Couldn’t beat the location – just a 5-minute walk to the centre of Lahinch, perfect for the pub and early morning strolls along the seafront. The fire was really well stocked, making for cosy nights in. Sheila was so flexible and easy to communicate with – a great host all around!

Laoise’s place was ideally located. A short walk to the beach and a stones throw from the Bellbridge Hotel and a 4 min drive to the Armada hotel. The accommodation was spacious and we were able to prepare a breakfast each morning in the very well equipped kitchen. We visited for a wedding at the Armada and are delighted we stayed here. Would recommend as a base for a week long holiday in the area with plenty to see along the coast in this region.

Our hosts really made us feel at home. Very comfy beds, bedding and pillows. We slept like babies in this lovely, quiet cottage a few minutes drive from Doolin town center. Thoroughly enjoyed the amazing bread, butter, jam & milk & coffee each morning along with eggs that our hosts left for us. That bread!! I will dream about it I'm sure. Water pressure in shower was not great but that has been the case as many in Ireland are conserving water. It wouldn't change the fact that we highly recommend this charming cottage. I wanted to be in the countryside of Ireland for a months and hosted various family members throughout the month. Tara’s place was perfect for my needs. Very homey, plenty of room to be together or spread out. The views of the countryside as well as Galway Bay were outstanding, better even than the published pictures.

Connie was a great host. She was quick to respond to any queries we had. The house was remote and peaceful and exactly what we were looking for. Connie left a basket of goodies for our arrival. Would recommend this place!

Darragh & Bernie were so welcoming, gave us lots of recommendations for the area. The house was really central, within walking distance of everything in the town! Everything was clean and tidy, and spacious bedrooms as well. Would definitely recommend for a stay if you’re in the area in the future!

was a lovely location, sea down the road, village had food, friendly cafes and fun stuff to do. fireplace wasn't working but the landlord told us in advance and the heating was perfectly warm for the weather we had. couldn't have been more helpful and communication was excellent.

We had a fantastic two-night stay in this idyllic location. I would highly recommend it to anyone. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful stay in Kinvara - Anne was so friendly and helpful - nothing was a problem. Perfect location for the Burren and Connemara, with so much to do in the area - local restaurant recommendations were spot on, and the local pub was super friendly and served a great pint of Guinness of course!!

This is a very quaint place to stay. We were three friends looking to get into nature for a while! The view onto the lake was lovely and peaceful and the cosy fireplace was perfect for March! The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and accomodating.

We had a lovely stay at Audrey’s house, every thing was as expected, very clean and spacious,outlook to front through the glass sliding doors looked out across to the park . We were met by Paul who showed us around and said we were to contact him if there were any problems of which were none, we have been going to Mountshannon for 26yrs now, it is a lovely wee village and the people are so friendly, we will definitely be back

Great apartment large and spacious, clean and tidy. walking distance to the town, where you can find great bars and restaurants. very warm and peaceful place. Will definitely stay again.

Oscar was a great host. Answer all the questions we had. The house is perfect we felt at home. Just mind that you need to get your trash with you when leave, since we were leaving in a bank holiday it was a bit difficult to find a place to disposed off, other than that no complains.

Geraldine was an angel. So helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful time. We will miss the little place!

We loved our stay. The place was so cosy with really comfortable beds and lovely underfloor heating. The location was fabulous, it felt completely remote and yet it was a five minute drive to a lovely town that had a large Supervalue and a lovely bakery. We explored lots of places such as the Cliffs of Moher and Lahinch which were both close by. So light and airy inside with beautiful colours that reflected the landscape, a very interesting array of books as well. Our favourite part was the barrel hot tub where you can look up at the stars at night (there are so many because of the lack of light pollution in the area). Definitely check this place out!

Such a fabulous stay! Suzanne was such a pleasure to deal with, great communication and very friendly. The pod is spotless and kitchen is very well equipped. The WiFi and tv with Netflix was definitely a bonus. Would definitely recommend for a quiet getaway.

Our stay at Dorothy's place was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, Dorothy's warmth, humor, and genuine care made us feel right at home. She truly is the most wonderful host you could ever wish for. The house is beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches and plenty of information about the local area. Dorothy was always available to offer invaluable advice on where to eat, explore, and even save money. Her recommendations were spot on and made our trip even more special. The location is perfect, with a stunning lake just a short walk away. Thanks to Dorothy's provided equipment, we enjoyed kayaking and taking in the serene views. The hot tub was another highlight—spacious, impeccably maintained, and absolutely enchanting at night with the fairy lights twinkling around us. Outdoor space's perfect for alfresco dining, and the presence of the donkeys and two friendly dogs added an extra layer of charm to our stay. It truly felt like a slice of haven on earth. 10/10
