Cottondale : locations de vacances

Great place. Loved Peddlers Pavilion in the off season. Walkable to Rosemary Beach and a little farther walk to Alys beach. The description didn’t do justice of all the amenities. A ton of kids toys, pack n play and umbrellas and chairs. We did La Dolce Vita chair rental which was nice. Enjoyed our stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location was fantastic and having the golf cart was really convenient. Communication was also a 10/10!

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! The elevator was a big help, especially when coming in with groceries or coolers from the beach. The host was very quick to respond. The beach is just across the street and a very easy stroll. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of space and bathrooms for getting ready. We even used the crockpot to make BBQ pork for pulled pork sandwiches. I can’t recommend this home enough! We hope to be able to come back and stay here again. This is the quiet end of the beach and very peaceful. Having a pool available was awesome too. Thank you again for a fabulous beach vacation for our family!

Excellent stay for the price! Loved the close proximity to the state park for the trails, and also quick drive to Rosemary and Alys beach. Room is very nice for the price with modern updates and a beautiful view of the lake from the living room and porch. Will stay again!

We loved everything about the house. Great neighborhood with lots of food and coffee options to the East and West. Loved the shuttle option to the beach even though it was a short 10m walk. The home was beautiful and spacious. The top floor and balcony was an extra cool place for our daughter and her friend to crash. We rented bikes and explored the adjacent neighborhoods Aly and Rosemary to check out the beautiful homes. The pool was massive!! Lots of friendly neighbors to talk with. Get this house !!

Das Haus von Donna ist wunderschön, wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und alles war extrem sauber und makellos. Donna ist ein wundervoller Gastgeber und war immer schnell erreichbar bei Fragen. Der Pool hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Die ganze Umgebung ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Wir können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmals für die schöne Zeit, Donna, die wir in deinem Haus verbringen durften.

We stayed at Elizabeth’s place for 6 weeks! If I could give it 10 stars I would! Extremely clean, comfortable and had EVERYTHING anyone could want or need. I can’t even think of one negative thing to say… that’s how perfect her place is! Elizabeth herself is a wonderful attentive host as well. She is kind and always responsive! Thanks for an amazing stay!!!

We really enjoyed staying at your home. The amenities at the condo community were really nice and we enjoyed using several of them. The outdoor seating area was great, and we used it quite a bit. The separate sleeping areas and restrooms were ideal for our family. The only area that we wished was better was the kitchen. It was difficult for more than one person to be in there at a time. We will definitely stay there again if the opportunity comes up. Thanks.
