Highly recommended! Anne’s place is amazing and we enjoyed every aspect of it. Living room is comfortable, and we love the working fireplace. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are spotless and has good strong shower, constant hot water for 8 people staying. We also enjoyed the wonderful garden and the pool room. Anne is also very friendly and responsive to our questions and requests. Thank you very much for a great and memorable stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed the house and location. Although not Sians issue, construction near the train station makes it difficult to get into town by taxi because you have to go around the city. However, if you don’t mind walking and bicycling, there are exceptional bike and walking paths right out to the house from Oxford. I’d stay again in a heart beat.

The house was lovely, had everything you could possibly think of for a comfortable stay. We stayed with three kids (one baby) and it was just perfect. Our kids LOVED the pool (super warm and Just right for the kids) and the games room. The welcome basket was amazing and super generous- best gift ever!

The Manor House was a great location for my friend's stag do. It had plenty of space for 16 adults, great amenities and things to do on the doorstep such as the Boat Inn pub and canoe hire at Thrupp Canoe and Kayak Hire. The house is about 25 minutes by car from the centre of Oxford if you want some evening entertainment, but you could easily go for a whole weekend and not need to leave the house and surrounding area.

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .

I’d like to thank gardener Rex for answering all my questions throughout my stay. Without you Rex, it could have been tricky to communicate. Anyway, I and my family had a good time at Christopher’s place. It’s a place for both peaceful break or active sporting time. Great garden for a calm walk throughout a day, great pool with a hammam(a steam sauna), a tennis court…my family really enjoyed all the facilities. Also kitchen was really well equipped and a welcome bread and milk were delicious! Location was also great. Famous Cotswold big name spots, restaurants, farm markets are within 20 min by car.

Our group of 8 adults had a great weekend here. The house is ideal for a large group. The kitchen and dining area flow well into the living area. The only thing to note is there is only one proper shower in the house. This is in the en-suite not the main bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and we were very impressed with the very generous welcome basket of goodies ! This included Prosecco, milk, eggs bread and more ! Thank you !

Great house, very spacious and well equipped. The garden is lovely, big and ideal for barbecues in the summer. Set in a quiet village with a pub serving great food just over the road.

The cottage is ideal for a longer stay, when working in the area. The village is very pretty and peaceful and the cottage has everything you would need to stay comfortably for a while.

Amazing stay, we had a small hiccup checking in but the hosts were very helpful! Property was clean and had everything we needed. Nice quite area but handy for the train station for getting into London too! Would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay at Maria's very cosy accommodation whilst we were visiting family in Oxford. Great location for the city centre. Beautiful house very spacious and modern and the beds are so comfy. Will definitely stay again. Used a number of places over the years in Oxford but this was one of our favourites.

A lovely house, very comfortable and in a superb location. It was easy to get the park and ride into Oxford, and explore the surrounding area eg Blenheim Palace and Thame. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Oxford.

A lovely spacious house which is clean and well equipped. The location is peaceful but with good transport links. Ideal for Banbury and Bicester etc

Perfecte ligging om met de auto alle bezienswaardigheden in de regio te bezoeken. De nabijheid van winkels en restaurants was heel handig. Oprit met ruime plaats voor 2 auto's. Praktisch, net en gezellig huis. Heel proper bij aankomst! Goede bedden. Tevreden van de douches! Handig om zoveel toiletten te hebben (3 in de badkamers en 1 apart toilet op de begane grond). Alles wat we nodig hadden, was voorhanden. We waardeerden de hot tub ten zeerste, stond helemaal klaar voor gebruik, zalig! Communicatie met de host verliep steeds vlot, vriendelijk en snel. We hebben erg genoten van deze tijdelijke thuisbasis in het mooie Engeland :)

This is a really lovely place. The hosts were responsive and very helpful. The house is great and extremely well stocked, including kids toys, a lot of kitchen stuff and games. It was perfect for our trip and we would definitely stay there again.

Liebe Katie, es war super bei dir! So schön hatten wir es noch selten. Die Lage war super, die Einkaufsmöglichkeit sehr nahe und wunderbar ruhig. Wir waren wunschlos glücklich und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder zu dir!
