Cozumel : locations de vacances avec brasero

The house is absolutely incredible from an architectural perspective, featuring some truly unique and interesting spaces. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms are spectacular. The entire property is stunning—very secure—and the pool feels like a private retreat. We visited the Petite Lafitte Beach Club a couple of times, which is very close to the house, and we had an amazing time there. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. Pilar is definitely an outstanding host. She went above and beyond, offering recommendations on everything from local attractions to the best places to eat. We are beyond happy with this property and its services! Highly recommended!

Totally enjoyed our stay, ideal location couple of minutes walk to the beach and 5th Avenue. Lots of restaurants, shops, grocery stores and entertainment within a couple of minutes walk from the condo. Very pleased with the condo, transportation to and from the airport was included. Instructions for check in we easy to follow. Condo was spacious, clean and well stocked, including a washer/dryer unit that made washing clothes easy. Electric scooters and beach chairs were available in the unit. Would have no issue rebooking this unit if we were to return on another vacation. Host was very helpful throughout booking and stay. Was a pleasure dealing with our host.

Can't say enough good things about this place. It was clean, lots of towels, fully stocked kitchen and better views than seen in the pictures. There were restaurants on both sides of the building which made the atmosphere festive during the day (they closed early so it was nice and quiet at night). My daughter couldn't get enough of the snorkeling right off our beach. This was a great family vacation and we can't wait to go back!

Great condo in an absolutely wonderful neighborhood. Most importantly, it is so quiet and peaceful — much different than other places located in Playa del Carmen’s center. The bed is very comfortable. We slept great. There are nice restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the home. There is also a great pool. The host communicates very well. We would stay here again.

El departamento es muy cómodo, está impecable y acogedor. El anfitrión y el personal se comportaron muy amables con nosotros. Nos sentimos como en casa. Una excelente opción si deseas visitar la isla.

We enjoyed our time at David’s place. It is a beautiful space and a perfect location right downtown Centro Cozumel! Everything was super clean and good quality. The showers and bathroom felt very luxurious. We also appreciated having access to the rooftop pool. We’ve stayed at a few different places in Cozumel (including an all inclusive resort) and this was the best place by far! A great price and would definitely stay here again. I only bring this up for awareness and not to complain! We had a few problems at the start of our trip. Our access code to our front door wasn’t working. As well as some technical hiccups with the buttons to the stove. We also experienced a Wi-Fi outage for two days. However, the property manager Beto was very quick to respond and helpful in having these issues resolved in a timely manner. None of these issues made us regret our stay here. We had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks for making our trip great!

Had the best stay in my Mexico travel history. Have to go through 2 seperate secure checkpoints to get access to this neighborhood inside the neighborhood. All the homes are brand new. Positives: safe, had 2 small minor issues that were immediately fixed- they weren’t the owners fault just a drain was clogged and immediately fixed and then new toilet needed a fix and was done with ease. Cons: was so new that it’s difficult to find without coordinates but it’s far worth it. I don’t think there were any cons honestly. They don’t let randoms and strangers in unless you set up and approve it. It’s extremely safe and far better than resorts and hotels overall: Will probably do annual trips and group vacations here from now on. Thank you to the host for helping me experience an amazing bachelor party with my friends

The apartment was clean, beautiful and exactly as pictured. We especially loved the large balcony, which offered a view of the pool, but was also very private. We enjoyed the restaurants across the street and felt very safe. We were travelling with two young kids and the two bedroom set-up worked well for us. I will say the second bedroom doesn’t have a ton of privacy (slatted door with no noise barrier), so while it was perfect for our toddler, I could see that it might be challenging for adults. Many reviews say the apartment is close to the beach and 5th avenue. At the time that we were there the “shuttle” to those places was out of service, so it was a ~25 min walk minimum. This wasn’t ideal to do everyday with two toddlers so I wish we would have known that in advance. Also, the “pool bar/restaurant” was never open during our stay - I did ask the host about it but didn’t end up getting an answer. Again, just some inconveniences that you would hope to avoid traveling with kids.

Nous sommes ravie d'avoir pu séjourner chez vous, l'appartement est fidèle aux photos ainsi que le rooftop avec une très belle vue. Il y a tout à proximité car situé en bas de la 5eme avenue. Le soir on peut entendre la musique exterieur mais cela ne nous à pas empêcher de dormir. La seule chose qui nous a chagriné c'est le personnel que parle que très peu anglais et nous a refuser de nous donner un rouleau de papier toilette et le code de l'accès à la porte était erroné ce qui nous a fait perdre du temps. Pour le reste, vous ne regretterez aucunement de choisir ce logement qui repondra à vos besoins, nous reviendrons sans hesitation!
