We had an amazing stay at Gavin’s place in Peninsula—it was the perfect way to round off a beautiful day at the spa. The house itself was incredible, nestled among the little bushes, giving us that peaceful “middle-of-nowhere” feeling—an ideal spot to relax and truly detox from the city. Now, back to Melbourne—what a shame! But we’ll definitely be back soon. We’ve already recommended Gavin’s place to multiple friends and can’t recommend it highly enough. Thank you, Gavin!

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed this tranquil stay in such a lovely apartment. We enjoyed a game of mini golf and a swim in the pool. Myself and 2 friends stayed for 2 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The views and ocean a block away were amazing and the property was very comfortable and everything you needed unfortunately the BBQ was not working which was disappointing but cannot fault anything else and would stay again.

We had an amazing stay at 4 Poulter Ave in Rhyll! The place was spotless, spacious, and had such a warm and welcoming energy. It had every amenity we could possibly need, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location is perfect—you get the best of both worlds! Nestled in a quiet, leafy neighborhood surrounded by wildlife, yet just a quick 10-minute drive to the main shopping strip and all the island’s attractions. Robyn was an exceptional host, providing fantastic recommendations and helpful information. Even as frequent visitors to Phillip Island, we discovered new experiences thanks to her suggestions, which turned out to be wonderful! We can’t wait to come back. Thank you, Robyn, for making our stay so special!

Nice house with plenty to do

Loved the beach house feel and great dog friendly environment. Comfortable, close to beach. Michael was very helpful and quick to respond to the one query we had. Thanks, we loved it.

When we stepped into the home, we both loved the bright, airy and beachy feel and look of the house. It was quirky and nice. Everything was available and the back verandah area was really a pleasant place to relax in the evening. The local Kookaburras came in and sat on the fence! For us, it was a perfect getaway, with plenty of open space, relaxing and yet intimate. For a family, it would be ideal, with many beds, laundry facilities and a nice open plan to the kitchen, dining and lounge areas. The split system airconditioning was welcome as we had a few hot days while on the island. The beach is not far, say, 15 minute walk each way, or drive, just as easy, or drive on to Cowes which is barely 5 minutes away and get more beach to explore. Definitely was a great spot for chilling out.

Stunning house, quiet country setting and a friendly helpful host. what more could you ask for? Will definitely be back.
