We stayed in December for Christmas it was wonderful. Place was great and we were able to find and get to all places

The condo is in a great location, just across from a beach and easily walkable to downtown. The place was exactly as described. It's spacious and had everything we needed. A minor repair was needed, and Amark responded immediately and had someone out to resolve it in less than 24 hours! We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay! Quiet, safe, and the best view! David was extremely helpful and kind. He even offered to let us check in early. We had a great time!

Yabey and the place were amazing. The unit was right across the street from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Rincon is a beautiful area with lots of surf spots. The common areas of the complex were well taken care of. Pool was very clean, and had bathrooms right down there for access from the pool or beach. Large balcony was nice to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee on in the mornings. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and spices, everything you need to cook a meal. Each room had a AC unit. Yabey provided beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach cart, cooler, kids toys, everything you need for a beach vacay. Will be definitely coming here again for a longer stay. Wife and kids did not want to leave

We loved our stay here. We have stayed in many of the different condos at this resort and have loved them all. We really enjoyed the extra large balcony with the amazing view of the ocean! We also appreciated having 4 beach chairs and a cooler to use while we were there. There were plenty of extra towels and bedding/blankets. The air conditioning and hot water both worked great! Also there were some water bottles and snacks when we arrived which was so great because we got in at 1am and had zero food or drinks in the morning. We were so grateful to have something to get us by.

We were only there for one night but we loved it, clean, excellent location, and Hector was very communicative. 100% recommend

Stephanie’s place in Isabela is spectacular! We are a family of five and our trip to Isabela was seamless because of this thoughtful, very secure, extremely well appointed and pristine space! Wow! We have stayed in many AirBnbs in Latin America, the US, Canada and beyond and this is by far one of our favourites! Everything is labeled, everything that you need is there (I took some notes for our own home and kitchen!), walkable to a calm lovely little lagoon perfect for toddlers and older children. Great pool. And lovely Montones beach a short drive away. We loved dinner at Palo’s in Jobos! But truly we enjoyed cooking at the condo (which I never do on vacation😂) and having coffee on the gorgeous terrace! An absolute gem of a place and I will definitely recommend to family and friends - run, don’t walk to book your trip! You will not regret it ☺️💚

this is my second time and it is always a pleasure staying at this location, beach is right across the street, washer and dryer, bistro 500 steps delicious. walking distance restaurants and bars. close to town and Crash boat love the communication form both super attentive. Will definitely book again. till next time.

This is my fourth stay at Nelida's place I feel safe,completely happy and comfortable there.The neighbors are fantastic people is dead end street,no traffic at all.And the view from the house is awesome . Can't wait to return. Nelida thanks for sharing your beautiful paradise.

This place was amazing! Pictures don’t do it justice. The house was open, felt like you were at home so clean the rooms are nice and spacious air-conditioning and all the rooms was so comfortable. The beds were amazing even the bunkbeds. The outside backyard made me feel like I was at a resort beautiful to wake up every morning too great with a family was able to sit outback barbecue have a great time. Spend time with each other on vacation really had an amazing time. If you’re looking for a great place to book in Puerto Rico this is it do not pass it up. The host and Orlando were phenomenal so helpful for whatever you need. We will definitely be booking this Airbnb again. Just want to say it was close to the beautiful beaches especially Playa Montana was beautiful and only about 2 miles away. I am telling you don’t pass this place up. What a GEM!!!

Loved this home. Beautiful surroundings, it's truly lovely inside and out. We especially appreciated the screened windows so we could enjoy the fresh air. The pool is an added plus, clean, cool and refreshing.

We always stay in Rincon every couple of months and concluded Ernest’s place is the best. Clean, comfy and cozy, everything as described and more. He is a great, responsive host always willing to help. He even left us two beach chairs and an umbrella without us asking. Definitely a super host and a great person. Will definitely return when we return to Rincon! 100/100 would DEFINITELY recommend. Thanks Ernest!

Excelente lugar, muy tranquilo. Relajante y con gran localidad, cerca de muchos restaurantes y la playa. Hay muchos mosquitos en el area pero es normal por el area en que esta localizado. Nos encanto el airbnb. Lo recomendaria y definitivamente volveria

If you’re a surfer, this place is for you! Right in between all of the best surf breaks. Clean house and very nice host. Highly recommended

Mark was a great communicator and very responsive to our messages. House had everything we needed and an amazing view. Relaxing to the ocean waves was a perfect way to spend our time there. Great area with some really good restaurants within walking distance at the top of the hill. Would definitely stay there again, and recommend to others!

Great place in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean apartment and grounds are well maintained. Parking is convenient right out front and the apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Had an amazing stay! The condominium is really lovely and filled w very friendly people. Brayla is an amazing host, the apartment was so clean and had everything I could have needed for my stay. Definitely going to be returning whenever I return to PR!

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Dolores' place. The place is very spacious and laid out well with the bedrooms away from the living/dining area. Often times pictures make places seem bigger than they are, but we can say that Dolores' place was larger than we expected. The kitchen is very nice with high-quality dishware and appliances. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, and all of the extras (games, snorkling gear, pack n play, etc.) were all a plus and made our vacation easier. The facility is very well-kept. The pool area was a plus to have and was always very quiet and not busy. The short path to a very nice beach can't be beat. It was also a quick walk into town and across the street to the bakery (highly recommend!) and grocery store. Overall, we had an amazing stay and I can honestly say that if we are back in Rincon we will be staying here again.

The apartment was clean, and we felt right at home. It was exactly like the pictures and it met our expectations. A place to consider if youre staying in the Rincon area. Horacio's condo was exactly as described. It was comfortable for the three of us and had everything we needed in terms of amenities, kitchen equipment, and comfortable beds. The location is great. It's right across the street from the Rincon town beach and an easy walk to beautiful Dona Lala's beach and the town central square. Many other beaches are within a short drive. The patio, pool and outdoor shower were very nice. David

Host ensured instructions were clear and was very communicative. I traveled with parents and they loved the amenities. Matched the description. Very very accommodating. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly. We are already planning a trip back. Couldn't be more thankful.

Great location with easy access to private beach and clean pool. Walking distance for several restaurants and a short drive to many others. Beautiful sunset views! Beach chairs and an umbrella were very helpful since we couldn’t bring those on the plane.
