Cozumel : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

El alojamiento está bien ubicado, hay un supermercado cerca y está cerca del centro de Playa y de la carretera federal que conecta a todo el estado. Ideal si van en auto. El fraccionamiento es muy familiar y tranquilo, las personas de seguridad fueron muy amables. La casa está muy bien equipada para hacer la estancia cómoda. La comunicación siempre fue puntual y muy clara. Volveríamos a alojarnos aquí sin duda alguna.

El departamento es muy amplió, las fotos no describen bien las proporciones ya que es más grande de lo que se aprecia, las camas son matrimoniales y muy cómodos los colchones. Hay un axxo muy cerca y la principal está a un par de calles, pasan constantemente taxis. Esta a unos 10 minutos de playa del Carmen centro (Chedraui). hay playas muy bonitas cerca, recomiendo la playa 88. En gral todo bien, tanto Cristián como la. señora Lulu estuvieron al pendiente y fueron amables con algunas dudas que tuve. Recomiendo mucho su estancia. Gracias.

Carolina’s place was the perfect combination of having everything we wanted in a place to stay and being close to downtown Cozumel when we wanted see the sights. There was more than enough space for the two of us, from the spacious master bedroom with an amazing view, to the fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. We were outside more than in, either soaking up the sun, relaxing in the pool, or taking the ladder down fight into the ocean. We had planned to take snorkel tours during our visit, but the underwater life right in front of Casa Rojas was varied and spectacular. We had rented a car to take in all the island’s sights, but we were also able to comfortably walk into Centro Cozumel from the house. Carolina was communicative from the day we booked and throughout our stay. Needless to say, Carolina and Casa Rojas made our first visit to Cozumel everything we could have hoped for!

Very nice stay- loved sitting by the pool for breakfast surrounded by mature plants and occasionally seeing hummingbirds. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Beds comfortable, hot water and cozy. Norman was responsive to questions and responded quickly.

Jeffrey and Mariel are the best host we ever had. Extremely responsive, full of suggestions. House is beautiful and recent, nice furniture same as photos. El Cielo is a quiet gated community 10 minutes drive from downtown PDC. Strongly recommended!

When we got to the place, Anna on behalf of Giovanna was super welcoming and helpful with all sorts of information on the place and the island in general. was a great experience dealing with her and was willing to help out with anything that popped up during our stay.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison de Francesca est parfaite ! bien équipée, sécurisée, en face de la piscine et bien placée pour partir visiter les sites alentours. Les personnes qui surveillent l'accès à la résidence sont très agréables et serviables. Francesca, malgré son absence physique, était toujours disponible et de bons conseils. si nous devons revenir dans ce coin, nous reviendrons avec plaisir chez Francesca ☺️ Logement que nous recommandons fortement.

Firstly, Belen and Feranado are amazing people. They are friendly and very responsive when you have a concern, a question, or whatever you need. The location is great; close to all amenities and the beaches. WIFI worked seamlessly everywhere, the rooftop, and the unit.

What a gem this place is! Everything was as described , near groceries , restaurants and of course the beach. Personally I enjoyed the terrace with the little jungle and absolute privacy. Would definitely come back. Keep the good job Laurie !

We loved our stay here! Although it was short, it was great. It was honestly probably one of the best air bnbs we’ve stayed at! As they had a lot of toiletries, and being able to do our laundry was definitely a plus. The pool upstairs is great! Also the bed is extremely comfortable, beware it will be hard to want to leave the bed 🤣 Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Our family of 3 had a great stay at Ann’s place. The position is strategic and close to the main attractions like beach and good restaurants. The amenities and kitchen ware offered is impressive so you can cook your own meal without problema. There’s a supermarket close by too! We’d definitely go back and I can certainly recommend it!

This Airbnb is in a great location. Grocery stores are a block away, as well as a fruit stand and several restaurants. The apartment was nice and clean, the air conditioning worked great and the pool was refreshing. As others have noted there is a bar near by that plays loud music…but you can just dance along or wear ear plugs. Our stay was wonderful.

This was a great family apartment. It was spacious and had all the things you need. The pool is heated. Anna was very helpful, she could recommend a really good massageterapeut and Anna also gave us recommendations where to rent a car. The place is close to supermarket and a lot of restaurants and approx 15min to the beach. I would definitely stay at this place again.

Loved my stay! Great place, amazing location.. Super close to big supermarket /everything store. Cute pool... perhaps a touch cold for some, but I'm Canadian, so found it refreshing.

Really great place to stay to explore Playa del Carmen. Loved the location, Michela was responsive, and the place was perfect to stay in for a week. There were some repairs going on during the day some days, so that was a bit distracting, but we went into the co-working space upstairs and the pool area when that happened. Loved staying here and plan to stay again!

Excelente departamento todo impecable, tiene poco que se construyó, cuidaron cada detalle para tener una excelente estadía con cosas de calidad, sabanas, almohadas, colchón muy cómodas para tener un buen descanso. En el baño todo de muy buena calidad toallas nuevas, secadora de cabello, buena regadera, buen lavabo con todo lo necesario para estar muy cómodo. La cocina contaba con todos los utensilios necesarios para preparar comida, él refrigerador de buen tamaño, microondas, cafetera, licuadora, estufa todo esto de muy buena marca y calidad. En cuanto al edificio es muy bonito por ser nuevo, cuenta con seguridad las 24 horas, un pequeño gimnasio y en el rooftop una alberca muy limpia así como una terraza con asador y sillones. La ubicación es muy buena estás a unos pasos de la quinta avenida y la zona es muy tranquila no hay música alta, la playa queda a pocas cuadras, así mismo cercana a varios restaurantes y super, excelente el trato de eva, recomendado al 100%, para que disfrutes.

The apartment had great facilities with the plunge pool and the rooftop pool. Awesome location with many amazing food options nearby. Would stay again.

Inmejorable, el lugar perfecto, tranquilo, seguro, el departamento precioso, con todas las comodidades, el estacionamiento excelente, el anfitrión siempre preocupado por nosotros, a nuestra llegada nos encontramos con una tarjeta de bienvenida, chocolates y una botella de vino de cortesía. Le condo de Marian est parfait et mieux que sur les photos. J'ai fait beaucoup de Airbnb et c'est le plus propre et le plus équipé que j'ai eu! Il est à distance de marche de tout, un peu bruyant certains soirs mais c'est normal c'est la ville de PDC! Les 2 salles de bain du logement nous ont été très utiles car nous étions 4 personnes. Nous prenions notre petit déjeuner tous les matins sur notre balcon face à la piscine dont nous avons profité également. Beaucoup d'équipements sont disponibles, chaises de plages, 2 parasols, serviettes de plage, 2 machines à café, mélangeur pour smoothie, livres, jeux, casse-têtes...vraiment un endroits que je recommande à 100% . Marian est également très sympathique et les personnes en charge de l'établissement également ! Tout était parfait, merci !

This was the best place I have ever stayed. Everything was nearby, so even though it rained heavily, I could access everything on foot. The interior space was exactly as shown in the photos, and it was very clean. I was very satisfied with the value for the price.

We had an amazing 10 days at Nick’s place! Everything was as advertised and we could not have been happier with our stay! Eduardo was extremely helpful both before and during our stay and super responsive to our questions, thanks again, Eduardo! We will definitely be back soon!

I was new to booking an Airbnb and didn’t understand a few things. I wasn’t happy with Airbnb’s initial resolve however, John and Valerie were very understanding and quickly worked with me through the process to a happy conclusion. The Condo was very spacious, close to the airport and close to town. It’s located north of town which is always more peaceful and away from the cruise ship crowds. Yet close enough for a quick cab ride or bicycle if you have one. The view from the outside porch is spectacular and you get to wake up to that same few from the master bedroom windows. We’ve been to Cozumel annually for the last 30 years. This was one of our best trips ever.

Tanto que quisimos otra noche pero ya no estaba disponible La quinta avenida a 3 minutos y la playa a 10, caminando, ¡súper cerca!
