A really nice place to live and I will recommend to all my friends if they visit the island. I specifically like the decoration and furnitures of the house. The hoster was super friendly and prepared all the things we requested for a nice stay.

Lovely villa at the Ramada Resort. All mod cons available and right on the doorstep of the heated pool and outdoor pool, so super convenient with 2 kids in tow.

Highly recommend Isla Villa! Booked the accommodation for my husbands birthday and the place did not disappointment. The house was exceptionally clean, very well kept, central location and met all our expectations. The kids absolutely loved the place, especially the surrounding wildlife. Lisa is a great host and promptly responded to any queries that I had and made check in/out a very seamless process. Definitely recommend to others!

We had a wonderful stay. The view particularly at sunset is beautiful!!!Justin was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed for a relaxing couple of nights away. Definitely recommend doing the Bass Costal Walk if you have a chance. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again if in the area.

We had a great stay! Spacious accommodation in a great location. Our daughter enjoyed the kids activities on the property although some things were a bit run down.

Words cannot describe how much we were looking forward to our long weekend stay at Shac du Lac. When we arrived we were blown away by how perfect it was in every way for us! The location was close to everything we wanted to see and do. The Villa was immaculately decorated and Deni had left us a cheese platter and some breakfast essentials which was very thoughtful. Deni was a fantastic host and we would love to come back again to stay again sometime soon. Highly recommended!

I’ve stayed in Phillip island 3-4 times but this is the first time I stayed here and safe to say I would 100% be staying here again when I visit Phillip island. There are a lot of cabins/houses here but yet you still have your own privacy and everyone’s respectful. So much to do here, wouldn’t even need to leave the resort. Loved the gym, pool and go karts here. Loved the animals and the open track walks, we seen so many rabbits, possums and even horses.

Honestly our best Air BnB experience to date. Fantastic property, with fantastic hosts. Our family of 6 had plenty of space and plenty to do! I would stay here again without hesitation.

Great large size house with plenty of space to enjoy. This property was so easy to find, just off the main road. The spa was delightful, the colder weather ( Mid June ) was a bit chilly outside, but the water temp was perfect. A wonderful getaway home, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We stayed at beachside Grove for the weekend as we had a wedding nearby. It is a beautiful house, clean and exactly as the photos show. The house had everything we needed and more. Lovely outdoor spaces, pool and BBQ area. We will definitely stay again next time we are on the peninsula

The Glasshouse Villa is an excellent venue. Looked exactly like the photos, and everything so clean and spotless. Miffie extremely accommodating to all our needs. The welcome goodies very much appreciated. Gorgeous views too.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed. Everything is perfect, but my main highlights include: - spotlessly clean! The house even smelled amazing when we arrived. - thoughtful touches, like a bottle of wine and card for our arrival. - incredible kitchen, if you’re planning to cook while you’re there it has everything you need and more. The knives are great quality, the instant boiling water, the platters and bowls for entertaining, it’s all there. - the bathrooms are spacious and well designed. - the linen is great quality and the beds were incredibly comfortable. - the aircon worked beautifully, even on the really hot days/nights. - the pool was fantastic. Great size for teenagers and the spa was enjoyed by the adults most nights. - the laundry has quality washer and dryer, and a Dyson vacuum for a quick vacuum. - walking distance to great coffee at Koonya General store. - Katie was very responsive and helpful. We will absolutely come back and highly recommend!

Clean, quiet location, everything you need for a great stay.

This home is beautifully presented. 5 large bedrooms with ensuites. 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 large sinks, huge kitchen and separate pantry. Clean washer and dryer. An amazing swimming pool which we thoroughly enjoyed. Amazing views even though the beach was not that close to the property. Nena was very attentive. A good locality. A good home and a good host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avila. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group. It had everything we needed to have a relaxing short break. The location is literally a short walk of 5 minutes to the beach. Summer was very easy to deal with and the instructions regarding the premises were clearly outlined in the house manual.

Our 4 weeks stay at the "Settlers Run Golf Resort" Airbnb was exceptional! The friendly host, spotless house, and abundance of amenities made it feel like a home away from home. Communication was a breeze, and the flexibility of the host added to the overall positive experience. A perfect choice for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely awesome stay at Craig’s house in Rye. The heated pool was spectacular and very relaxing. The grass area was great for kids to run around and play and the house was warm with nice modern bathrooms. We also loved that it was pet-friendly. Rye was a great area to holiday with lots to do for both teenagers and younger ones. Craig was very responsive, friendly and helpful as a host, and we definitely hope to return another year. Allan’s place is a beauty. Comfortably catered for couples with multiple floors and own ensuites/living spaces. Luxurious finishes and plenty to like with nice kitchen, living, entertainment and a lift! Allan responded when we needed assistance and checked in along the way. Thanks again Allan.
