The location of this rental is really wonderful - it’s a short 5-7 minute walk to the main historic and shopping parts of Oxford. Not being familiar with Oxford, at first it seemed like we had a long walk to the city center, but it’s really close. It was great to be able to return and rest for a bit before going out again. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean, and we appreciated the host’s responsiveness when we had some maintenance issues. Sleeping at night was peaceful - it’s a quiet area. A few more basic amenities would be welcomed - like hand soap for the kitchen, and more than one kitchen dish towel. Thanks for having us!

A fantastic little gem of a hideaway for a couple of nights near Witney. Only good things to say about Terry and Elaine’s property. Very close to LIDL for supplies and Witney for restaurants, with a secure garden for the dog and an excellent walk just around the corner. We were here for a couple of days to take part in a sailing event at Farmoor Reservoir and it proved to be the perfect location for us. Very friendly neighbouring pub even had vegan food for us. A shame the most direct route to the reservoir meant we had to go via the toll bridge at Swinford but we soon got over having to fork out 5p each way…🙂

Flat was lovely, spacious, bright, and clean. Location was perfect--close to everything in Jericho, a quick walk to city center, but quiet and private.

This place was wonderful and made our stay in Oxford very stress free as we were there to attend hospital appointments. When we arrived there were welcome gifts of biscuits and chocolate and drinks in the fridge it was a lovely touch and really made us feel welcome, spotlessly clean and just fabulous. We would definitely stay there again.

The flat was perfect four our family of four (kids 8 and 11) and we felt right at home. The dining/living room area was much larger than we had imagined from the photos, and there was so much natural light coming into the rooms. The kitchen was fully and efficiently stocked in a way that made making meals in the evening very easy. Starter foods like milk, eggs, and fruit were an above-and-beyond gesture that made our arrival so much easier. The books, games, and activities were also a plus for our kids. We are so grateful to have found this gem of a place. Vanessa was a friendly and responsive host. We plan to return next year and hope to be able to come and return to this lovely place!

Schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Gute Lage, nah an der Busstation und nur 10 Minuten bis in die Stadt. Hilfreich ist vor allem der private Parkplatz. Wir würden wieder dort übernachten.

I enjoyed a warm and cozy stay at Lucy’s private and quiet apartment. The outlook into the garden was beautiful. Very convenient to get into town.

This was a perfect place for us, close to family in Abingdon. It was spotless and was exactly as shown in the photos. Lawrence was responsive and friendly but not intrusive, a perfect Airbnb host. We would recommend this as a place to stay.

Could’ve asked for a better location - as it’s a city centre spot everything was walkable which is exactly what we wanted. If you’re after peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. Spotlessly clean, friendly host, comfy bed, with all amenities you would expect. Highly recommend!

A perfect stay as always! The annex is just as described, very cosy with lovely touches and great communication. Would definitely recommend!

I enjoyed my stay very much. It is a beautiful little studio with a kitchen that Tessa has thoughtfully stocked with useful things like seasonings (salt, onion powder, etc.), tea and coffee, and even some homemade marmalade. Everything was clean and I felt very comfortable staying there. Thank you Tessa!

Two years after our last stay in Binsey, we were very happy to return for another week. It was a very nice welcome, we had lovely conversations with Alison and Steve. Binsey is unique, quite, excellent if you need time to write or read. Rent a bike for journeys to Jerchio, the city center, colleges or the University hospital. We can highly recommend this place and hope to return in the near future.

it's my first time here in Oxford and I have to risk on choosing where to stay . I saw the photo it's look nicer than other place so I choose without expectation. On check in date it's just easy and very clear instructions when I open the door it's feel very cozy modern house, I was smiling with happiness. I stayed for 1 month as I relocate to Oxford for my job and tried to find long term accommodation. Nick's house is very easy to go to City center very close to Tesco, Sainsbury's, Iceland, Starbucks, pub and Asia grocery. his house very convenient but same time peaceful you can't hear outside from house. His house very clean, tidy and has cleaning service. I would definitely recommend all my friends fot sure.

This is a great place to stay. It's in a quiet, peaceful location, but within easy walking distance of the centre of Oxford. For example, the Ashmolean museum is around 15 minutes walk. The flat has all the amenities you are likely to need. The bed is comfortable and there is plenty of storage space in the bedroom.

Had a lovely 3 day stay at Matt’s place while visiting Oxford. Jericho is a great location, near many restaurants/grocery store/pubs and easily walkable to the meadow and center of campus. Very convenient (and scenic) 20 min walk from station along the river or a 5 minute drive. The place was clean, easy to check-in/check-out, and quiet. Matt provided clear instructions and was very responsive. Would absolutely stay again!

Nice cozy apartment in a great location. Pauline let us check in when we arrived early, which was greatly appreciated. There’s lots of different places you can walk to for food, and a nearby grocery if you’d rather use the kitchen. The location was really convenient. The only thing to keep in mind is the apartment is up several flights of stairs with no elevator. Pack light and it won’t be a problem.

Everything went very well. The flat is comfortable, especially the living room upstairs! We had a great time. Edward was very kind and it was easy to communicate.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was spotless and had such a warm, welcoming feel it truly felt like home. Our daughter loved seeing the donkeys, the fish and the dogs. The location was perfect, very peaceful and a short drive to many beautiful locations. We really hope to come back one day! Thank you so much for everything, Genine.
