Vielen lieben Dank an Nanette und John. Wir haben die Unterkunft nach der Wegbeschreibung von Nanette schnell gefunden. Das kleine Haus liegt in der schönen Landschaft Fenit, es ist ruhig zum Entspannen. Tralee, zum Beispiel zum Einkaufen oder Essen gehen, ist schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Alles super, wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Und danke für die Erklärung zum freien Blick auch Fenit Castle, John. Wir wünschen Nanette und John alles Gute und bleibt gesund !!! Vielleicht bis zum nächsten Besuch.

Bill was an amazing host and incredibly welcoming. His home is positively cosy and unique. It felt like visiting a family friend. He gave us suggestions on where to visit in the area, which were most welcomed. Breakfast in the morning was absolutely outstanding: fresh fruits from the garden chopped up into an amazing fruit salad, creamy yogurt, freshly squeezed orange juice, strong coffee, home made jams, antipasto and delicious breads and croissants. Certainly made us feel like royalty! Also thoroughly enjoyed meeting Maggie and Izzy, the resident black dogs and official greeting party.

The location was perfect for our hiking holiday and not too far from killarney. The owners where great at communicating to us and where very helpful in dealing with our late check in

We loved Ina’s cottage! Perfect size for the two of us! The surrounding area is just picture perfect and their sweet little doggie Coco made us right at home! Would recommend if you’re exploring West Cork!

With the provided postcode and sat nav, it was easy to find. A lovely welcome from Billy who had great information on walks, local shops etc., and was easily available for any queries. We stayed 8 days and would happily stay again. A car is essential. The bedrooms were very comfortable, kitchen had enough utensils in it so that we could easily cook some basic meals when we did not want to eat out. It is the countryside and while we appreciate the beauty, seclusion and noises and smells of being out of town, I guess it might not be the place for anyone who wants everything on their doorstep with no effort required. The accommodation is spacious for 6 people, but there is only the one toilet in the shower room, so bear that in mind if that's a problem for you. It wasn't for us! The internet gave us no problems either, but we were not streaming videos etc. The only difficulty we had was that we had to go home at the end of the stay.

I found this little jam for short stay with husband and kids, and what an amazing place it was!!🤩Hands down one of best places we stayed in countryside! Owners of place is wonderful couple with great communication, friendly and so nice! There is place for kids to play outside and they even got to see some farm animals !🦃 🐑 🐓 Place is clean, beds comfortable, good wifi, all kitchen equipment to cook dinner or breakfast! We slept very well and left with full heart of joy! ☘️ We will return soon most definitely!!💯

I have only one thing to tell. I wish I could be locked away in Kennedy cottage for month or two with all these books, fireplace and maybe be a dog.😊 Absolutely wonderful stay. Felt sad to leave. 💔

We had an unforgettable stay at Helen’s beautiful Airbnb! The home was cozy, spotless, and perfectly located for a relaxing getaway. What truly set this experience apart, however, was Helen’s incredible kindness and compassion. On our first night, our dog ran off, and we were panicked. Helen immediately stepped in to help, going above and beyond to assist us in finding him. Thanks to her quick thinking and support, we were able to locate our dog safely. Helen is not just a host; she’s a true lifesaver and friend. If you’re looking for a stay where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, look no further. We’re so grateful for her hospitality and can’t wait to return!

I cannot recommend The Old Milking Stall (Tim and Barbara) enough!! I stayed there with my family for 4 days and it was more than we could imagine! Tim and Barbara themselves are so welcoming and helpful, they couldn’t be any nicer if they tried! They provide a thoughtful welcome hamper! And for their home it is gorgeous! So beautiful from the garden to the reading nook, it’s perfect for all! Their pet dogs being your friend is a bonus! If you need any help they are willing to do what they can from taxi advice to food recommendations! If you need a place to stay in Skibbereen, The Old Milking Stall is definitely the place to stay! Such a great find and a peaceful stay. I really enjoyed my time here and found the setting very tranquil and homey. The alpacas and llamas were an added bonus and I was happy to have the trek experience with Cappuccino. Highly recommend staying here or at least trekking with the alpacas. Mia and Simon are both very kind and I'll be a visitor again.

Had a wonderful stay with Frances. She was an amazing host, very warm and friendly. The accommodation was lovely. So cosy and a great place to get away to and have a rest by the fire and watch the cows wander by the gorgeous windows. Would stay again and was definitely one of the best Airbnb's we've ever stayed in. Had a lot of personality and very cosy

Die Unterkunft von Martina & David war wirklich toll! Martina hat uns äußerst freundlich begrüßt und zwischendurch gefragt, ob wir noch etwas brauchen. Die kleine Hütte war perfekt für uns zwei und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Lage war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Ausflüge in der Gegend. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und ruhig. Man ist schnell am nah gelegenen Strand und in der schönen kleinen Stadt Youghal. Auch Cork ist mit einer knappen Stunde Autofahrt schnell zu erreichen 👍 Ein weiterer Plus Punkt ist der sehr süße Hund Clara 🐶

All I can say is wow. I lucked out with the weather and it was a beautiful sunny day with mild winds so I took a nice walk around. The views are stunning and Martina’s place is perfect for a peaceful getaway. It was surreal honestly and Martina was an absolute gem who was very kind, easy to talk to and made me feel right at home!

This was such a peaceful and relaxing stay, we loved seeing so many stars at night! Our stay was cozy, warm, welcoming, and we were even welcomed by fresh homemade sourdough! We would recommend Padraig and Fanny’s stay anytime!

We had a beautiful time at „Sea View Glamping Cabin“. Waking up to the sun and enjoying breakfast in the outdoor area was a lovely way to start the day. Although there is no cooking area, we enjoyed using the grill outside, which added to the experience. The tiny house was clean and offered a beautiful view through the large window, making it feel cozy and connected to the surroundings. The host was super friendly, and communication was quick and easy. If you love pizza, be sure to check out „Boxed Wood Fired Pizza“ in the nearby town of Kenmare. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay close to nature.

This is the best AirBnB experience I have ever had. Rory is an incredible host, immensely kind and hospitable. The place itself is exactly as listed and I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Gorgeously peaceful and felt a bit “off the beaten path”.

A beautiful and unique stay to start our trip in Ireland. Peaceful location and easy to drive to nearby towns. Good recommendations from the host, highlights being the Baltimore Beacon, Knockomagh Summit, and Budds for some food.

This was perhaps the best AirBnB my wife and I have ever stayed in. The place was clean and comfortable, of course, but the location and design of the cottage was just amazing. The balcony was a wonderful place for an early morning coffee and view of the Irish countryside. The private jacuzzi was to die for. The bedroom has skylights so you can see the stars at night, with blackout shades so the sun doesn't wake you up. The hosts are incredibly friendly and warm people. They have a menu you can order meals from that is worth every cent, as one of the hosts is a professional chef. We had the most amazing 3 course meal! Super scenic and rustic in all the best ways!

Mike was the most hospitable host. This accommodation was brilliant! I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Everything you need and more. Bonus points, it was in a beautiful part of Ireland. Such a gem!!

The cottage was absolutely spectacular, and exactly as described - located just inside Killarney National Park, the grounds are beautiful and it's an easy walk (or short drive) to local restaurants, shops, the INEC, and Killarney town center. The cottage itself was gorgeous and very well appointed, and we very much appreciated the small touches - some coffee, tea, and biscuits for us to enjoy! We met Eileen just after check-in, where she gave us a quick but thorough tour of the cottage and shared some great conversation about the area and the event we were in town for. Thank you so much, Eileen & John, for an excellent week and we'd love to be back!
