Delightful place with some lovely touches by the host, Spotlessly clean and comfortable. A great base for exploring, and a short walking distance from the heart of the town. Highly recommended

I don't think I've ever stayed in an airbnb with a host as considerate, accommodating, and fashionable (both in personal and interior decorating style). The space was designed with livability and beauty in mind, and it shows. My family and I settled in instantly, as the space oozes comfort, from the wood burning stove to the well-stocked and compact kitchen. And if that wasn't enough, as it was Christmas, she brought me and my family plates from her meticulously cooked family dinner. If we're ever in Cork again, we will surely rent with her, and maybe even take her out for a cocktail. Thanks, Maureen!

I cannot recommend The Old Milking Stall (Tim and Barbara) enough!! I stayed there with my family for 4 days and it was more than we could imagine! Tim and Barbara themselves are so welcoming and helpful, they couldn’t be any nicer if they tried! They provide a thoughtful welcome hamper! And for their home it is gorgeous! So beautiful from the garden to the reading nook, it’s perfect for all! Their pet dogs being your friend is a bonus! If you need any help they are willing to do what they can from taxi advice to food recommendations! If you need a place to stay in Skibbereen, The Old Milking Stall is definitely the place to stay! Everything perfect, Gillian was really nice and helpful. They lit the fire and left some bread and milk for us.

Jeff is a great host. Sent us all instructions well in advance, as well as recommendations to explore Cork. While the cottage is on the hill, it is easy walk tot and from city center. And bus stop is also few minutes away. Great place for family with 2 separate bed rooms. We will come back most likely to visit our son in Cork

Gail, her husband and their dog were all super friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was as described and as you see in the pictures. The location is offers you all the benefits of a quiet, peaceful, remote location, with a number of small towns within reasonable driving distance. We did a number of day trips during our stay. The beds were comfy, there’s plenty of seating space in the living room, the kitchen is well equipped and there was always hot water. Suitable for short and long stays alike. The guest house is right next door to the primary residence but the windows and entry door are facing in a different direction so you still have plenty of privacy. The grounds are absolutely stunning, our dogs loved having a good sniff around.

très bon séjour, avec 4 enfants ! très facile d'aller à pied au centre du village et très bon départ de ballade aussi. kenmare est une petite ville très sympa, pubs, restaurants, magasins et un beau défilé pour halloween !

This house was perfect for our needs. As a large group of adults, the number of en-suite rooms was great. The house had a wonderful large kitchen/living space, perfect for gatherings. The house was warm and beds were comfortable. Barbara was quick to respond and very helpful with our check-in and check-out arrangements. There was plenty of equipment and a well stocked cupboard of herbs and spices and odd bits that you need but don’t want to buy just for a few days. The location was perfect - 10 min walk to the centre of Bantry and the views are amazing from the house (despite the rain). We will definitely be back.

This is the best AirBnB experience I have ever had. Rory is an incredible host, immensely kind and hospitable. The place itself is exactly as listed and I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Gorgeously peaceful and felt a bit “off the beaten path”.

Located in the heart of Killarney. Very easy to locate & parking was close by. Very clean & comfortable & had everything I needed for a cople of days away. It is a little on the noiser side, as expected, with its central location but ear plugs provided was a nice touch! Thanks for everything John

What can we say . We got there very late on the Friday night well it was after midnight night . Where we were meet by a very pleasant host . Showed us around where we were staying . Very clean and warm even give us some milk for a cuppa. The places is set in a beautiful setting .

We had a wonderful stay! Pearse was incredibly responsive and readily available to answer any questions. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. About a 15 minute walk to town and a 5-7 minute walk to a grocery store. We did have a small issue with the lock on the first day, but Pearse (host) acted quickly and sent someone over to fix it. Dale from next door was very friendly and helpful as well, and checked in to ensure there were no additional issues. Overall, a great experience, we highly recommend this place and we'd definitely stay here again!

It was very easy to communicate with the wonderful, kind hosts that seemed like we had come to our close relatives. If there is such an opportunity, we will definitely visit this wonderful place. I was with my family, and me and my grandchildren were cozy in such a house.There are also various games that you can have fun with at night. Recommend to visit.

Super schöne Unterkunft, absolut zu empfehlen. Richtig schön eingerichtet mit hochwertigen Möbeln und alles super sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man merkt es wurden auf Kleinigkeiten geachtet. Gastgeberin Anne ist super nett und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Joan is a lovely, kind and helpful host. The apartment is as pictured, really comfortable and cosy , especially with the range going. Great views of the sea , walk to a playground and local pubs with lovely food. Beaches nearby. Perfect for our little family.

We traveled to West Cork from Dublin to enjoy the American Thanksgiving weekend with extended family. The house was perfect for our visit with a large gathering space and all the amenities you could want. West Cork is gorgeous and the house fit in with the surroundings with beautiful sun rises, sun sets and plenty of rainbows. Lots of walking trails right out the door. The house was very clean and plenty of space and beds for the 7 of us. Appliances were easy to understand. We particularly enjoyed the new hot tub after our cold sea swim. Brian was incredibly helpful and responsive, making that part of the process a breeze. A perfect house for our family gathering! We'll definitely do it again.

We have just spent a marvellous week at Grainne's holiday home. It is indeed a magical place with beautiful sea views and within walking distance of Baltimore village/harbour. So much to explore around this historical area and beyond. Did day trips to Sherkin Island and Garnish Island (which is about an hours drive away), a hike to the iconic Beacon is a must. Great restaurants and a small local pub nearby all serving brilliant seafood and the freshest fish. The house had everything we needed, very well equipped kitchen. Lovely comfy beds and lounge furniture for relaxing and reading or just admiring the view! Best of all was that there was no television...fantastic to get away from the outside world for a while, give the head some peace. Cant wait to revisit West Cork again. Thank you Grainne for all the great local information and suggestions and for being so responsive and friendly.

A fantastic house in a wonderful location. The Master Bedroom with the balcony off of it is amazing. We were a family of seven adults and we had plenty of room. Warren beach and Rosscarbery are within walking distance. Would definitely stay in Sarah’s house again.

This place is a must it is absolutely beautiful and so worth the cost and our Host Robert was incredible checking in all the time if we were still happy and needed anything plus on arrival there was the most beautiful and practical gift basket plus the places fresh water and milk in fridge and speciality cheeses for us along with fresh flowers in kitchen and dining area and what was most appreciated was the fact they have placed a beautiful Christmas Tree to place us in the perfect Christmas spirit and make us feel at home thank YOU

This house was perfect. All the modern amenities with lots of room inside on a large, beautiful, secluded property. Watching the cows and sheep (and cute lambs) roam the area are a nice change of pace for anyone coming from a big city. Homeowner was very responsive and easy to work with. We'd love to come back to this location someday.

An elegant house in a truly beautiful location. Our whole family (toddlers to grandparents) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lough Hyne. Tim, the property manager, could not have been more helpful and responsive to any requests. Missing it already and definitely would stay there again another year!

Our stay at Robert’s house was exceptional. Such a spacious house with plenty of amenities and a lovely welcome basket of local Irish food and treats. Fresh flowers in the kitchen and the dining room were a lovely touch and the views were exceptional across the harbour. So peaceful. We did some lovely walks from the house along the pier and whilst there are no shops walking distance, the drive into carrigaline or cork is not far at all. Overall a wonderful stay for a family of four. The kids loved it too.
