What a stunning little cottage. Great space for me, hubby and our dog. The cottage has everything you could possibly need and more. It was very comfortable and cosy and the attention to detail is amazing. The welcome basket was an added bonus and very much appreciated. It was just a 5 minute walk into the centre of Bedale and it has everything you need.

Had a lovely weekend with family. House was welcoming and immaculate. Andrew and Phillippa could not have done more.

We had a gorgeous stay at Richard’s place for my partners birthday. We were there with our 3 month old and Richard very helpfully left us a travel cot. Richard was so helpful and responsive. It was the perfect peaceful getaway, super close to the beach with a choice of eateries. Really cosy and calm, I’d definitely recommend it for a couples retreat <3

We had a fabulous stay at Lisa and Martin’s cottage and felt at home straight away. The cottage is built to a beautiful standard, with the 65 inch TV, large living space, well equipped kitchen, and hot tub. Lisa and Martin are great hosts, we were provided with clear directions and instructions to access the property. They were very also generous with the amount of wood they had left us for the log burner. We hope to come back and stay here again 😊

We think this might be our favourite place to stay in Whitby. We've previously prefered to stay on Church Street, but 17a Grape Street gives the 'old Whitby' feel without having to fight through the crowds. Spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Loved the short history of the accomodation provided in the welcome pack too. Emma also replied quickly when we couldn't locate the key to the balcony door (thank you - it was very obvious when pointed out). A fabulous stay - please don't change a thing!

We absolutely loved our stay! Jay was very helpful answering in answering our questions before our stay and was there to greet us when we arrived. It was the perfect size for the two of us and we enjoyed the hot tub with an amazing view. Jay’s local recommendations helped to make our trip great, and we enjoyed being so close to the Rail Trail. Great spot for a fantastic walking and steam train holiday. A really thoughtfully managed place - thank you!

Lovely caravan, clean, has everything you need such as towels, pots pans, tea & coffee etc. Comfortable bed & sofas. Easy lockbox check in. Easy to park & quite close to caravan. Couldn’t work the WiFi but to be fair it was a nice rest from our phones. Heating was good when on however did drop really cold on an evening but blankets etc provided. Shower was lovely & powerful. Lots of storage too for clothes etc. No paths surrounding so do have to get everything from car to caravan over grass and it was raining when we arrived which didn’t help but wasn’t a major thing just something to note that it can get quite muddy. Lovely stay, so close to the beach which we all enjoyed despite soggy weather! The complex itself is nice if you want to do swimming etc but the music does go on until around 11:30pm and can hear it in the van. Overall lovely stay, great weekend. Thank you!

Stayed with my gf for my 21st birthday unreal place. Got a beautiful location close too the castle. The flat was clean, spacious with a great garden and view. Hot tub was really nice and the provided lamp was handy. All round it was just a beautiful flat and response time from host was brill. Even saw the sunset while in the hot tub which made for a very memorable moment . Definitely recommend for other couples ✅✅

We had the most fantastic couple of nights staying at Amber's for our walking holiday in the Peaks. Cosey and warm, everything you could possibly want in the kitchen, fully enclosed garden for the dog, beautiful bathroom with amazing shower and tub. Fantastic.
