We absolutely adored our stay at the cottage which was perfect for a local event myself and our group were attending. Rooms were spotless, warm and cosy - leading to an intimate communal atmosphere when we gathered together at night. Directions and communication were clear. I would highly recommend the site to anyone interested.

We had a lovely, peaceful, relaxing stay here over half term. Plenty of dog walks and hikes nearby - Hurcott Pool and Wood, which was just on the doorstep, was closed due to storm damage, but Wyre Forest, Kinver Edge and Clent Hills were all within a short drive. Back to the house to warm up in the hot tub and watch the sunset, or the stars. Daily visits to the garden centre down the road for fresh produce from the butchers and farm shop - we made good use of the Aga which did a beautiful roast pork! Plenty of space in the house itself, and our daughter enjoyed making use of the desk in the library to do some of her work. Becky and Rick were both friendly, helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this immaculate lodge. Everything was spotless and beautifully presented, with high-end equipment and tasteful, cosy decor that made it feel like a true home away from home. It was such a treat to be able to bring our dog along and still stay somewhere so luxurious – it’s rare to find pet-friendly places that are this nice! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at ease from the moment we arrived. We would 100% recommend this lodge to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable break, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Had an amazing valentines stay here with my partner. Clare was the perfect host and the barn was the perfect property for our stay. Very quaint, peaceful and secluded. With lovely views over the farmland and a short drive from some beautiful towns

Fantastic stay at the Hayloft cottage. The beautiful private surroundings just outside of Stratford upon Avon town was perfect and kept immaculate. Wendy made us feel right at home and the place was snug and cosy for the 4 of us. Complimentary treats for valentines went down a treat and we loved the pool and hot tub experience which was all pristine and well organised. Thank you so much Wendy, already planning our next trip! This was a lovely stay! The hosts met us and welcomed us in! The home was spacious and inviting with thought given into details. We were greeted with a complimentary drink which was the perfect addition. We stayed in for one night and the next day went into Coventry which offers local bars and restaurants. The hot tub was amazing, looking over horses fields. I would highly recommend although urge the hosts to keep on top of finer cleaning details as mentioned previously. Thank you so much for the lovely stay!☺️

stayed her for the weekend with my partner an 3 kids as we was on a little weekend trip to drayton mano .the property was immaculate an the host went above an beyond with loads of little touches for us. all 5 of us loved our weekend an we made use of the excellent hottub facilities. the beds are top quality for a good night's sleep .

The cottage was beautiful and with the perfect dog walk literally across the road it was perfect for our weekend visiting family. Very comfortable with everything we needed. Lots of outstanding restaurants nearby, truly a great location.

Staying at the Barn was fantastic. Victoria and David are amazing hosts. The property is set in great garden space. Fresh flowers on arrival as well as milk, tea ,coffee and eggs. My dog loved it there too. Great country walks. Great base to go out and visit Stratford-upon-Avon, Dudley living museum and nice local pubs . Would highly recommend staying here. Jessica’s house was perfect for me and my colleague to stay in whilst working in the local area. Easy to check in, great communication, and exactly the same as described. Plenty of places to deliver food as well as all the amenities to cook something yourself. Superb. I definitely stay there again. Thank you.

Jenny and Colin are both brilliant hosts. Very informative and helpful. We had a lovely stay in their lovely retreat. The surroundings are beautiful and there's lots to do around the area. We would love to go back the next chance we get.

Such a peaceful private spot, lovely and quiet and dog friendly. There's a tethering post but you don't have a fenced off section as there are ducks etc.. Lisa's place is lovely and warm and clean and the pool table is a delight. Check in is at 4pm. Good Wifi. Slipper bath and a shower. Plenty of space and great parking. You don't feel watched or overlooked although you are in the grounds of the main property as the place you stay is completely dicreet from pretty much everything in a delightful country village.

We stayed a couple of nights while attending the British Beekeepers Association Spring convention. The accommodation was lovely. Lynn and Simon where very welcoming. They left milk, bread, butter, tea, coffee and cereal in the kitchen as well as a delicious home made cake. Couldn't fault our stay in any way. We had everything we needed, towels, shampoo, shower wash. We look forward to coming back next year! Also worth a mention is the pub, half a mile down the road, The Oakley Arms, where we had a very nice meal. Probably worth booking as they only just managed to fit us in. Also the fish & chip shop we used was the Coven Fish bar which is an 8 minute drive. We ordered through Just eats and it was ready to pick up. Really delicious fish & chips. Thanks again Lynn. Lovely 3 nights at Hannah’s handy for visiting family and very peaceful considering how near the main road was. Lovely and clean with everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay here again if we need to.

This is our second visit The accommodation sits within a quite and modern housing estate that feels safe and is an easy walk into Stratford. We stayed for four nights and during our stay we were comfy cosy and everything we need was on hand. The back garden was fully enclosed and secure and safe for our dog. Although we did not meet John he is an excellent host, he promptly responds to all messages and offered us the accommodation for the night before our stay for free and late check out on our departure as the property was not booked. Thank you John those offers was very much appreciated and we will defiantly be back .

Nice house and quiet place.Unfortunately didn’t stay the whole period due to personal reasons.Worth to recommend to people who like farm and quiet environments

Kind and accommodating host. One of my favourite places to stay in the area.

A wonderful little bolthole situated in the most stunning grounds of the owners' home. Very private with plenty of parking space and the accommodation is charming and has everything you need for a short/long stay. Wonderfully comfortable living area and cute country style kitchen with all the essential equipment needed and a thoughtful continental breakfast left by the owners. Only a short stay for us unfortunately so didn't have time to walk around the grounds or try any of the wonderful walks/itineraries kindly provided by the owners but we hope to be back another time to try them out!

The Littlegood lodge is a beautiful place surrounded by nature and animals. The house is situated in a such a way that it provides complete privacy. We had a very nice view from the living room window. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Lynne is a nice, welcoming and friendly person. We do highly recommend !

We had such a lovely weekend at this cottage! The host was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the start, they were always available for any questions and gave great recommendations for nearby attractions. The cottage was cozy and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. The peaceful setting made this stay truly special. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

This is a fantastic place to stay. The cottage has a homely feel and is decorated to a really high standard. The space is very well utilised and has everything you need. Communication with our host was excellent. Lovely touches like leaving bits in the kitchen for us really added to the stay. Great location - 5 minutes from the Castle. Highly recommend.

Helena and Paul were wonderful hosts - great for anyone really nicely priced and area was great lots of shops and takeaways nearby. We travelled to Telford which was approx 24mins away and done shopping and other bits and went restaurant. 100 percent recommend.

A dream that came true. My family and I spent the most wonderful Christmas ever! Katie, the host, has been always very friendly and helpful, from the beginning to the end.I asked her if she could decorate the cottage with a Xmas tree, but when we arrived all the cottage was decorated.We arrived very late at night with no problem.Katie also left a bottle of wine, delicious biscuits, some chocolate and butter and milk in the fridge. We had never had such a warm welcome. Parking was just in front of the main door All was very clean. We felt as we were at home. There were 2 bathrooms, one with the bath, upstairs between the two bedrooms and another one downstairs next to the kitchen. The living room was amazing, so well furnished with a good taste. It was a lovely and unforgettable stay. We definitely recommend Katie and her cottage and we hope to stay there agin in the next future.Thank you, Katie, Des and girls. Xxx
