We had a great Stay at Scott's place. Nice quiet area, super clean. Would definitely stay again when we come back to town.

We booked Rodneys place months ago for 7 girls to stay in after going into downtown Cincinnati to bar hop and celebrate my sisters engagement! It had more beds then I expected (pull out beds on almost every one), was absolutely stunning and was perfect for all the pictures my sister wanted to do! The basement steps were a little steep and one of my sisters did fall down them but she's super clumsy so this is a given. Even with texted pictures on how to work the hot tub, none of us could get it heated past 75 degrees, which was rather disappointing. Either way, Rodney was super responsive, messaged me every morning and night to check if we needed anything, and texted me within half an hour with the pictures how how to work the hot tub. Highly recommend!

gorgeous home with amazing property that we explored during the visit. we kayaked and played in the large yard. we enjoyed the hot tub. the living area in the home was breathtaking.

We had our family Christmas gathering at the Gray Whale - it was a perfect accommodation for a large family - plenty of space for meals, sufficient kitchen, plenty of beds and bathrooms, and room to work puzzles and play games.

The house was exactly the way it was described. House was clean and a perfect location. Host was responsive if needed for anything or questions. Thanks... it worked out great and would stay there again.

Definitely will be recommending One a very few locations where’s it private Calm and just astounding. They were generous to provide snacks 2 washers & dryers! Absolutely amazing. Pool was the cherry on top. Awesome stay. Definitely worth every dollar!!

This is a beautiful old house, built around 1900, with 3 floors, in an up-and-coming neighborhood of Cincinnati. The first floor includes a large living room, large dining room, well-equipped kitchen, and guest bathroom. The second floor includes a very large front bedroom, and medium-sized back bedroom, and a spacious bathroom. The decor is very homey, comfortable, and warm. All fixtures and amenities worked well. Entry is by keypad, and hosts communicated well. The only slight challenged is parking on the somewhat narrow (but quiet and walkable) residential street, but I could always find a space within a few houses of this airbnb. Parallel parking skills are helpful! Several good restaurants within walking distance. A wonderful and well-equipped house. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and relaxing backyard. Large kitchen, island, and adjoining family room were wonderful for family time. Additionally, the host was very responsive and helpful.

Honestly I can say this was the most random day/night trip I took that blew my mind! This place is a peace of heaven & a great escape from the busy life. I have to come back to stay a few more days because one day/night wasn’t enough. The place was in a perfect location & how awesome is it to get that small town treatment by the owner greeting you & making you feel at home? I just loved it so much ❤️

This place was beautiful and matched the photos exactly with very easy check in and a great host who communicated very well , neighborhood was quiet & it felt right at home for our 1 night stay . The place had snacks if you’d like one . Had a listed board in the kitchen with some suggested things to do. I also LOVED how decorated it was and placed along with a few notes that gave you the option for a pay it forward bottle of wine you drink and replace. Such a great & cute idea. Would absolutely recommend this place to EVERYONE !

The New York Suite exceeded all of our expectations, all of the details were spot on! All throughout our stay we kept finding additional touches that fueled our excitement. Also I have to say, this was the CLEANEST AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in! Usually I’m very disappointed in what I get for what I pay in a cleaning fee, but NOT here. Brenda was very proactive with some slight hiccups (beyond her control). Yes you can hear everything in this building, but everyone is so happy and excited it’s still a nice vibe.

Home was very welcoming felt right at home we enjoyed our stay there!

Daniel’s place was perfect for our quick family trip. Close to so many great restaurants. His place is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We will book again.

This was our second stay in this space. Perfect for our needs. Clean and comfortable. Super close to restaurants and walkable to Cincinnati. Hosts respond quickly, are friendly and helpful. Easy check in and check out instructions. We’ll definitely book again!

Chris was friendly and easy to communicate with—quick to respond and helpful. The unit was spotless and felt really comfortable. The beds were super cozy, and there was everything I needed for a smooth stay. There were plenty of outlets for my laptop and other devices, which made working from here easy. The WiFi was fast, and the TV was simple to use. The location was great, a quick drive to Xavier and plenty of shops and restaurants The kitchen was great for making meals because of the kitchen essentials available to use. Overall, a clean, comfy spot with everything you need. I’d definitely stay again!

Chet responded to my messages in 5 to 10 minutes every time, he was very helpful. He even allowed me to call him and ask him questions about something other than the Airbnb, I really appreciated his local knowledge. His place is centrally located within easy walking or driving distance to just about everything in the area . Parking was never an issue Highly recommend his place. Dayton has a nice small town feel to it. People are very friendly.

We only stayed for one night while passing through but it was such a great place I wish we could have stayed longer! Daniel was very responsive and helpful. I accidentally left my wedding ring inside and had to come back and the lock had reset. With one quick phone call the lock was opened and I was able to grab the ring with no issues. The place was spacious and clean. The beds were also extremely comfy which is such a plus!

What a beautiful place! You won't be disappointed. Everything exactly as described & pictured. Prime location, easy access to the free street car for access of entire city. Right in the heart of Findlay Market, which was so neat! Parking is a little tricky, but Christy had great tips to make it as smooth as possible. The apartment was perfect for my family of 4. She even had games there which was great with the kiddos! We felt right at home & really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely recommend.

This place was the perfect cozy spot with a great view overlooking downtown Cincinnati and the river! Very close to everything you’d need, clean, and well organized. Perfect place to get away and enjoy downtown Cincinnati!

My stay was great! Kristopher gave me a couple recommendations for some things to do with my son and he had a great time. I will definitely stay at his place again when we make it back to Cincinnati.

It’s a great place for a couple who is looking to explore the restaurants and nightlife of downtown Cincinnati. We walked to the Taft Theatre and the places we ate and rank at were so close. We parked on the street and paid the meter by their app; $6 got us through the end of the afternoon when we checked in til 8am, then I woke up at 8 and extended our time for $3. We felt very safe, and the whole building is very nice not to mention Will’s condo. We’ll definitely stay there again!

I had the most perfect stay here while getting ready for my wedding ceremony. The space is absolutely beautiful, with amazing natural light that made for the best photos. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and get ready comfortably, and the atmosphere was so peaceful and inviting. It was incredibly cozy, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending a couple of days here. It truly made our wedding weekend even more special!
