Perfect apartment, well presented and with all the amenities you could ask for. Host thought of everything. Excellent location, with a good balance of walks, relaxation and local history. Highly recommended

We have used Airbnb several times but have never had the friendly personal approach we had from Ollie . He was welcoming , engaging who exuded pride in what he was offering to his visitors. His willingness to offer his fabulous gardens to enjoy was very much appreciated I would highly recommend

We had a lovely time. It was like a home from home. Emma couldn't do enough for us. The bed was really comfortable and there were plenty of enticing cafes and restaurants in Bishop Auckland.

thank you Jen and Brian for such a magical stay! we couldn't have asked for more! everything was magnificent, the extra touches to mark Stephen's birthday was touching and memorable, I was also surprised with a bottle of Prosecco, went to view bridal dresses but never found one I liked and brian and Jen were so sweet and still gave it to me lol thank you both! we recommend this place highly, the pictures don't do it justice, you need to experience it yourself. we loved the cosy corner, playing darts, sitting by the fire, chilling on the beach chairs ( i must have these now for our garden lol) and the hot tub is the best we have ever been in. the garden is just stunning and comes alive at night! the bed was super comfy too, got such good sleep. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to go again! thanks again to our attentive and wonderful hosts!

Myra is an outstanding host. She was very helpful and quite accommodating. Quick responses and would answer any questions we had before and during the stay. The place was very clean and had everything one would need for a short or long term visit. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Newcastle.

It was an enjoyable stay at the property with the location close to Where I was working. Comfortable beds, clutter free and just what we were looking for. Would recommend and book again

This was our second time staying at Donna’s and it won’t be our last. Donna’s place is immaculate and so homely and Donna goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome including making contact and checking in which is very much appreciated. This place is a safe haven with so many lovely places nearby to explore. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed and linen is so so comfy! Cannot recommend enough. David’s house is perfect .

Seldom is where we stay one of the highlights of our trip, but this townhouse definitely was. It was absolutely amazing. It was warm and comfortable after coming in from our chilly all day excursions. The beds were comfortable, the house extremely clean and the amenities absolute perfection.

We had a really lovely stay - thank you so much. The house is spacious and very well set up for family groups to enjoy time together.

Fantastic location for Durham and beyond. Walkable into centre - if you can do the steep hill, otherwise it’s five mins by car or cab Lovely annex super comfortable bed great shower and beautifully presented.

I stayed for 3 nights while doing a short course. The apartment is situated in the middle of Darlington. It’s a beautiful location with old cobble stone streets mixed with modern coffee shops, restaurants and even a cinema, a short distance away. The apartment was spotless, modern yet homely, a perfect base to explore or as I did, study for the following day’s studies. Highly recommended!

Fantastic couple of days away. The cottage and farm were so quiet and peaceful, kitchen and lounge was clean and usable with lovely high ceilings. Bedroom large and airy. Really enjoyed our stay and would come again. Perfect for the Dog too.

We were so pleased to find Darren's place was available we love this little place it's a great place to stay, we had a train to catch for a theatre trip so convinient

Not your typical holiday let, but a great location for exploring the North East. Clean and easy to find.

Great place. Perfect for walking in to centre. Right near beautiful walks along river. Right next to train station. We went to York for the day on train and great train service. Accommodation had everything you need. Very comfortable beds. Neighbours were great to chat to. A great place to stay. Thank you
