We had the most wonderful stay at Coes farm. The cottage itself is lovely, really cosy with all the amenities you need for a relaxing break. The setting is truly glorious, incredibly peaceful and beautiful. The farm itself is great with lovely walks and fantastic amenities. Having the use of the amazing pool and hot tub made our whole stay even more luxurious. Martin & Jess were so helpful and responsive, providing us with extra tea bags and milk when we ran out. Can’t recommend enough. Thank you so much

What a hidden gem of a place! We feel so lucky to have found Stable Oak Cottages and to have spent New Year there with our family celebrating our sons 18th. The place was gorgeous and the hot tub such a treat! The alpacas were great entertainment and the luxurious little touches from bath robes and sliders, to home baked bread and muffins were just wonderful. Highly recommend.

The cottage is clean, welcoming and quaint, with a log burner and beautiful Christmas tree glistening in the corner. We felt right at home straight away. There are plenty of games and things to do in the house to keep the guests entertained. The kitchen is well equipped for those who want to cook at home. It is the perfect place for relaxing and cosy winter getaway.

Helena was flexible and great at communicating with kindness when we took a wrong turn and got stuck in mud. The cottage is beautiful and somehow spacious. The kitchen and bathroom have everything needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed looking at the stars from the hot tub. Highly recommend this cottage.

A little piece of heaven. We arrived to the warmest of welcomes from Peter who was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The cottage is beautiful with lovely views of the countryside and sea in the distance The hot tub was pristine and at a perfect temperature and a joy to sit in even in the rain looking at the stars. The pool was a lovely bonus and we enjoyed using it several times. It is big enough to have an enjoyable seim and a good temperature . Having sole use is a rare commodity. We have already booked to come back and can’t thank Peter and family enough.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House is beautiful, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Hot tub was a real treat! Big thank you to an excellent host, who responded immediately when I had a question about the heating. Perfect!

If you’re looking for peace and quiet in a lovely location and a lovely place to stay then this is the place. It even comes with its own wildlife wanting to greet you ( Ducks from the pond in the back garden) will definitely go back

The cottage was exactly what I needed to retreat from the world for a bit. Great setting with dark skies free of light pollution - perfect for star gazing. Dog walks from the property easy to follow and off road away from livestock - ideal. Plenty to see and do in the local area, but also just a great place to chill and relax with all amenities/equipment you need to cook from scratch. A real home from home, practical for dog owners (hard floor) and also very comfortable for their humans! Shower great, bed comfy, slept really well in this peaceful setting. Thanks Louise, loved it!

Just the most homely and welcoming cottage, we could have felt any more at home and relaxed as a family. A huge amount of thought that has gone into the interior, the furnishings and fittings and that is entirely matched by the warmth of the welcome Ruth gives you. We loved our stay and were just upset we couldn’t have been there any longer.

We hadden 4 fantastische dagen in het huisje van Caroline. De kinderen waren heel gelukkig met de chocolaatjes en zelf was ik helemaal in de wolken met alle prachtige bloemen die werkelijk overal in het huis stonden! De locatie was zalig rustig en een goeie uitvalsbasis voor een aantal daguitstappen. We sliepen als roosjes in de comfortabele bedden en werden elke ochtend wakker met het gefluit van de vogeltjes. Het aanwezige ontbijt was de kers op de taart want zo konden we rustig aankomen zonder al direct te denken aan de volgende ochtend. We raden een verblijf dan ook zeker aan! 😊

Brimming with character, and tastefully finished - the cottage is beautiful, and the location excellent. Close to beautiful nature walks, and just 30 minute walk from an incredible pub and restaurant - The Crown (we returned twice during our stay). Lynda was warm, friendly and very helpful - the perfect host! We will definitely return, thank you Lynda!

We would like to say a big thank you. We had a fantastic weekend stay at this property. The garden was 100% safe for our dog and we found it nice and quiet, surrounded by nature and orchards. Mark had left lots of leaflets showing what's going on in the area, and was very kind to recommend places to visit and eat/drink. The accommodation was designed and decorated with alot of thought and attention to detail, to establish a very comfortable stay. We will certainly be visiting again.

Excellent holiday cottage set in idyllic surroundings, each facillity Within the cottage were as described and we felt imeediately comfortable! Local restaurants were excellent so much so we eat out all week, so very well satisfied all round My contact at beachy head estate office (evie) was excellent in Handling our enquiries before and during our stwy, so Evie take a bow for a job well done

Absolutely fantastic stay. Marion was incredibly accommodating & warmly welcomed us on our arrival . The cottage was perfectly positioned and Marion had gone out of her way to make us feel at home- especially with our toddler . Plenty of toys and baby equipment which was greatly appreciated. We loved the gorgeous courtyard and had a lovely stroll to the nearby cafe which was a great way to spend a morning with playground and great coffee! A wonderful trip and one we would love to come back to! Thank you

A lovely few days at Hazel cottage. The cottage was clean, light, very peaceful and it had everything we needed to make it a home from home. We enjoyed a couple of evening meals in the garden, some lovely walks along the North Downs Way with some very nice lunches at pubs along the way. I felt very comfortable allowing my dog to roam around the garden, which was very secure - he met his first hedgehog there l. Claudia and her partner were very friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back.

Excellent accommodation. Warm and very comfortable - although we were too warm on arrival, we were grateful for the heating when the temperature dropped! Excellent facilities. We chose this property as we wanted to attend a couple of events nearby but there is also lots to do - visit Brighton, walk along the coast & National Trust properties. Jane’s directions were very helpful and she ensured we were settled and happy with everything. Thanks for your hospitality - we will return!

We stayed one night before catching a flight from Gatwick... The place was easy to find, Christine was super friendly and helpful and the place was perfect for an overnight stay with parking We had a really good meal at the local pub which was a 10 minute walk. Considering how close to the airport we were, it was really quiet. Overall, a lovely host, quiet & peaceful & really convenient location

Fischer’s cottage is a wonderfully tranquil getaway in a beautiful part of Kent. The cottage was very comfortable, with everything we needed in the kitchen and a magnificent wood burning stove in the living room to keep us cosy on a slightly chilly Summer evening. The garden was a delight and allowed our two-year old daughter a great space to play. We even made use of the BBQ and outdoor wood-burning stove. D was so helpful with directions, recommendations of where to visit and which pubs and restaurants to eat at. We would certainly come back again.

I stayed at Andrew's place for a week with my husband and 3 year old son and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The open kitchen/lounge area works well with young children. The wood burner had a sturdy safety gate and all plug sockets had protective covers. It's well placed for visiting the local area. Plenty of national trust properties nearby and we drove the Heart of Kent route one day. Port Lympe zoo is also brilliant. Unfortunately, our son became ill during our stay so we had to cut our stay short by a couple of days. Despite that, my son hasn't stopped talking about our stay at Long Stable and will be booking a return stay in the near future. Marie, Oli and Alfie.

Great place, fantastic location with views to die for. There were some lovely treats on arrival and communication was very swift. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!
