Wir haben vier Nächte in dem wunderbaren kleinen Cottage verbracht. Durch die Gemeinschaftsräume, die auch von anderen Bewohner*innen genutzt wurden, hatten wir ausreichend Platz für uns drei und immer wieder sehr angenehme Gesellschaft. Alle Menschen waren super freundlich und aufgeschlossen. In der Gegend gibt es sehr viel zu unternehmen und das Cottage An Tionol ist sehr friedvoll und liebevoll gestaltet, so dass es immer schön war, abends zurückzukommen. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielleicht kommen wir eines Tages wieder! Vielen Dank für alles!

I spent 9 nights at Cois Cuain. I am so happy I took my time on Inis Meain, not rushing anything. I can truly recommend this place. It is safe, friendly and a great location just by the ocean. The breakfast is fantastic and you get enough food to last you all day exploring this beautiful Island. This place has a family feel and I met so many great people here. The peace in the Island is different of anything I ever experienced and the beauty of this Island is something I will remember for the rest of my life. Thank you all so much

The room was and ensuite were wonderful and the house extremely nice, and a highlight for sure was having Martin in who we were lucky enough to have in the morning chatting with us giving us a free breakfast and recommendations!

Lorraine is a lovely host. I got lost and she made the effort to find me and bring me to her place. That was really kind of her. I appreciated that as it was my first time staying there. The bedroom was warm, at a certain time of day, the sun streamed in the window and it felt really good. She is delightful. It was walking distance and easy to get around and back to.

Ann was charming and lovely. I felt at home and delightfully yummy breakfast cooked to order. Loved her welcoming spirit.

The Mermaid's Garden was everything I wanted in a peaceful, remote, and magical place. Not only is Pariac a wonderful cook (Irish breakfast and brown soda bread) l, but also a local farmer who loves his land. The social eating area was chock full of photos showing him working the land, building stone walls, and creating soil from barren rocky ground. The house is private and pristine, a close walking distance to the three pubs and one market, overlooking the ocean and an ancient graveyard. It was nice and warm in October with the furnace on. Comfortable bed. My only concern is with the faint and weak WiFi. I did use up a ton of data, but my time on this wonderful island was worth it. The dogs are sweet and respectful. They will sit when asked and love to have head rubs. I was able to have quiet, gorgeous hikes every day for over a week, all nearby. The people who live there are friendly and the small island was not touristy at all. Wonderful experience. A highlight of my trip!

Outstanding old mansion on a back country setting. It has the feel of the Irish countryside of 100 years ago. Our room was very luxurious, large and well appointed. The views out of the windows is spectacular. Breakfast was delicious and the service attentive.

We had an amazing stay at Brendan and Beatrice’s beautiful home. The house was impeccably clean, well-organized, and surrounded by a stunning garden filled with vibrant flowers. Our room was spacious, perfect for two people, and came with great amenities, including strong WiFi and Netflix. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to clear instructions. Both Brendan and Beatrice were incredibly friendly and responsive, always quick to answer any queries we had. They ensured our stay was peaceful, providing us with plenty of privacy. We were also offered breakfast, which was a lovely touch. Brendan went above and beyond by offering us a lift to the market and giving fantastic suggestions for places to visit in Galway. Our stay was truly exceptional, and we would love to return. Thank you, Brendan and Beatrice, for your warm hospitality. we’re so grateful for the wonderful experience!❤️🙏🏻

Sandra is a lovely host and has beautiful home. She left us fresh scones for the morning. :) It's very tranquil place to stay, and I highly recommend it.

Ronnie and his place were both wonderful! The loft was so clean and cute!! Even bigger than the photos. Ronnie was so nice and welcoming and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. the private bathroom was such a great bonus! 10/10 would recommend and would come back!

5 out of 5 stars easily. It was a great place to stay, awesome location, very clean and convenient. Mary and JJ were accommodating and very helpful. I was very thankful for their place and their hospitality. I would stay there again.

Marie Louise, was a great host. She was waiting for us at arrival. The rooms where comfareble, clean and quit. Her place was litterly down town and at the station, but still was nice and quit. What we loved to was that you can have breakfast at your own time. If i could give 6 stars i would do it. We will be returning for sure

Ann was very welcoming from the day we booked our stay. She welcomed us with great warmth. Our stay was very pleasant and she made sure we had plenty of breakfast and on our preferred times.

Waldo und seine Familie sind die absoluten Traumgastgeber. Sie nehmen ihre Gäste auf wie gute Freunde und sind von Beginn an super freundlich . Zum Start unseres Aufenthalts bekamen wir einige Empfehlungen und Hintergrundwissen für die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Gegend und am nächsten Morgen wurden wir zum gemeinsamen Frühstück mit der Familie eingeladen. Herzlicher geht es nicht mehr!

Noel et Patricia sont des hôtes particulièrement sympathiques et accueillants. La chambre est grande et traversante ce qui offre une très belle vue des 2 côtés. Elle est aménagée avec beaucoup de goût et les lits sont confortables (avec beaucoup d'oreillers et de coussins). La salle de bain privative est aussi très grande et bien arrangée. Au rez de chaussée, un salon est disponible de même qu'une salle à manger où un petit déjeuner somptueux nous a été servi. Il faut essayer, au moins une fois, l' Irish Breakfast présenté par Noel. Un must absolu ... mais il faut avoir bon appétit. Enfin, grâce aux bons conseils prodigués par nos hôtes, nous avons passé une journée extraordinaire en effectuant un circuit à travers les paysages magnifiques du Conémara. Nous recommandons chaudement.

Sokha and Kevin’s place was extremely clean and well thought out. They even allowed us to drop our luggage off early. Kevin was very welcoming and gave us a tour so we would know where everything is. Any time we had a question their response was thoughtful and immediate. Breakfast was wonderful with the best scones, fresh fruit, yogurt, juices, cereal and more. A really nice variety to start the day. The kitchen is available at any time to guests, which is rare and exceptionally helpful in the off and shoulder seasons. Coffee and tea is available for guests to make at any time. It took us about 16 minutes to walk to the center of town and about 10 minutes to walk to the nearest pub. Kilronan is downhill from the Inn. As others have noted, the walls are thin, but everyone is extremely respectful and it was not a problem. We enjoyed our stay look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful hosts, kind, and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Patricia’s bread was delicious as was Noel’s cooking! The house was clean and comfortable. We felt very welcome and loved their little dog Lucy!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour (5 nuits) chez Teresa, une hôte adorable et attachante, toujours soucieuse de notre bien être. La maison est idéalement située, à 10-15 minutes en voiture de Galway. Et à 5 minutes à pied, le village de Barna présente toutes les commodités (supermarché, restaurants, guichet automatique, poste, pharmacie). La maison de Teresa est très cosy, agréable, les chambres sont charmantes et propres, dotées d’une literie confortable. Toutes les chambres ne donnent pas sur la mer. La télévision est dans les pièces communes, pas forcément accessibles en soirée. La salle à manger et sa baie vitrée offrent un superbe panorama sur l’océan et les champs de bocage. Et pour en profiter encore mieux, le petit déjeuner irlandais de Teresa est délicieux et irréprochable ! Une grande terrasse permet de s’installer également dehors tout en profitant du paysage. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour chez Teresa et recommandons cette halte aux portes du Connemara
