We got very lucky; finding Rosie and the condo in an awesome community. A great view from the condo and a short walk to the beach, pool, tennis courts, and 2 great restaurants. Good snorkeling in your back yard. They also have rentals for kayaks and other water sports. The condo was very clean and spacious with 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Rosie's recommendations on Captain Charters, Driver, and where to hang out were first class. A must do is to rent a boat w Captain to go snorkeling and view the islands from the water. We were there the weekend of the College Football and NFL playoffs. We figured out how to stream the games on our laptop. We wanted to watch on the TV; but needed a HDMI cable to do so. Rosie had one delivered within 45 minutes of the request. Awesome! 5 - 10 minutes from Redhook stores and restaurants and other marinas. You can walk to the Ritz across the street and get a day pass for a change of scenery. A great spot and great host! Thank you!

My family and I loved our stay at Island View Retreat - Oceanside. The highlight is the view, which is wonderful to wake up to and come home to everyday. My kids also took advantage of the pool which is very close to here. The amenities were very nice and updated. For those that stay and have a car, be sure to have 4wheel drive. You’ll want that for the parking but also just for driving around. Roads in VI are often steep. We found the North side of the island to offer a good balance. Peaceful there but still close to other areas. Typically about 15 minutes or so. The communication was also great. Very responsive and proactive.

Shawn’s place was nothing short of amazing! We booked it for our honeymoon, and it was fantastic! The private pool was super nice, the shower was amazing, and it was walkable distance to the beautiful Sapphire beach. Shawn was also very helpful in recommendations for things to do around the area.

Jendai was very responsive from the beginning! The villa was very roomy and clean, though we had a lizard find its way in somehow! When there was a big thunderstorm, the generator came on but then went off. Within 20 minutes of us letting her know, someone was there to fix it easily! Of course, then the power came back on. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and it was so nice to already have coffee and some cleaning supplies there. We also really appreciated having trash bags and a couple of packets to run the dishwasher with - important because so many things that are inexpensive in the states are very expensive in the USVI. The property was safe and well maintained, even the sidewalks and driveways. If we were to come back to St. Thomas, we would stay again, but frankly, the nicest people we encountered were Jendai and her crew and then a boat captain. Others in stores did not seem happy to see tourists. That was disappointing. The beautiful view helped a lot!

This was the best place we have rented in the Caribbean. It was exactly as pictured and advertised and Fabio was stellar. We would rent this place again in a second if we came back to Red Hook.

Bert's place was pristine and very comfortable, and exactly as pictured. Point Pleasant resort is quiet and lovely. The two on-site restaurants are great and the pools were good. The unit is very close to the Hilltop pool which we had mostly to ourselves. You are also in close driving range to 3 beaches--Lindquist, Magen's Bay and Sapphire, each of which has its own special qualities. Go to Pangea for dinner just a mile or two down the road. It's an easy walk to Margaritaville next door. Red Hook is nearby for groceries and more restaurants. Bert's place is not great if you have mobility challenges. We're in our 50s and in good shape but we found the steepness of the property daunting at times. And while the views are lovely, you are also close to a truck depot and a main road. It can get pretty noisy during the day. None of these were dealbreakers for us, just surprises. We had insight into the daily life of this wonderful island and how they're rebuilding from past hurricanes.

We loved every second of our stay! The accommodations were perfect and the view of the ocean was incredible. The resort was beautiful and very well kept. It was so fun to have all of the wildlife around us - there were countless iguanas! We really enjoyed the restaurant and market. We even scheduled an Oceanside massage (which we highly recommend)!

We absolutely loved staying here! We just wanted a nice relaxing place on the beach. This location was awesome! The beach was beautiful and not overcrowded. The unit was updated, super clean & spacious. Also very close to many places to eat that had great food. We even booked an excursion that left from the Sapphire Marina just a 10min walk away. Amazing experience! (Breakaway) Host were always very responsive to our questions no matter what time we sent message. Would we stay here again? Absolutely YES! Note: There is no laundry in the unit but there is one on the property.

We had an amazing stay at Nancy’s property, which was perfect for our family. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to both the beach and the pool, making it incredibly convenient for everyone. The on-site restaurant was a great perk, so we didn't have to worry about cooking every day. The unit itself was spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Having a full kitchen allowed us to prepare meals easily, and the three full bathrooms made getting ready a breeze, even with a large group. One of the best surprises was that beach towels were provided, so we didn’t have to pack our own. Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations and made for a truly memorable family vacation. We can't wait to come back!
