Cozumel : locations de vacances

1. Muy limpio y ordenado! 2. Locación: Al llegar te confunde donde está porque el letrero de los departamentos está encima de una farmacia y casi no es visible. 3. El ruido: está súper cerca de los bares y se escucha por la noche pero después de unos días tan activos esa fue la menor de mis preocupaciones. 4. Alrededor hay muchas cosas para hacer y abajo hay una tienda 24/7 5. El estacionamiento: Cuenta con un estacionamiento muy chiquito solo un día logré estacionarme dentro y el resto estuvo lleno, me quedé afuera y no tuve ningún problema o susto! La zona muy segura! 6. Renzo y todos los chicos de recepción muy atentos! Excelente servicio! Definitivamente volveré!

From check-in to check-out, everything was absolutely flawless. Rudolph truly cares about his guests, and it shows in every aspect of the stay. He and his team were always just a message away, responding quickly and making sure I had everything I needed. Their hospitality made all the difference! The apartment was exactly as described in the listing—spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed. The themed decor added such a unique and stylish touch, making it feel extra special. The memory foam bed was unbelievably comfortable—I had some of the best sleep ever! The location was unbeatable, with direct access to a stunning beach and even a breathtaking cenote nearby. Having bikes and snorkels provided was a fantastic touch, making it so easy to explore. Plus, the local eateries were amazing—especially the mariscos place right next door (don’t forget to meet the parrot!). Amazing stay! The condo is exactly as described—luxurious, comfortable, and perfectly located. Just a short walk from the beach and 5th Avenue, it made exploring Playa del Carmen so easy. The rooftop pools offer breathtaking ocean views, and the onsite spa is a great bonus for relaxation. The unit itself is well-equipped, with great amenities like rainfall showers and onsite parking. The WiFi can be a bit unstable at times, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Plus, DeAnna is an excellent host—very attentive and always making sure guests have everything they need. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a mix of comfort and convenience!

We loved our stay! The penthouse is gorgeous and the amenities are just right. Having a kitchen was very nice - we enjoyed having a fridge, freezer, and microwave even though we ate out each day. I was concerned about street noise based on other reviews, but I think being on the top floor gave us enough distance from the street to enjoy peace and quiet. I am a fussy sleeper (the temperature has to be just right, the blanket weight and pillow fluffiness needs to be perfect) and I was very comfortable. We spent the first night in the downstairs bedroom but moved to the upstairs bedroom, which has individual fans over the beds and, in my opinion, better air conditioning. we traveled without a car and loved being close to everything - the beach (we paid for chairs at a bar for $10USD each), restaurants, cafes, etc. We've previously done playa del carmen resorts and missed the pools a bit, but got a day pass for a rooftop pool around the corner. We would definitely come back! 🩷

Our stay here was fantastic from start to finish! We were greeted by a very helpful concierge and they were awesome the entire stay. Gorgeous new and modern building in the BEST location (2 min walk to the beach, oxxo, tons of restaurants and cafe’s and 5th ave at 38th is like a 5 min walk). My favourite spot for healthy delicious food/smoothies/lattes every day was Arcana! The apartment was spotless and gorgeously decorated with a big comfortable balcony with nice views of the ocean. The AC units in the bedrooms were whisper quiet, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and it was very quiet at night (it gets very bright in the front room and sort of noisy in the morning on the street and hallway so bring ear plugs and a blindfold if you’re a light sleeper like me). The rooftop infinity pool area and bar were stunning as well! We will definitely be back to visit and stay here again!

I was new to booking an Airbnb and didn’t understand a few things. I wasn’t happy with Airbnb’s initial resolve however, John and Valerie were very understanding and quickly worked with me through the process to a happy conclusion. The Condo was very spacious, close to the airport and close to town. It’s located north of town which is always more peaceful and away from the cruise ship crowds. Yet close enough for a quick cab ride or bicycle if you have one. The view from the outside porch is spectacular and you get to wake up to that same few from the master bedroom windows. We’ve been to Cozumel annually for the last 30 years. This was one of our best trips ever.

Great location the access to the beach was right in front. We stayed here with our family for a couple days in playa del Carmen, we rented a car and parking was easy. The hotel was very clean and beautiful view. The pool was very nice, the rooms and beds were comfortable. We will definitely be back next time we visit playa del Carmen. Our Hostess was very responsive.

We had a fantastic vacation. Glenn was an incredible host and super helpful and friendly. Always there when you needed him. He also helped us get situated with an incredible chef team ( chef Kim) which was one of the highlights of the trip. Glenn was kind enough to help me Surprise and delight the moms of the group with champagne, flowers, and much more. I only asked for a few items but Glenn went above and beyond to make the surprise extra special adding balloons and cool heart shaped sunglasses and a hand written card . Casa Marina has a excellent location which is a very quick walk to the beach not to mention 24/hour security and much privacy. This was paramount for us since we were travelling with young kids. The pool is also one of the key features of the home as it has an awesome waterfall system which the kids and adults really enjoyed. It also got tons of sunlight. We had an incredible stay. We created fantastic memories and Glenn was a linchpin to make it happen!
