Was a absolutely wonderful stay Would recommend to anyone for a weekend away One think the hot tub looks a lot bigger in the picture but was very much worth it and have no complaints Will be back again 😊

Had the best stay at Denise’s lodge. Denise was very helpful and responsive with any questions I had. The hot tub was amazing, the area in which the lodge is based is very private. We were even welcomed with some gifts she had left for us and provided plenty of snacks which was just above and beyond what we expected. She even put a birthday banner up as it was my birthday just to make it feel that more special. The lodge book was very helpful providing us information about local shops, restaurants/takeaways and things to do around the area. Overall was a very positive stay with a brilliant host. Me and my other half had a lovely weekend away in this cozy cabin. The hot tub was lovely and the cabin was in lovely condition. Everything was super clean, and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. It was nice to get out and unwind for a weekend, and spend some quality time with my significant other.

Me and my partner stayed at ruby's retreat for our anniversary. We absolutely loved it! It was so cosy and private and we loved sitting outside with the fire on and having a bbq! Andrew was very helpful and showed us around when we arrived and answered any queries via text very quickly. It was in a great location (just under 20 minutes from Bath!) Thank you so much, would definitely come back!

A compact cabin in a perfect location, with lovely surroundings, good for dogs and all that you need for your stay.

I was very happy to return to the Shed for a second stay and it was as comfortable and spacious as I remembered. I was able to feel immediately relaxed and at home. Steve has made some thoughtful improvements including more fridge/freezer space in the kitchen. On this visit I was able to explore the fabulous outdoor space with my dog in the beautiful spring sunshine. This is a magical fairytale setting and I hope to have a reason to return again soon.

Geoff as a host was superb. Constantly in communication with us before arrival and met us when we got there. Left easy instructions and some nice touches with a bottle of prosecco and a little bottle of milk etc. The place is immaculate and beds really comfy. The varanda is cute, with tables and chairs, perfect for a morning coffee. Perfect location by the water either a short uber to Stratford or a river taxi by the complex. The complex has a lovely bar and restaurant with reasonably priced food, which was also delicious. A proper home from home and could not recommend the place or Geoff any more. Superb host. Will be going again!

Beautiful place to stay. The lodge was actually so much more beautiful in person, very spacious, gorgeous surroundings, very clean and really beautiful. The only niggle I had was that it was not secure so the dog had to be on the lead all of the time, maybe a fence would make the experience a tad better. It was very clean, not a bit of dirst anywhere. Games included in the lodge as well as condiments and lots of cleaning products. The beds were super comfy! Hosts were very fast at replying to queries and flexible. Overall we were very pleased with our stay. It was beautiful and peaceful!

A fantastic and very cosy place. We went there as a group of four. The Boxing Hare is just around the corner and is an amazing restaurant.

The lodge was extremely clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The surroundings are absolutely stunning, we struggled to drag ourselves away from the views, the birds, the peace....We found it very well situated for exploring Malvern, Upton and Worcester. The well- maintained lakes provided enjoyable fishing. Everything from booking through to checkout was hassle-free. Would love to return in the future.

Wonderful stay. Sam was very responsive and accommodating. Cabin was warm and cosy with lots to do locally. We were a bit apprehensive about the outdoor shower in the final week of October, but it was a great experience! Thank you.

Brilliant stay! Ivan's place was spotless, peaceful and the perfect place to explore the Forest of Dean. As a family of 5 with 3 energenic boys this was just perfect! Ivan supplied plenty of wood for our stay and was extremely helpful with storing our bikes and helping with queries about the local area! Would highly recommend and we will be returning for sure!

My second stay with Sandy and I loved this place again. If I did t already have someone I use regularly to stay with in Bristol, he would be my first choice. Very considerately for this stay Sandy had opened up for me and put the heating up (it was a very cold night!). This was lovely to arrive to after a long journey. It’s such a great place (see previous review) and I want to come back again asap.

We had a perfect little weekend getaway in Rowan's Cabin. Beautiful, peaceful setting which was ideal to relax in. The cabin was super cozy, just what you need after a long day's walk.

Place was as described and matched the photos and was perfect for our one nights stay. Was a last minute booking but nevertheless communication was great and all was arranged in time for our arrival.

Charming cabin, tucked away in a convenient spot for getting into Banbury. The cabin had everything I needed for my 3 night stay, including incredibly cute bunnies!!

Lovely weekend stay with the dog and husband. Hot tub was lovely and surrounding area has loads of great walks. Pub was beautiful!

Thank you Helen and Barry for the welcoming and hassle free check in. I used the property for a one night stay. The location is walkable from the train station in town, which has many cafes and restaurants. My instructions were clear regarding the check-in process and I immediately felt at home. Temperatures outside were quite cool, but I was warm enough inside the property and the bed was really big and comfortable. The hosts left me a few extras, milk, tea bags etc. which was a nice touch. There is a small fridge. The area was very quiet, and slept very well. Plates and cutlery were provided for me to have breakfast, no problem. Everything was spotlessly clean, including the bathroom which had a nice spacious shower with good water pressure. I would be more than happy to recommend Helen and Barry's place to anyone wishing to stay in the area. Thank you again.
