Great place to stay family friendly. We look forward to staying there next year.

Doug’s place was a welcome retreat for our extended family for Thanksgiving 2024. We had seven adults and 6 kids - all had an amazing time. Here are some things we really liked about Doug’s place: 1. The kitchen was spacious and squeaky clean. There were loads of appliances and helpful kitchen tools to use. Our family was able to prepare our entire Thanksgiving meal in the bright, spacious, and well-equipped space. 2. The huge dining room table easily fit our large party. We loved the dark wood and the contemporary benches to complement our holiday feast. There was also additional seating at the kitchen bar. Lots of room to entertain. 3. The kids, aged 8-16, loved playing in the basement game room. Pool, foosball, basketball, and a large device-compatible screen. The television also has many streaming services. Lots of seating and sports for lounging. The six kids loved it. 4. The hot tub was a nice touch on the cool days and nights. The tub could hold 8 adults easily. Fun times!

A lovely home with rocking chairs on the deck and enclosed porch, a large kitchen, streaming television, comfortable beds, and plenty of bathrooms. One of those rare locations at which pets are welcome. Great place for a multi-family getaway!

Michael was so awesome! Very responsive and friendly. Always made sure we had what we needed. The entire resort was very well kept and we will recommend to anyone staying in the area!

It’s a really beautiful location. The house was really well supplied with anything you might need and is right next to a public boat access and fishing area.

Heather’s home was the perfect place to stay for a girls trip in the mountains. Everything was as described and even better in person. It truly was a great experience in every way. When washing the dishes, when we looked out the window, there was a cross in the distance. We realized it was just a tree that fell perfectly but, what an incredible reminder of God in this peaceful place we enjoyed. My friends and I have been on a journey of faith and it was such a beautiful moment for us in every way. Our visit to the Ozarks was to surprise a friend that opened an amazing new restaurant, The Spring House in Yellville. Incredible local ingredients and amazing dining experience. Highly recommend. Thank you, Heather for a memorable stay. We will definitely visit again.

Nice space for our stay. Right in the center of town and within walking distance to the town square. Great brewery and local shops in the square. The space was clean and had more amenities than listed on the site. Just enough cooking supplies in the kitchen, which we utilized to make a homemade soup on a bitter, cold night. The living room couch was comfy for relaxing and watching TV. Aaron was responsive to questions and allowed us to cut our stay short when our plans unexpectedly changed. Would stay again, hopefully, when it’s warmer outside!

We loved our stay at Hephzibah! Everything was clean and homey! So peaceful and beautiful! We enjoyed our farm fresh eggs for breakfast! While my kids loved roasting marshmallows and hot dogs at the fire pit! Ann always replied back to any questions or concerns! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend anyone to stay there! Definitely would stay again also if we was in the area! Calico Rock is a hidden gem and so is this little place (Hephzibah) in it!

Jammie has created a beautiful place, with everything lovely to the last detail--stylish with all new-almost new furnishings and decor, cool, fun, and with many amenities: a great place for a family to enjoy time together or friends wanting to simply chill inside with the wrap-around couch set, outside at the covered grill or firepit, and even a place for the kids to play. There is even a exercise workout area. A really good place.

Many places I've stayed really shine in one area, Pop's place shined in all areas. The home was very comfortable and cozy. I will note, be cautious parking on the right part of the parking pad. The gravel was loose there due to some heavy rains before our stay and my little car got stuck. George, the host, towed me out himself and the rest of the parking pad was safe to park on.

We just love this place so much... its our second home now :) and I absolutely LOVE the host of this property!!! :)

Just as beautiful as the pictures. We enjoyed spending the majority of our time in the sunroom that provided beautiful views in an air conditioned environment. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment so we were well fed while there. Large fridge/ freezer combo with water filter and ice maker. Beds were clean and comfortable. If you haven’t been to Bull Shoals Lake before you are in for a treat. It is the most beautiful lake as it crystal clear due to being a rock bottom. You will definitely need water shoes to venture into the water. Take a float and cooler and spend the day. The best part for us since we are from Florida is no sharks or alligators to worry about!

When I say this is a blast from the past, it’s so true! This house is well laid out and in a gorgeous yet convenient location. In town but private outdoor area, fire pit and chairs included. What drew us to the property was the size of the home, but its unique charm and retro character is what made us love it!! This includes the pink, yellow, green, and blue vintage showers/tub and retro carpet/wallpaper! The games and ping pong table was well used and loved by all in our party! The owner is knowledgeable and so sweet!

Had a great weekend at John’s place. He’s a great host. Peaceful neighborhood and friendly deer 🦌 😊

We were extremely pleased with our stay. We were in the area for basketball games and needed something with several bedrooms. This house is very spacious. We felt right at home nice and cozy! Everything was very clean. If we are ever in the area again we would stay without hesitation.

This property was thoughtfully equipped for our family weekend at the white river. We found all we needed to prepare meals and sleep comfortably. The addition of the movie and game room made evenings super fun!! Love this property and will definitely return !

Very beautiful home. Great fishing right behind the house. Tommy and Kim have done a great job to make this place extremely inviting. I will be coming back.

We had such a nice time staying here. It’s a large, lovely place with a big deck to take in the sunsets. We were lucky enough to watch the eclipse from the lawn, a once in a lifetime event! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a lake escape.
