Beautiful wooden house (cabin) , calm, homely, and when you step outside, the trails, lakes, bog, bog oak suprises, wildlife and scale of the space is stunnning. It's a beautiful home made even better with the mini Eden that Joseph has created with the land.

Great place, nothing else in the area and it sorted us right out on a charity event. Great little pub next door, chipper is questionable

if you need peace and quiet, then this is the place for you, loads of beautiful walks nearby. So relaxed afterwards Thanks

Spent a weekend with my friends and it was really great seeing everyone happy with the place I wouldn't mind going back again...highly recommended

Lovely quintessential Irish cottage on an expansive farm - we hiked through beautiful lush woodland, to the lake, and up to the highest point with the most beautiful views of the patchwork below. John was a gracious host and fascinating to talk to. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. Recommend the Thatch for dinner, had a delicious birthday meal there. The staff was outstanding. Thank you for hosting us John and Linda!

This is the second time we stayed in John's listing and we had a lovely time. The view from the living room every day is priceless and our dogs loved all the wood's walks we had all around us :) Thank you for having us!
