Really lovely house and great location for visiting local spots, such as chipping Norton, Diddly Squat Farm and other local places. Great for families and if you have a dog; totally enclosed garden / courtyard space which was brilliant. Thank you Neil and Janet.

Me and a friend took our two daughters to Rectory Farm Retreat during half term. We enjoyed a day at the Cotswolds Wildlife Park (only 10 minutes drive away) and had a brilliant time at the cabin in the evening. The scenery was beautiful, location peaceful and the cabin was very cosy, clean and comfortable. The hot tub was a great addition! We would definitely book again!

The Chocolate Box Cottage is literally just that - right out of a photo on a box of chocolates and lived up to the expectations. Amanda was a great host, from her initial communication, giving us early access to drop our bags off, exceptionally accomodating with our requests, checking in with us whilst we were at the Cottage and even making sure we had made it home safe. And the (many!) little touches upon arrival including a hamper with goodies, continental breakfast, drinks in the fridge, & so on really helped elevate the stay for us. And the bench at the Telephone Box Library opposite helped stretch out sitting in the sunshine enjoying drinks well into the evening sunset :-). The village the cottage is in is beautiful, tiny and exceptionally peaceful with a great pub and coffee shop both within a very quick 10 mins walking distance. And the surrounding villages have pretty much everything else you would need. A lovely stay, and would happily return.

We had the most wonderful stay at this countryside retreat! The cabin is absolutely beautiful, offering a perfect mix of peace and nature. The surrounding views are lovely, and it's the ideal spot to unwind and relax. The house was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay – from a fully equipped kitchen with a thoughtful welcome hamper, to a cozy bedroom and relaxing free standing bath. Whether you’re looking to explore the outdoors or simply enjoy a quiet moment by the fire, this place has it all. Highly recommend it to anyone seeking a serene countryside getaway!

Absolutely beautiful cottage in a perfect location, great for exploring the Cotswolds. The cottage had everything you would need, lots of personal touches and very family friendly. Beautiful private garden as well. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

A relaxin stay in Denchworth. In the cabin, there is a leaflet which describes a historic walk around the village. Recommendations from Fiona were fantastic. Warm hot tub on arrival was a great touch, along with the welcome basket

The stay we had at the dacha was the best we’ve had in a long time! We enjoyed it that much we really did not want to leave and will be returning definitely. Everything was lovely, clean and spacious and communication with the host was great too. The garden and everywhere around the dacha was amazing and lovely to sit and look at. We made a full English each morning so there are plenty of kitchen space and use. The bathroom was lovely and spacious and when we put the heating on it was just perfect- not too much, not too less. We booked the dacha as it is a 10 minute walk away from the farmers dog (Jeremy clarksons pub) and was perfect as we could have lots to drink but still be only a few minutes from the air BnB. There was also a lovely restaurant/ pub (the three horse shoes) about a 2 minute walk away which was brilliant, food was lovely and atmosphere was good too! There is lots of places to go walking and shops only a 5 minute drive away. Would highly recommend!
