We had a beautiful stay at Sandra’s gorgeous home! She was such a lovely, communicative host who gave us all sorts of great suggestions for the area. The location is perfect- relaxing and quiet, but not too far from fun activities! We’d definitely stay again, thanks so much for having us, Sandra!

Gerry’s house was not only spacious but also impeccably clean, equipped with high-end amenities that ensured a comfortable stay. Despite accommodating nine students, one baby, and four adults, we felt completely at home, thanks to the availability of both upper and lower levels of the house. Additionally, the location was exceptional, with Swan Lake just a five-minute walk away. The picturesque surroundings encouraged us to go jogging frequently, making our stay even more enjoyable. Moreover, Gerry was highly responsive to any inquiries, always providing immediate and helpful answers. I truly appreciate his dedication to hosting us with such care and hospitality. I highly recommend his house to families with children, as it offers both comfort and convenience.

The space was really nice and new. The small details made it so great; lovely body wash in the shower, delicious coffee available, nice decor, comfy throw blankets and pillows on the couch and bed. It was so quiet. The view in the backyard was beautiful. We will probably stay here again :)

We needed a place to stay in Vic West near family for Christmas with our dog and Douglas’s place was the perfect home away from home for us. A top reason for our stay here was the walkability, fenced in yard for our dog, the big school field across the street, and near lots of walkable trails and cute neighborhood. As for the house, his home was very cozy and unique, filled with antiques and vintage decor, great leather couches, with a comfortable layout, big living room and kitchen, 2(!) bathrooms and a great selection of VHS tapes that we enjoyed. My partner was very excited about the extensive selection of old skate videos. Beautiful updated bathroom with a great shower was appreciated as well. Highly recommend this place if you need a private and comfortable home that’s pet friendly. Also Douglas you are a very cool guy and a great host! Thank you!

The River House was the perfect home base for our family’s BC getaway. There was more than enough space for the four of us and our small dog, including an extra bedroom for the kids to have a sleepover when they wanted to. The appliances seem new and high-end, and the kitchen is well-stocked. We really appreciated the ability to charge our EV while we were there. We did not get to use many of the outdoor amenities due to rain, but we will definitely do so if we return during better weather. We would highly recommend this Airbnb for a family of 4-6 people!

What a slice of heaven! It was even better than the pictures! We thoroughly enjoyed 2 nights here (wishing it was longer) with our 18&21 year olds. There was plenty of space for us to gather as a fam or find a chill out spot alone. Allison and Sean were great with communication and giving advice for good hiking trails too! We would love to one day return!

Emily is a wonderful host and her property is spectacular. Communication was excellent and the house was spotless. Very comfortable stay for our two families.

We had a lovely stay at Cindy and Mike's. The cottage is as described. Surrounded by trees, the location is very private. We appreciated the mid-island location which provided easy access to both the south and north ends of the island for exploring. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was super comfortable. The extra touches were so nice: there were some groceries waiting for us and flowers in celebration of our anniversary. Plus, the cottage is well stocked in case you forgot something.

What a gem of a property to stay at. The property is so well laid out and amenities are so close and convenient. The people at the resort were friendly and fun. The decor was so appealing and fit the vibe of the place so we'll. We enjoyed every second there. Thank you Cam & Carla!!

We had a nice stay of three weeks at this Airbnb. The location is perfect, just a short drive from Victoria as well as close to stunning hiking trails. The place was very clean. We liked that it had a large TV in the living room and another one in the master bedroom. The gas fireplace in the living room was perfect for taking the chill off of the downstairs area in the morning, the only time we felt we needed to use it. The master bedroom was spacious with lots of closet space and drawers. We used the second bedroom as an office, and liked that there was enough space for two people to work. The upstairs bathroom featured a huge walk-in shower that was a real treat. We also enjoyed meeting the owner and his friendly dog, Biscuit, who live next door. We thought this airbnb was very reasonably priced and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Karli Ann's place was amazing yet again. We've stayed at many of her locations and this one was amazing. The view, privacy, hot tub were so nice to have for the week we were there. Her landscaping dreams are amazing, and hopefully we will be able to see the rewards of all her hard work next time we come. Great location, host, and view.

Tracy and John are fantastic hosts. They have everything you can think of and more within the unit. There were also some other little perks but don't want to ruin the surprise should you choose to stay here which you should. The view / location can't be beat. The lake is a few mins walk away; super clean (rocky so you may want water shoes) and there is a dock to jump off of. Separately, my luggage arrived late and they provided me with extra toiletries which was so thoughtful. They also regularly checked in on the situation which I really appreciated. I hope to be back!

We loved our time at the cabin! Our kids happily explored the gorgeous property, and the swing set was a perfect addition. We were able to enjoy the hot tub multiple times and also had an outdoor fire one night. The lighting out back was lovely in the evening! Shannon was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Definitely recommend and would happily go back.

We absolutely loved staying at the farm! Lisa is very welcoming and the animals are irresistible. The yurt was charming and peaceful and the amenities were perfect for our stay. We loved visiting with the donkeys (Stanley & Ollie), goats, and cows (Evangeline & Lulu) while strolling through the farm, take in the fresh air, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. It was as perfect a getaway as we could have hope for. Thank you!

We hated to leave. The view is spectacular and so peaceful. The space was perfect for the two of us and we especially enjoyed a comfortable couch with a nice TV and fireplace. The kitchen was immaculate and very well stocked. Bruce was a very responsive host. We will return if in Port Renfrew again and recommend this lovely flat to others.

We had an incredible time at The Salty Cabin! The place was exactly like the pictures – beautiful, cozy, and well-maintained. Jessica thought of everything, even providing a little book of local recommendations, which was super helpful during our stay. The cabin is also conveniently located near some stunning trails, including Ruckle Provincial Park, making it the perfect spot for nature lovers. We truly enjoyed our time here and couldn't recommend it more!

The place is very private, comfortable and clean. The beds and linens were good and the kitchen well equipped. I loved sitting on the front steps in the morning sun with my coffee and around the fire at night. I loved that it was tucked away and private, but not in dark trees, like a lot of places on the islands. It was a great place to stay and a dreamy holiday on Galiano.

A wonderful getaway for us. The eclectic nature of the cabin leaves visual treasures to be discovered everywhere. Appreciated the local literature in the library! Reminded me of what a 'cabin at the lake' should look and feel like.
