I’ve just stayed at Anita’s Airbnb with five friends for a weekend away. The house is gorgeous - spacious and spotless, with striking and eclectic decor throughout. The garden is delightful, too, it’s a real sun trap with plenty of space to sit and soak up the sun. And then there’s the bar, which is a brilliant and super-fun addition to the house! King’s Heath is a great area and all the bars, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Anita was also great - always quick to respond and gave us loads of useful info before our stay. Overall a 10 out of 10 stay.

I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

This was a beautiful, high end property. You wouldn’t think you were in the centre once you are there. The place was beautifully clean and the garden was enjoyed in the sunshine. It was great to have the speakers in the hot tub. Muhammed checked in on arrival and attended when we needed to access the fuse box. Overall a wonderful stay with great service. We would 100% stay again.

We had a lovely family weekend away, house was very nicely finished and as described. Lovely location. Would highly recommend Churchfields Farm for a day out with kids and Inkberrow Park was great for my toddler.

My friends and I stayed for a wedding and this was a perfect location to stay. Thank you to Gurm, who warmly greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house. Everything we needed was provided and Gurm kindly recommended some local restaurants. Sadly we didn't have time to use the pool table in the games room, but it was a great set up with a tv there too (perfect for a premier league match and beers with some pals).

We rented this Airbnb for a works meeting and it couldnt have worked out any better. The accommodation was clean and beds really comfy, the outside space was great so we did most of the meeting in the late afternoon and evening sat in the sunshine in the garden. We couldnt fault the cleanliness of the kitchen or bathrooms and the showers were really powerful, what was needed to wake us all up in the morning to carry on our meeting. We had milk and juice in the fridge when we arrived and tea and coffee was provided along with a little treat that was a lovely added touch. Joy (the host) responded to all requests for information and the information regarding access to the house etc was provided in time with easy to follow instructions. We would just like to say a BIG thankyou to Joy.

We had a great time here, it was bigger than we expected and lots of room for a big group. Lovely to be able to all sit outside in the sun!

Stayed for a weekend. Apartment is in a great location, less than a 10 minute walk to New Street Station, Bullring, Mailbox with a 24hr garage just down the road. Easy self-check in instructions from a responsive host. The property was lovely as pictured, we had no issues with noise and had comfy beds so we slept well. Heaps of storage so I’m sure would be ideal for a longer stay.

A great overnight stay at The Annexe. It was an enjoyable experience right from the short notice booking through to checkout. The place is amazing if you like the open and quiet farm environment, yet not too far from the local areas. Lesley left amazing treats around the house that just made the stay a 5++. We would give it a go any day

Lovely flat, just right for us for a weekend. Fabulous location, just behind Shakespeare's birthplace, so out of the busy area but only a couple of minutes walk from everything. Flat was great - clean, tidy, all amenities for 4 adults. Very much recommended.

We only spent a night here, but it was perfect for what we needed and close to where we needed to be - the apartment is warm and comfy, and we felt very much at home. The area is lovely - really quiet and so many beautiful big trees, and great places to eat within walking distance.

I must say it was a pleasant experience staying over at Kam's. Have been in the past but he's recently done some touch ups that I highly recommend you experience at least once. Great value for money. Great host. Really did enjoy my stay.

Great little place with good links to the Midlands

Me and my husband stayed at Stuart and Bethan’s place for a month, I was working at Queen Elizabeth Hospital which is a 10 mins walk from the flat. The check-in was easy and Stuart was very friendly and provided all the information before we arrived. The flat was the highlight of our trip, the place was exactly as described,clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the beautiful surroundings, and the walkable distance from shops and the hospital. Stuart and Bethan were extremely responsive and you would feel at home due to their attention for the small details. The bed was very comfy, the sofa bed was a plus and not having stairs made everything easy because we had large bags. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Birmingham, and I would definitely stay again! 🤩

The appartment was very clean and modern and we particularly liked all the artwork! We had lovely views over a peaceful river setting. The hosts gave very clear instructions. An ideal place in which to stay to explore historic Warwick and the surrounding area.

Julie’s annexe was really comfortable and perfect for staying near the University. I was there for work and it was a short walk to the conference but easy to hop in an Uber as well. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone doing the same - it’s much more comfortable and nicer than a hotel room!

Lovely private apartment in walking distance to trains/buses, supermarket, restaurants and shops. Great back yard, right on the canal. Very peaceful despite having a train line opposite the canal. Apartment has everything you need and Aubrey is always helpful and responsive. Our second stay here and we would definitely stay again.

Nice cosy spot located just a 10 minute drive from Stratford with a good local pub and breakfast options just a few minutes away.

A perfect weekend stay - the apartment had everything we needed in good walking distance to the city centre. Clean with comfy beds and a great shower. Barely any traffic noise at all - I'll take a few pigeons calling from the roof over that any day!

Outstanding! This is truly a stunning apartment, Mihir has done an exceptional renovation. It would equally rival a high end boutique apartment, with attention to details such as lighting, the appliances and quality of the bed linen.. Don’t be fooled by the external appearance of the building.. this apartment is amazing.

From start to finish an amazing welcome. Cate was so informative from booking to us arriving. Super clean and so well stocked for everything we needed and so informative about the places we wished to visit. HIghly recommend x

Great communication, spotless and comfortable flat, perfect location for Jewellery Quarter.

The accommodation was stunning, in a beautiful, rural area that was still close to everything you would need (pubs, restaurants, shops, attractions etc.) Would recommend to anybody and would definitely stay again😊
