Stayed for a month for work, location was very convenient to downtown and old market. Place was clean and private, only had to rewash the bedding but was perfect other than that. Will stay again next time in the area!

Troy was a truly fantastic and helpful host. The space is perfect for a couples getaway. A cute little loft bed, above a pristine modern bathroom, hidden behind a book case. There were spa amenities in the bathroom from the connected Spa - Energi Houss. We booked an appointment there before we checked in. Izzy was super accommodating when it was discovered we’d booked everything for the following week. She got our cuts, dyes, and styles done. The Spa is eclectic, with beautifully curated art. Troy’s artistic style and sensibility carries through both properties and I also highly recommend booking services while there. It definitely adds to the experience. Troy was also amazingly helpful when we realized our mistake and we were able to get everything taken care of, stay in the spot a week earlier than we booked, and made it to dinner and the concert we were attending on time. Will definitely be booking again.

Had a great experience. The owners really make it a point to show they care about their guests. Would stay here again.

The place was exactly as described and the host was super communicative, which we really appreciated, fast replies and clear instructions throughout our stay. That said, a few things to note for future guests: the bed sheets had some burnt holes, the floor wasn’t very clean (Doritos crumbs were on the floor), and there weren’t any indoor slides which was very inconvenient. It was also quite noisy, so I wouldn’t recommend this spot for light sleepers or anyone sensitive to sound. There were no locks on the bedroom doors, and while there was a washer/dryer, no laundry detergent was provided. Overall, not the most comfortable stay for us, but we’re thankful for the host’s responsiveness and effort. Thanks for having us!

Staying at this apartment was wonderful! I highly recommend it. It’s far away enough from the city so it’s peaceful but close enough to walk there (about 3/4 of a mile from Old Market.). The apartment is new and clean. Parking was not an issue for us. We met the owner when we were there and she was so nice and helpful by showing us different places to hang out in the apartment complex. We would definitely stay there again. Don’t hesitate to book this place!

We loved Amanda’s place! It was perfect for a family vacation with kids. We would definitely be interested in returning in the future.

Great property for a quick family vacation! Open floor plan with plenty of space for the kids to enjoy! Wish we could have stayed in the summer to enjoy the pool.

He was the most responsive and kind host we’ve ever had! He brought us coffee and filters when we were out and also notified us when our dog was out and brought her back in safely. We were very thankful for his help. Highly recommend!

This was such a wonderful place for a large family gathering. The kids loved the playroom and the outdoor play area. There was seating for 14-16 for meals plus outdoor tables and chairs. We enjoyed ourselves so much. Thanks Lisa.

The Pro's *The home was very nice and spacious and was able to accommodate the 7 of us for a big event about 3 miles away. *The Kitchen was beautiful w/many items. Including spices and condiments, foil, ziploc, typical kitchen stuff. *The additional fridge to the right of the since was awesome *Having a large driveway to park our 3 large SUV's was nice as well *Morgan was excellent to communicate when issues did arise. She responded promptly *W/D upstairs worked The Con's *Main issue was no remote control for main TV, looked everywhere. I sent Morgan a note and she responded almost immediately and helped all that she could including having a Ruko remote sent to the home. *The rooms had little to no closet space. *Very few towels available *Only 3 bowls in kitchen *No curtains in one of the bdr *Washer didn't work downstairs *it's a 4 bedroom 3.5 bath. 5 beds (1 K, 1Q, 1D, 2 twin) Ad said 5BR *Lots of locked doors Pro's outweigh Con's - Hope to stay again next year.

Amber was the most amazing host! She was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, accommodating and flexible to all our questions and request. She really went above and beyond which made our stay wonderful. The house was great and had lots of rooms to explore and spread out. We thought the renovations and decor were very nice. We appreciated she had a pack & play, high chair and baby gate available at the house. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay… little disappointed that we couldn’t use the pool as that’s why we rented it for the weekend but we understand that weather doesn’t always cooperate with plans :) but it was a great place to stay!

Skyway’s house was the perfect setup for our visit to Omaha…comfortable beds & pillows made for a great night’s sleep! Very nice recliner sofa with big screen TV in the family room. Giant TV in the basement, nice kitchen appliances, back patio and BBQ. Close to shopping, coffee shops and restaurants. Nice walking trails and close to lake. Thanks we will be back next year!
