I had an incredible stay at this place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Nash was an excellent host, providing clear communication . The check-in process was seamless, and everything I needed was readily available. I especially loved “the balcony with a great view” . I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, for an unforgettable experience!

Danielle is an amazing host and the photos do not do this property justice. We stayed as a team and she was so welcoming for all of us. Felt like a home away from home with a beautiful kitchen to cook up a storm. So many rooms and so much space! Thank you so much for hosting us we can’t wait to be back!!

We had a perfect holiday here and are so grateful to the host for providing such a beautifully designed and renovated house in such a serene location. Everything is so new, and there’s even an electric skylight. In the mornings, we saw large parrots and kookaburras right outside the window. The location is also incredibly convenient for traveling to Sydney. I took my daughter to visit many famous attractions. Absolutely perfect memories!

Ken was a friendly host and provided clear instructions for check in. The location was beautiful looking over the water. The house was as described and pictured, super clean, and beds super comfortable! Facilities were all great!

Great host and great location. Aloe & nick are great hosts, they were very flexible with our check in requirements. Their place was clean, organised and well designed. My family loved staying at their listing, lol forward to staying again in the future.

We stayed total 30 nights here. -Parking : The flat has dedicated parking lot. With 7 seater SUV, it fits in. Even though you might be careful when you enter the narrow alley, just having parking lot in this area is a blessing. -Laundry : Down half floor, there are laundry and dryer machine sharing with another 2 houses. -Kitchen : They have everything such as toaster, coffee machine, enough pots & pans, utensils, salt&pepper, sauces etc. -Cleanness : Overall it was okay. But dishwasher had old residue inside at the bottom, shower room had sands. (I guess it’s better to have a better cleaner) I read some reviews on bugs and worried a bit. I’ve seen 5 cockroaches and some ants. -Towel, bed, linen : Towel and linen were more than enough. Beds were fine. -Location : It is located in just 5 seconds away from beach with beach view. You won’t regret to choose his flat due to the beautiful location. We enjoyed Sydney a lot thanks to his house!

Helpful host and a comfortable place, conveniently located to shops and restaurants.

The location of Sarah’s place at Rushcutters Bay was perfect for our stay in Sydney. Easy walk to the Botanical Gardens, restaurants in Potts Point. Could also walk to the iconic Opera House which we did despite the sweltering Sydney heat. The pantry was well stocked and Sarah was generous in letting guests enjoy whatever there was at home, which was good to get started. The one thing (which is on the listing) is there is no air conditioning. There are several fans in all the rooms. This was not an issue for us, but could be if the temperatures in Sydney soar. All in all a comfortable stay.

This was such a beautiful place, with an amazing view - just like the pictures and even better! Very clean and had so many things stocked up including bread, milk, eggs and other necessities which was very thoughtful. Definitely recommend!

Amazing location just between the city and Bondi’s beach

Liu was very helpful throughout our entire stay. We had asked to check in early, Liu kept us in the loop as to whether it would be possible or not. She assured we could drop off our bags at the very least. And when we arrived we were greeted with a lovely treat!!! The accomodation was great. Was easy to access the cremorne point ferry into the city, and was a short walk to the b line bus to the northern beaches. I couldn’t recommend staying here enough!!!

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless and conveniently located for easy commuting. Having a Woolworths just across the street, along with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, made everything super convenient. The host was fantastic—he provided clear instructions and shared a lot of useful information, which was especially helpful since I was new to the country. Highly recommend!

Birdsong Cottage was a lovely spot to relax over summer. Easy walk to the beach and great location. The beds were super comfortable and house had lots of character with Jan’s trinkets and mementos. Jan was a great host and very responsive.

I'll keep this short and sweet, if you're looking for privacy and peacefulness this is your kind of place. I don't wish to elaborate too much because I'd like to return one day without the place being fully booked out. The place is amazing. Thanks heaps Brendon for sharing your home with us.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at this newly renovated beach cottage! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt just like home. Mark and Hannah was an amazing host, very accommodating and even let us check out an hour later so our son could have his morning nap. Such a thoughtful touch! We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at The Cox Cottage. Annette was very welcoming and gave us a tour of the cottage, providing helpful information and its history, including local restaurants on arrival. We found it very quiet and enjoyed walking to the lake or having a drink on the verandah in the afternoons. I particularly enjoyed watching the little wrens in the garden each morning. During our stay we found the cottage to be very comfortable with plenty of room for our family of four and two friends. There were plenty of towels, linen etc on hand. They also very kindly provided breakfast essentials for our first night. As we had driven from Queensland, this was very much appreciated. We would definitely recommend their wonderful cottage to our friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing stay! The view is stunning from the deck where we spent most of our time. Had a refreshing swim off the private jetty. The fire pit was so much fun. The cottage was cozy and clean with fly screens to keep the mozzies out. It had everything we needed for the weekend. Howard was a very helpful host and arranged a cot and high chair for our baby. My family & I enjoyed our stay. Great areas in the backyard to relax & have a BBQ. Large bathroom with washing machine, bath, shower, toilet & toiletries. Kitchen is well equipped. Large fridge. Complimentary WiFi. Carport at the front door. Tastefully decorated & furnished. Openplan living with 3 bedrooms & a sofa. Linen provided. A short distance to the public wharf for easy fishing. Kayaks and life jackets available for use. Great place to stay. Easy and pleasant communication with Simone. We felt very welcome. Thank you.

I brought my partner and 20month yr old son for a long weekend to Joy and Lynelle’s place. It was a peaceful and tranquil place to stay. Very private and an ideal getaway to reset. Joy and Lynelle provided clear instructions and the place was immaculate. It was everything and more than the advert I applied for.
