I can't thank Carolyn enough, after finding out I was surprising my 12 year old son to a birthday getaway birthdays banners and signs plus sweets etc all put out for when we arrived! above and beyond for us. Carolyn was very responsive, informative and so kind. wonderful localaton, amenities etc. caravan was like home to home, well equipped and very clean. thank you again! highly recommend! 5🌟😁

A lovely place, centrally located and an easy walk into town along the canal. Every detail is very well thought out for a comfortable stay, including all the little extras such as milk, juices, breakfast cereals and snacks. We stayed we a young baby so appreciated the cot and high chair were ready for us on arrival.

Beautiful home in serene, quiet location tucked away in a neighborhood on the edge of New Forest. My family and I spent a few nights here and felt right at home. The home is beautifully decorated and very tastefully done -- a very cozy feel with all amenities needed! We were very close by driving to all destinations we wanted to see nearby. Would highly recommend if you're looking for somewhere peaceful, with great access to the nearby national park.

Our stay in the New Forest was absolutely wonderful, largely thanks to Lesley's beautiful Airbnb. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to all the natural beauty the area has to offer. The property itself was spotlessly clean, clearly reflecting Lesley's attention to detail and commitment to providing a comfortable experience. Lesley was a fantastic host, warm and welcoming, and her passion for the New Forest really shone through. We (including the 3 dogs) couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Thank you, Lesley!

Just returned from Julia's lovely home in the New Forest. The house is ideally suited for touring the New Forest with walks straight from the door. Holly Lodge is comfortable, very warm, clean and well equipped . We were a party of 4 but plenty of space for 6 people with the 3 good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Garden is secure for dogs with trees a haven for wildlife. Would love to return. Thank you Julia for being a great host

Excellent all round. Very clean and comfortable. Well laid out rooms. Kitchen well equipped. Especially good shower room with plenty of space. The road is very quiet at night. Walking distance to local shops, and to the very pleasant park-like areas around the river by Tuckton Bridge. Kind greeting from hosts, who provided an extra chair, and adjusted the heating for me. I would stay again !

We had a comfortable stay with our 5 month old. Spacious bathroom and clean throughout. Good instructions for check in and friendly communication. It is a top floor apartment and the stairs are quite shallow, so perhaps not suited to anybody not steady on their feet. Little bit of street noise but this was to be expected in such a fantastically central location on the main high street.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument incroyable chez Keely. L'appartement est juste magnifique, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Keely et Julie ont été des hôtes formidables, très arrangeantes et compréhensives. Tout était très propre. L'emplacement était idéal pour se balader le long de la plage et pour accéder au centre ville de Ryde.

We will definitely stay here again. From Richard's first welcoming message to the final friendly farewell, we felt thoroughly and generously cared for. Every conceivable mod con is available including for example a Nespresso machine with pods on the house and the decor is stylish. The kitchen is plentifully equipped but we didn't use it much because there are so many excellent restaurants in the area. There's a Coop store about 5 minutes walk away and an excellent cafe less than 10 minutes away by the sea on South Bourne Promenade. There are televisions in the bedrooms, the outdoor area is nicely arranged, catches the sun and is peaceful, and car parking is private and straightforward. My wife and I can't wait for our next visit and for a longer stay.

Lovely apartment close to all amenities. No parking outside but the public car park was 2 minutes away. Great area with lots of pubs, cafes and restaurants. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and Anna left us a very nice bottle of wine! I would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

We had a fabulous stay at Jonathan's apartment. Met up with our son and partner for a few days break, and the apartment suited us perfectly. It's cool and stylish interior was also very comfortable. Its well-equipped and for us, it was the perfect location.

Stayed over the marathon weekend and it was great value for a beautiful spacious apartment. The bedrooms are large and decorated with stunning wall art. One has a large ensuite too. The kitchen is well equipped and as the weather was sunny we loved the balcony where the sun shone all day. Great to have parking as all the streets are permit or 2 hours 8-6. It is a 15-20 minute walk to central Southampton and there is also a great street with shops and cafes and bars five minutes up the road. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Very comfortable and high quality accommodation with sea views and close to all amenities. Very warmly welcomed in person with generous welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. Everything very well explained from the heating to the cooker and washer/dryer. No fixed parking but we always managed to find a place on the street outside at the end of every days outings. Highly recommended!!

Each summer a U.K. FAMILY holiday is planned for three generations ..ages 5 up to well quite a lot! The choice this year was to go to Simons place.and what a find for everyone. A characterful house. Inside spacious spotless , kitchen brilliant ,, bedrooms roomy , bathroom ( particularly first floor) fabulous, living room so homely with Simons personal collection of books, his piano, homeliness beyond, and with cable Tv Incorporating Sports channels , and Netflix and Prime Video . Outside the decking in the rear garden a wonderful morning sun trap , the front garden full of charm with BBQ facilities and two squirrels nicknamed Bill and Bob..there every morning … The location very peaceful , parking at front and rear of property . Local shops , and the beach within easy 5-10 minutes walk and buses same time away into Bournemouth Poole and Christchurch . A wonderful seven days

Tim was a fantastic host, very quick to respond to any queries we had. The house itself was beautiful and just what was needed after a long day, the private parking was a big bonus for us. All together we had a brilliant stay here and we will definitely be back again. Thank you for hosting us Tim.

Kevin has been a five star host!. His gorgeous place is in the most perfect of coastal locations, in which to spend quality time with my dear family. The house is stunning, equipped with all the quality essentials necessary and additional small touches, to ensure our stay was so comfortable. Everyone commented on how good the beds were ! The numerous people we met on our coastal walk were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you for an amazing time, memories and prosecco! Thank you, we had a blast !!! x

We had a great stay, even in January, and the house was perfect for us (6 adults, a 4-year old, 2 dogs) The house was warm and spacious with lots of kids toys and extremely well equipped. The hot tub in the garden is a lovely addition, despite high winds meaning we couldn’t always use it! It’s well located near Cowes and its amenities, amidst other houses but on a quiet road, with great views because it’s on a hill and very near the sea, though not a beach as such. We would certainly return if we can.

The folly is a beautiful and magical place with great character. We spent a couple nights there over New Year’s Eve and it was perfect. Check in was flexible and very easy. The location is very peaceful and the garden and surroundings beautiful. Great pub with excellent food a few minutes drive down the road. We hope to be back in the summer.

Catharine's place is lovely. An incredible view, lovely social space, and everything you could need. Catharine was very responsive and we felt very looked after. We'll be back.

Lovely family home in the heart of the new forest. Was perfect for a pre Christmas getaway with lovely fireplace and warm Arga in the kitchen. Ian and team were very accommodating and it was lovely to have our two cocker spaniels with us to enjoy long daily walks in the forest. Will definitely be back again
