This beautiful property was an amazing place for our family ‘s Christmas gathering. Lots of room for everyone. So much to do , skating, skiing, and seating by the cozy fireplace. Tons of towels, condiments, plates and cups, everything is there . The village pigeon lake is very close by for a quick shopping trip or tasty restaurant. The host was very helpful and responded to all our questions quickly. They even set up a Christmas tree for us. Don’t hesitate, book this place.

2nd weekend in a row we stayed at the cabin.. this time brought our teen kids. they actually enjoyed the peacefulness away from the city. would definitely book here again..

We enjoyed our winter weekend stay. This was the perfect setup for elementary aged kids. The cottage was cozy and inviting, while being big enough that we all had our own space. The kitchen is well stocked and functional. Beds were clean and comfortable. Great communication from Jenna, directions and suggestions were well laid out. We left some personal items behind, she was very helpful in arranging to have them returned. We would love to visit again!

Beautiful cabin. The fireplace was amazing and the perfect place to spend a relaxing weekend.

Emily was a fantastic host and very responsive. The cabin is in a beautiful location right on the lake. We enjoyed having a peaceful couple days together as a family. We loved the games/puzzles available and all the amenities within the cabin. It is quite dated and some of the appliances/dishes were dirty, however the bathrooms/bedrooms and living spaces etc were all very clean! Overall a great stay!

We had such a nice time. The place was spotless. It had an amazing homey, lived in feel, while being so clean. The best of all worlds. And you couldn't ask for a better location.

Perfect location for a girls getaway. Beautiful setting with lake view. Quick drive to Village at Pigeon Lake. Super cozy living room furniture and comfortable beds.

My partner and I had a wonderful weekend at Jacquie's place. The suite was just as described, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, etc! Jacquie even ensured I had a particular kitchen item that I asked about. The bathroom was spacious and the large tub is divine! The water pressure is low, as it is well water, so allow lots of time to fill the tub. The provided linens are all in excellent condition. Jacquie was super responsive both in advance of our stay and while we were there. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting, but we appreciated the time in her beautiful suite.

Great experience! A unique cabin in the woods experience. From the moment we booked, the host(s) reached out and answered my questions promptly. Veona and family were very friendly, helpful, and ensured the stay was as comfortable as possible. So much charm in the experience. It was a pleasure hanging amongst and feeding the friendly Llama/chickens, going on walks/hanging by the bonfire with the company of their two gorgeous, well-behaved dogs, and getting to know the lovely host family. The quietness, in the woods experience ensured a very rejuvenating sleep. Will be back!
