Our family of 5 adults enjoyed our stay at Mary and Ray's home. Each of our 4 rooms had an ensuite bathroom, and the home was equipped with heated floors on the lower level, as well as a wood stove, gas fireplace, and dimmable lights for a cozy evening ambiance. The home has many personal touches like motion sensor night lights in the entrance, staircase, and bedrooms, as well as a display of various family members' drawings and paintings. The view of the lake is amazing. There are many lovely restaurants in the area, including a reservation-only prix-fixe restaurant serving venison and partridge. This is a European home, and we were surprised to see a few added luxuries like a few screened windows as well as a tumble dryer (to soften line-dried clothes). Mary and Ray were incredibly responsive and hospitable to us throughout our stay.

Bernadette's place was fabulous and she was a wonderful host. Thoroughly recommend staying in this beautiful place!

Mark's place is a fantastic property will more than ample space for large groups of people with all the home comforts you could need to make your stay home from home. Also Mark responds very quickly and is fully focused on making his guests stay perfect. We will always stay again if Mark has the availability.

I stayed at Carmel's place a few years ago and have often wanted to return. This time we stayed at Carmel's place with a large group of mums and our kids. We had wonderful time and would love to give even more stars as Carmel and Fintan went above and beyond anything expected from and air BnB host. The location was great in a rural setting and safe and secure so we felt our kids were safe running around. The cleanliness and facilities were second to none and their were so many extra personal touches that made our stay so comfortable including taking into account food preferences for breakfast and leaving us some lovely treats. Some quotes from the other mums show how pleased we really were: Carmel was so thoughtful. When they saw how many kids there were they power washed and sanitised some extra toys for them to play with which was a nice touch. Carmel went above and beyond with the extras (toiletries, slippers, dressing gowns, breakfast, treats), we really weren't expecting that. And she seemed happy to host a load of children which lots of places are not. Absolutely the best air BnB I’ve stayed in for all the little extras, the pony rides were fantastic….the slippers & toiletries etc. It was a great space for kids & families. I didn’t feel worried about letting the kids roam for a bit… The super stocked fridge 👍🏼 the electric front gate made it feel safe as well and the ground level trampoline was a major hit with all 😁

Kathy was a great host, very helpful and amenable from initial contact and right through our stay. Kathy was flexible with our check in time which we were very grateful for. Bed was comfortable. Lovely breakfast available. Easy trip to Hotel Kilmore for a wedding. Kathy was so kind to leave us back there to pick up our car the next day. Would stay there again if we are back in the area.

Julie lives in a quiet neighborhood. We had a spacious sunny room with a very comfortable bed. Perfect stay for Mullingar since it's just a short walk into town. The breakfast Julie serves is a very good start for the day. thanks

Excellent apartment. Very clean and plenty of space for 4 people. Apartment was right in the middle of town and close to everything. Would defiantly book again if staying in Carrick again.

This is a cosy shabby chic haven. We loved our stay. Lynda is the best host. The location is perfect and there are some beautiful shops around, including the one that the apartment is above. We will definitely be back.

Enjoyed our stay .. great for a few nights. Accommodation was very clean and spacious. Great location as Sligo town(just 10 minutes away) , Strandhill beach and Mullaghmore coastline are all within 25 minute drive . Lovely village just 2 minute walk away. Host was also very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

It felt nothing less than a big castle. Tony and Karen welcomed us with a warm smile, we were fascinated with the little talks, kind friendly nature and their hospitality. A soldier statue in armour was one of the attractions of this big beautiful building. Waking up to a view - big lawn with a water pond, added with nature’s drizzling was amazing.. The room had its royal charm with handpicked modern jewelled bed side table lamps, unique mirror, window view. Healthy and tasty Vegan breakfast served by them adds on to the list which makes us visit the place again. Furthermore, they guided us to nearest scenic beauty and possible places we could explore. Moreover, they were flexible with the in and out timings. Thanks much Karen and Tony. !!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Harry, Marys Mann, begrüßt. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön mit Zugang zu einer Terrasse und wir konnten bei Kaffee und Tee draußen sitzen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und der Tisch schön gedeckt. Beide Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sehr nett unterhalten. Schade war nur die Nähe zur Motorway. Es war nötig, die Fenster zu schließen. Dann war der Schlaf nicht gestört. Wir sind mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden und bedanken uns bei Mary und Harry

Le logement de Diana est super, nous avons été très bien accueillis par la fille et la petite fille de Diana ainsi que tous les animaux de la ferme. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien. Nous avions un bon petit déjeuner disponible et avons profiter de la superbe veranda.

Stayed in Mary’s place for a wedding in Kilronan Castle. It’s an ideal location for such an occasion. Mary provided you with everything required including taxi details etc. Will definitely be staying again if I have anything on there.
