We had a fab stay at Kilmallock House, helped along by glorious autumn weather and amazing northern lights 😊 The house is really peaceful, warm, spacious and quiet. The bathroom is huge and has a fantastic shower. The kitchen has the basics - only a two ring hob but that was plenty for the two of us. It would be lovely to be able to fling the door open and welcome in the sunshine (it’s a bit dark) but the cat isn’t allowed in so that’s not doable. The view from the kitchen windows over the garden definitely makes up for this 🥰 Don’t forget to bring milk, bread, butter etc. if you’re arriving late afternoon - you’ll need them to go with the lovely freshly laid eggs for breakfast. There isn’t a shop nearby. As outlined in the listing, the stairs are quite steep and the main bedroom is on a different floor from the bathroom so be aware of that if you’re likely to need the loo in the night. Great trad music in Colfers Bar and ballads in Holohans Pub. The cafe at 1798 centre is great

Pauline's home is absolutley breathtaking. Everything was perfect and she thinks of every little detail to make your stay comfortable, convenient and homey. Pauline is an absolute delight and was always available for questions and suggestions. The house is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and so clean. The area is gorgeous and the beach only moment's from the house is beautiful and peaceful with fantastic views, stones and shells. The sheep farms surrounding the property provide the real Irish living experience and the Wexford area had so much to offer for activities, shopping and pubs. We can't wait to come back! We had a wonderful week at sheep cottage relaxing and enjoying walks in Kilmore Quay. We even had a swim and availed of the sauna on the beach. Evenings were very cozy sitting by the wood stove.

Our stay at Lucy's place was really amazing and comfortable. I would highly recommend the place as it offers great sea views and amazing indoor/outdoor sitting area. We were a group of 8 adults and a newborn who love to cook together and the place offered us really great space and utensils in the kitchen to enable that.

We loved our stay at Turrock cottage. It was just as we had imagined. By the second day we were settled in and enjoying our morning coffee by the fire and feeding the farm critters. Ciaran was great and communicated well. Would highly recommend if you want a countryside stay. The people are friendly and we enjoyed meeting the locals.

Wow! Simply one of the very best places we have ever stayed at. Bridget & Des are two of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet, and their unit was stunning. Quality throughout and the extra touches were very much appreciated. Very highly recommended AirBNB that felt like home.

My son and I stayed at The loft for three nights whilst visiting friends. It was clean and tidy and so peaceful and just what we needed. Nothing was too much trouble for Josie and Kevin. We will be back

A really beautiful cottage, really peaceful stay and a lovely welcome from Mary Claire, who very kindly had the stove lit for us when we arrived a one also left out a lovely welcome pack of eggs, soda bread, butter and milk. Wholeheartedly recommend the cottage to anyone looking for a lovely and quiet stay in a beautiful part of the garden of Ireland!

Unfortunately, in such a beautiful setting, this was a work stay, however Mary could not have been more helpful. Took booking at very short notice, and provided changes of linen when people swapped over. Super helpful and the setting really was amazing. Very tranquil. Lovely apartment. Next to main house and host was both friendly and available, while being also considerate of space and privacy. Thank you

Natalie and her family have been super nice! Very welcoming , they made feel us at home. The place is great, and the host friendly, our kids loved meeting their cute animals. Natali went over and beyond with kindness and unexpectad surprises! Very appreciated and suggested.

Patrick and his father nesrby were so very lovely and responsive. The place is absolutely darling, gas breathtaking views, and has very comfortable beds. My fiance and I really enjoyed every moment and would indeed love to return again!

We had a great time at Rebecca’s place. Beautiful surrounding, secluded and very peaceful. We came with two kids and a dog. And all were happy and something to do. The house itself is gorgeous and has a beautiful design. The bed linens were great , the parents room was a king size bed which was the best. The kitchen is well Equipped and Rebecca’s was super friendly and responsive. Had a great time.

We enjoyed our stay from the moment we arrived we felt at home it was very peaceful great area Walking distance to a local pub chipper and shop.

Lovely stay at Rosegarland Estate. Very secure for children, great ittle playground, large courtyard with BBQ, lovely walks through the estate. The house was lovely and spotlessly clean. Sarah was so friendly and recommended a.number of beaches and places to visit. Sarah was very accommodating and supplied a travel cot and stair gate which was great for outlr 1 year old. I will definitely be nack again and would highly recommend. Thanks again to Sarah for a great stay.

My colleagues and I had the pleasure of staying at the Mount Brandon Holiday Cottages. We were in town for a little over a week working and wanted somewhere local to be based. We were definitely not disappointed. Andrea was very helpful prior to arrival and during our stay. Had a couple of lovely chats with her while wandering outside. The grounds around the cottage are beautiful with a lush garden. The location is just up a hill outside of the town and it's easy to walk down for a wander. We had three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a shower. It was cozy, warm and dry (which was nice seeing as we were working outside). The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook most evenings. The sofas in the living room were a great place to relax in the evenings. I highly recommend staying here. It's very nice to stay somewhere where the hosts are active in recycling and composting, seeing as people do produce a lot of waste. Huge thanks Andrea!
