We were four adults that stayed in this beautiful, clean & comfortable home. Everything that we needed for a comfortable stay was available. The kitchen was well stocked, a variety of teas was provided, and ample dining-ware was available. Enough towels were provided in each bathroom, the beds were comfortable & the closets were big enough for our clothes and suitcases. All amenities and photos on the listing are accurate. The house is located in an upscale & quiet location but the grocery stores & restaurants are not within easy walking distance, so a car rental is a must. The only slight negative is that we found a nest of huge ants by the front door and two dead cockroaches & some tiny little bugs crawling around the tile grout in the kitchen, but that’s to be expected in a humid & tropical climate. Just make sure to clean up crumbs & keep food in the refrigerator. Other than that, we highly recommend this property when visiting Palm Cove!

Everything was perfect, the place was big, comfortable and really pretty. Property is surrounded by trees so it was very private and the pool was fabulous. Perfect for a larger group. There were also plenty of beach towels and amenities, and great AC throughout the house!.The house is in a great spot, 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute drive to the centre of town and was in a super safe area. I couldn't fault anything. A great stay! I would highly recommend. Thanks for having us.

Michael’s place was exquisite and every care was taken to make sure the place was comfortable and had the resources at hand to keep everyone entertained. Had we known how delightful the place was, we wouldn't have booked so many activities! Care and attention to detail both in the house and for the guests was paramount.

Nadia’s house was beautiful and spotless. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. If I’m in the area again, I will definitely be reserving it again.

We loved this place! We were a large intergenerational family, ranging from my senior mother to my 10year old son. The house is well distributed, easy access, private rooms and great communal areas, well suited everyone. The lovely swimming pool at the centre was a well enjoyed highlight. it is an easy walk to gorgeous Palm Cove beach and the lovely restaurants, cafes and wine bar. Easy drive from either Cairns or Port Douglas. Antje and Nikki were very responsive and always helpful. I highly recommend this stay!

What can I say but wow.!! We stayed for a week with four generations. Youngest lived in the pool the whole time and we were all able to spend time together basically living in the outside area. Such an incredible stay, spacious with aircon and the most comfortable day bed to read books on while everyone was spending time together in the covered area around the pool. Four mile beach is stunning and right on the doorstep. Loved walking the beach each day and just marvelling at where we were. Brilliant, brilliant spot and hosts were super onto it. 10/10

This place was an amazing large space excellent pool with great garden setting , felt private too quite unique from other arbnb’s It was very comfortable and spacious having a lot of older kids in a blended family staying No one felt they couldn’t have their own space Only small things that could of helped was their were no bin bags or dish washer powder and the ice maker didn’t work but their was plenty of ice when we arrived there are board games and pool rings and towels the pool was making us itchy on the last 2 days Wendy was great communicating with us but not sure what it was in the end so couldn’t enjoy the pool on the last 2 days Other than these things the place is fantastic and an easy walk to palm restaurants and beach

The location was stunning. There was a lovely swimming pool and a spacious veranda looking out onto the sea. It was very peaceful and the house was immaculate. The beach was a five minute walk away. We had a lovely break and couldn't have asked for anything more.

The property was perfect for myself, my husband and our toddler. It was great having our own pool to swim in. Just a short walk to the shops and such a beautiful view of the tropics. The outdoor bathroom was an added touch of character. The whole property felt like we were in Bali. Highly recommend if you want something a bit different to resort living!

Fantastic stay. Great quiet location, close to everything we wanted to do as tourists and local shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. House was very clean and neat, and had all the inclusions to be able to cook and wash for a family of five for the nine days we were there. Pool was fantastic, gave the kids hours of fun - the only problem was they didn’t want to get out of the pool to go out and see the sights! Would definitely stay again if we come up that way again in the future.

The location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything we wanted to explore. Whether we were relaxing in the cozy living room, enjoying morning coffee at the pool-view backyard or winding down in the plush beds after a day of adventures, every part of the stay was pure bliss. I highly recommend this airbnb for anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort.

This house was presented beautifully and was an amazing place to stay only being a short distance from Port Douglas. We made lovely memories out in the entertainment area around the pool & was a lovely place to host our family and get ready for our destination wedding. Erin was reliable, supplied everything to make the house child friendly & she was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again!

We hebben twee heerlijke nachten gehad. Wakker worden met een heerlijk uitzicht op het landschap en de bergen was geweldig. In de avond hebben we gebruik gemaakt van de vuurkorf (zeker een aanrader). Het blijkt dat je dus niet veel ruimte nodig hebt om een heerlijk weekendje weg te hebben.

The Blue Lagoon was the perfect destination for a wonderful trip away for a special milestone birthday. There were plenty of beds for the two families that came together. All the rooms had air conditioning and fans which made cooling off easy. When we wanted to cool off in the pool it was just the right temperature you wanted. The outdoor space was well used and offered relaxing vibes while the kids enjoyed the pool. Plenty of fridge and freezer space for all the ice creams and food. Lots of amenities that we didn’t think we needed until we did. We all enjoyed our stay here and will be in our hearts and memories for years to come. We will be passing on this place to all our family and friends if they want to visit.

The check-in process was seamless, and the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic—close to Cairns, Palm Cove and Port Douglas, making it easy to explore the area. The bed was super comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the little thoughtful touches, made my experience even better. Bev was an exceptional host, always quick to respond and incredibly hospitable. They truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Trinity Beach I will definitely be back!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property in Cow Bay. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are truly remarkable, showcasing thoughtful design and care in every corner. The home was perfectly suited for relaxation, with comfortable spaces to unwind and breathtaking mountain views that made it even more special. It was the perfect retreat, and we can’t wait to come back!

Our family stayed at Rob's Beach Shack for three days and they were the best of our trip! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for a peaceful stay. Sofia was one of the best Airbnb hosts I have ever worked with- she was always responsive and gave extensive recommendations. Could not recommend this place more!

A great spot to explore Port Douglas and relax with a huge pool and luxurious house. Definitely a 10/10.

Beautiful home! Vicki was a great host! She met us at the house to make sure we were familiar with everything at her home! She also had wine, cheese, bread and milk for us on arrival! One of the best hosts and must beautiful homes we have been to on Airbnb! Would definitely stay here again!!

In the 8 years I have been using Airbnb this was by far my best experience ever. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures online. Lisa was an amazing host. Always willing to help and super flexible. We are so grateful for our stay here. The house was so clean and cosy. The kitchen had all the necessary tools. The house was spacious and luminous. The pool is amazing to relax and offers enough space in the shade to read a book. We also loved the fact that the house was so close to the beach. Ideal to run in the morning or do a nice walk along the coast. The perfect house if you want a nice getaway with your family or a group of friends. Would 100% recommend and if we ever come back we will surely stay here. Once again, thank you Lisa from the whole family. ❤️

Amazing home with lovely hosts. Port Douglas and the surrounding area are great with lots to do!

Coastal Chill is a rare find in the heart of PD and really did feel like our 'home away from home'. The home was cosy and super clean, with ample sitting spaces for our teenagers to chill out without having us underfoot. The kids loved the pool and we loved that there was a BBQ. The beds were extremely comfy and we all slept well! The location is convenient, within easy walking distance to the netted swim beach, the cafe on the corner for your morning coffee (HiTide), and the Surfy bistro. The main strip of shops/restaurants is only a 5-minute walk, so we pretty much parked up the car and walked everywhere. Nadine was also super responsive and helpful. I would most definitely recommend staying at Coastal Chill to anyone wanting to visit PD and wanting a quieter experience than being at a resort.
