! Perfect stay - thank you x

Booked Jenny’s place for a catch up with friends. Great location just a few minutes walk into Stow. V close to a great pub with good food and drink options at reasonable prices. The house was well equipped and lucky to have good weather which meant we could also enjoy the large outdoor space.. all in all a great couple of days.

Really enjoyed our stay. Charmaine and Andrea were very responsive to all questions asked and were very helpful. The house was immaculate and very cosy. The games room was great fun! I would highly recommend if you wanted a rural getaway with good views.

Really lovely property. Spacious, well equipped and immaculately clean. Perfect for my team working on a project locally. Lisa's communication was always timely, accurate and friendly. We would definitely stay again if the need arises.

We stayed as a group of 7 adults and very much enjoyed our stay. Nikki is a great host; making sure everything was in place and that we had all information on getting set up and how to work things. She was very responsive throughout the stay. The house is comfy, well equipped and great fun.

Excellent house for a weekend away with friends - 14 of us including little ones, plus two dogs. Ample living space and bedrooms, kitchen felt a little small when cooking but it’s well stocked and there was plenty of space to sit and eat together. Mark was really helpful, communicated excellently and offered us flexibility with check in/out times which was greatly appreciated. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again, thank you Mark for a great stay!

Debbie's place was a perfect base to explore Upton. spacious yet cosy and well presented. The house is within a stone's throw of many restaurants and pubs and there are good walking routes around the local area.

Just back from a lovely weekend, the house was brilliant and exactly like the photos and description. Definitely recommend.

Some reviews blasted the ‘closet room’ but I loved it. Now I does so I slept in better. It felt cozy. Kitchen was nice and five of us were very comfortable. Neighbors are lovely people and we enjoyed talking to them. Washer and clothes line were helpful as we are a touring band and having a place to wash up our clothes was handy. My only complaint was the stove was a bit complicated for us silly Americans!

We had a great time. Beds were really comfy, showers good, lovely rooms. Andrew gave us all the info we needed in a timely way.

I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

We had a wonderful time staying in Barrys home. The house contained a lot of memorabilia and artwork, which at times could be over stimulating but kept us entertained at the same time. The property had all you could ask for and more. The contact with Barry was easy, friendly and informative. We would highly recommend Barry and his wonderful home.

a fantastic place , really is worth booking ! we were blessed with the sun shine so we were able to sit in the garden use the BBQ and hot tub, beautiful scenery in a beautiful setting we will definitely be booking again, Pam was so helpful gave clear direction on getting there and getting in the property. Beautiful barn and absolutely perfect for our group of 12, we had a great time facilities are superb and the games room was ideal for the younger members of our family, and the older ones after a couple of drinks. Thank you for the excellent communication, superb location and quality coffee tea and biscuits. Definitely recommended
