Highly recommend. This is a gem tucked privately in the heart of Moynalty. Accommodation has everything and Jim provides a wonderful selection of music and books. Very unique and well worth a visit. Jim is very welcoming and we really enjoyed our stay.

We felt so at home at Mary's and she was so incredibly friendly. We very much appreciated the well sticked small kitchen complete with a lovely tea set. The beds were comfortable and clean. The shower was nice and hot with good water flow. A bonus is the hostesses beautiful paintings in the house. The Hill Of Tara is a blessed place and you cannot get a better location if you want to visit this sacred and important historic and spiritual sight. One note, the room is up a small iron spiral staircase so this is important for any with restrictions.

Perfect apartment for a stay in Drogheda, or Dublin. 10 minute walk to train station.

It was perfect, weather was amazing , that is always a bonus . The apartment is in a great location for walking, restaurants , amazing bakery’s., with a lovely view from the balcony. A couple of little garden chairs would have been great to sit out in the morning with your coffee on the balcony. The apartment was warm, and beds very comfortable. Would definitely recommend it.

We had an amazing time at Kevin’s place. The house was exactly as described, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect—close to everything, yet in a quiet neighborhood, which made it a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the bed was super comfortable. Kevin was a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating, making the check-in process seamless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

Martha and Chris were incredibly helpful and responsive. The apartment was perfect for a weekend away. Handy location and nice parks just at your door step.

Had a great stay for 3 nights. Everything was as mentioned in the listing, but the photos don’t really capture the amount of space you have at your disposal. The views from the apartment are great and everything you need is within walking distance. I recommend Little Richard’s Pizza, Gerry’s Fresh Foods and Stoop Your Head (seafood restaurant on the front). Valerie left some scones, bread and milk which was very appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked and was a joy to cook in. The heating was set for certain times so we didn’t have to worry about being cold, and it was especially nice turning up on the first day to a warm place. I would defintely return to Skerries and rent Valerie’s place again.

Carmel is an excellent host.Her home has all the amenities needed and is clean and very comfortable.Easy access to Drogheda,the Boyne Valley & East coast beaches.Recommended.

We stayed here as a group of 10 over a weekend and it was fab! The location is as central as it gets with a less than a minute walk to all central pubs/shops. The apartment was super clean, very spacious and super cosy and warm for us arriving. The kitchen was kitted out with everything we needed for cooking for ourselves and the bedrooms were clean and cosy. Would recommend for any groups heading to carlingford!

Uncle Noel’s Cottage is a bright and airy bungalow with lots of living space, modern kitchen and bathrooms and three decent sized bedrooms. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortably furnished, perfect for a family weekend away. Siobhan was a great host, responding to our queries before arrival and dropping in to see that we had everything we needed. A real gem.

Lovely stay here in Carlingford. Location is great, short walk down the hill to the town. Lovely views over the Lough and the house is perfect for a group.

Christine was a great host. Everything was so easy from check in to check out. The house is very spacious with plenty of bedrooms for a larger group. The house is about a 15 minute walk into the village but taxis are easily got too if the weather isn’t on your side. I would highly recommend this house and would love to come back and stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Richard was incredibly helpful during our stay! We used the accommodation for a hen party and everything went off without a hitch! Richard was so helpful when organising activities, house facilities and bus transport for one of our evenings, very prompt communication and clear instructions! The house is absolutely stunning with plenty of space and facilities! Would highly recommend for events like this or for big families! Will definitely book here again in the future!

Caroline and Damian were great hosts. They put in a lot of effort to create the accommodation and the experience that comes with it. They were very warm and happy to assist with any requests. We enjoyed our weekend away and look forward to returning.

It has been an authentic pleasure to contact to Roisin again. Roisin and Jamie are very attentive and one day we receive some gorgeous scones, it was so nice, we were surprised !! Thanks for everything !!

Fantastic stay at Noeleen’s apartment. It was cosy, had everything you could need and right in the centre of the town. Noeleen was incredibly friendly and responsive. Everything I used in the apartment worked perfectly and Noeleen left clear instructions for use. The apartment is within walking distance of shops, restaurants/cafes/pubs and public transport and easily accessible by car (tight entrance so larger cars might need to park outside the courtyard). I would happily recommend anyone to stay here.

Thanks for letting us stay Rob, and lovely to meet you, we will be back, hopefully in March aswell, but definitely next fall. So peaceful in the woods, and the stars were amazing, we even saw a young badger on the track, looking forward to returning soon, Tom and P

We caused some early trouble for Jocelyn, showing up early looking to get in. Jocelyn had the cleaner work diligently to get us in before check in. We then went to dinner and locked ourselves out. Jocelyn, who lives some distance away, got us in quickly in answer to our text. Place proved perfect for stay with my wife and son. Location not on the Strand but overlooks other buildings to provide a good view and real feeling of ocean front. Great unit and great area to stay. Looking forward to going back.

Sonia was a great host! Very responsive and helpful. The place had everything you could think of: games, espresso, extra toiletries, etc. she really thought of everything. Would love to go back and enjoy this spot again.

Mary’s place is lovely. Really big and very well equipped. We had a lovely stay visiting the coast and inland sights. The sun came out and it was lovely sitting by the river in the garden. Mary was a very detailed and extremely helpful host. The accommodation is very private and quiet. We’d definitely stay again if we are back in the area!
