Cozumel : locations de vacances avec petit déjeuner

This was my first time with an extended time period, sharing a home with the host family. As an experienced traveler, one of the best experiences is making new and lasting people connections along the way. This was certainly the case with Diana, Paty, and their family. They are "Super-Host" that created an experience that I will not soon forget. From their genuine kindness, caring, and sharing, to providing a lovely, comfortable, accommodating, secure home, and neighborhood environment. Virtually everything you need is within a 10-minute walk. With 10 - 15 minutes to the beach by cycle or jogging. This by far is the best experience that I've had with ABNB over the past several years . Take advantage of this opportunity to stay with this beautiful family, lovely home, and secure family-oriented neighborhood. Alles so wie beschrieben & echt schön. Man geht ca 35min ins Zentrum, mit dem Moped sind es 5min. America hat uns ein Moped organisiert und auch die Verlängerung des Aufenthalts war super unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, war super!

The location is pristine, quiet, very one family oriented. The apt was built with style in mind. There is plenty of room for the three bedrooms. The kitchen opens to the dining room -->living room--> opens. to the porch in a open spanse of 50 ft, beautiful. It is a 3rd floor place with no elevators. You will need transportation while there or take a taxi when/if available. Take beach walking shoes. The vacation was great. Thank you JP and Toro!

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer top Lage. Die 5av. sowie der Strand sind daher gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Lediglich das Bett könnte eine neue Matratze vertragen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war stets einwandfrei. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier definitiv.

Omar & Mirta are excellent hosts. They have an office in the building and respond immediately. I wanted to add some cable services to watch a big game and they had it turned on in 20 min. Absolutely the best you can expect from a host.

I’ve stayed in many B&B’s thru out MX and this is the first that I will give a 5 star rating. The owners have done an outstanding job of maintaining the property and their guests are top priority! The daily breakfast is healthy and wonderful! The heated pool is great for dips and laps with no heavy chlorine odor. The hot tub was not working heat wise during my stay (max temp got up to 92) but they were right on it contacting and waiting for their pool service vendor. The sheets, towels, soaps and even toilet paper were top notch. Their aim is always to please and excelled in doing so. Nearby restaurants within walking distance is very convenient. The main town drag is a 5 block walk. It’s a 7 minute ride to and from airport and taxi service easily obtainable. Good bikes are available at the property ($15 day) including a lock. You will hear minimal dog barking at nite but that is typical of Mexico unless you are in a hotel or resort. I look forward to my next visit!!

Great getaway. Low key comfortable accommodations with a good restaurant attached. Spacious bedroom and eat-in kitchen, with two balconies. Comfortable large bed, spacious closets with a safe. A quiet, interesting neighborhood full of locals & expats just across the street from entrance to a beautiful string of family-friendly beaches. A 20 min walk down Avenida 5 to all the noise & nightlife; 45 minute walk to ferry. Christian and his colleagues at the restaurant are lovely folks. Made us feel welcome and right at home.

we loved staying here so much. the amenities are amazing. the people working, cooking, and cleaning are sweethearts and the grounds are a true dream. flowers and plants everywhere. the room we stayed in was super comfy and the included breakfast is SUPERB. we would stay here over and over again.

Excelente lugar para descansar y disfrutar de la alberca con una bella vista desde la terraza hacia el muelle principal de la isla, todos los días se ven los cruceros y el atardecer increíble. Cuentan con estacionamiento y si se llegara a llenar hay lugares cerca sobre el Malecón, OJO solo estaciónate en lugares donde está marcado con color blanco, azul es para discapacitados, evita una multa y un mal momento en tus vacaciones. El desayuno y servicio en recepción (Ángel es sumamente amable) y restaurante es de lo mejor, las opciones son muy ricas y buenas porciones. Hay una panadería al lado del hotel, siempre huele a pan recién hecho (no es queja jaja). Yo renté un auto y me estuve moviendo por toda la isla, la ubicación del hotel es muy cómoda si quieres explorar el centro. Hay muchos restaurantes que se encuentran cerca de la zona o lugares de vida nocturna como la quinta avenida o el malecón.

We had such a pleasant stay here with Alicia & Chuco and we felt like family guests in their home. It was very comfortable and Chuco’s breakfast was incredible, amazing omelettes and guacamole! He always made sure we had eaten enough and in general both Alicia & Chuco are lovely hosts! Would come back anytime. The location is located 30mins by foot from the center, we walked twice and it was a pleasant walk (in general the island is quite big and anywhere you would need a scooter/car/bicycle to see all the beaches in the south, unless you plan to only see the north). You can also rent a car /scooter, Alicia & Chuco organize everything. Thank you for a lovely stay, we already miss it!

Villa Segovia is beautiful and extremely clean. Spotless. The staff is attentive and super nice. They even took my partner to a doctor’s appointment when they heard that’s where he was going. The breakfast by the pool is incredibly special. It feels like staying in someone’s home like a b&b in Europe. There are birds, a cat, a dog, and adorable puppies! We stayed in the Conejos room for about a week and it was very spacious, AC was cold and there was a ton of hot water, the beds were a little small but comfortable!, and the table on the breezy veranda was the perfect spot to sit and get my remote work done. The neighborhood is one we know well and a perfect spot for those who love to walk and explore. Lots of delicious food very close by. We will definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to our friends who come to Cozumel!

“Early bird paradise” Balcony has amazing view. Perfect for morning coffee and morning walks on the semiprivate beach - Honestly one of the best walking beaches on the island. Morning and daytime activities are extremely pleasant. Be inside by sundown to avoid becoming a mosquito buffet. Seriously. Daily maid cleaning a plus. Staff was helpful. Send out laundry service was very reasonable and good. If this unit had more comfortable furnishings, a usable kitchenette, and perfect maintenance it would easily rent much higher. This beautiful building is on Cozumel’s North Hotel Zone located outside of town. Cozumel is an island in Mexico - American modern plumbing standards do not apply here, this area has sea grass naturally, mangroves are beautiful and necessary for healthy oceans. If this is your first foray into Airbnb in Mexico, I recommend looking at the photos and other reviews carefully and choosing according to your personal preference. We enjoyed our time here.
