Cove Creek : locations de vacances

We love tiny homes, although never stayed in one. So this seemed like the perfect timing. We were in Rural Retreat for a workshop and in looking at available AirBnBs, this one seemed great. It's such a cure re-do of what looks like a former smoke house. So cutely furnished with Appalachian charm. Even a lovely, hand-quilted bedspread, obviously made with love. The bedsheets and pillows were pristine and the bed was firm and perfect. Everything was squeaky clean. Lots of coffees to choose from. Ample plates, cups, flatware. It got down to 12 degrees F yet we were toasty and snug as two bugs in a rug!

Amazing and very comfortable place. Stayed in many Airbnb and this one was one of the best.

Beautiful vintage home with a great view and private even though it’s in a small city. Very quiet and peaceful. Everything we were looking for, will return if we have the opportunity!!

We had a girls weekend. Celebrating years of friendship. The home was perfect and exactly as described. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. We all loved the hottub. Matthew was extremely responsive. We would book the house again for sure.

My fiancé and I stayed in Red Bud with our little dog for 6 nights and loved it so much! The view was incredible and we enjoyed how quiet our surroundings were. Having a cup of coffee on the porch every morning was like a dream. The cabin was clean and very well stocked. We were surprised because it had everything we needed plus more! Most cabins are bare bones but not this. Also if you are someone in need of internet, the internet was perfect and gave us no trouble. We also arrived at night and it was of course very dark, I messaged Rich to help us get to the cabin and he called me and stayed on the phone with us until we were there, which was super appreciated. As far as activity recommendations, the immediate area is pretty remote, but we drove one day (about 40 mins maybe?) to Hanging Rock Raptor Observatory (short but very pretty hike!) and then went to the Cheese ‘n More Store for a sandwich after. The perfect day trip! Both are worth the drive/visit. We will be back!

Dave was great! Check-in was super easy, the place is very nice, there is plenty to do in the surrounding area, and if you have questions he's very responsive. Would stay again!

This was such a beautiful and lovely cabin right on the water. We basically sat on the screened in porch all day enjoying the tranquility and peacefulness hearing and watching the river. This place was perfect!!!!! Thank you for allowing us to stay with you!

Place was nice for our one night stay!

An amazingly picturesque location as the leaves changed! The studio cabin was a perfect size for 2 adults. We enjoyed exploring Big Walker Lookout and the ever-so-interesting restaurant/bar/garden/gift shop that is Log House 1776 Restaurant in Wytheville. Venture up to Pearisburg and hike Cascade Falls if you have time!
