Beautiful place! Close to Mt. bachelor and Bend. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. They have bikes in the garage for you to use. Highly recommend staying here!

Not a bad word to say about Eric & Emile's Caldera property! Enough room to house a large group, the amenities and garage playspace were clutch, and the kids had an amazing time. The design was amazing and all the details made it feel like a home - unlike some bare bones vacation rental properties. Can't recommend enjoying any season in Sunriver/Caldera and staying here!

This is such a beautiful home. The setting in the winery is an added bonus. Peaceful, relaxing and refreshing. We rented the entire house and it worked out well. There is the common room but also we had our separate bedrooms to retreat to whenever we wanted. The host was extremely helpful, kind, and responsive. The staff at the winery were extremely friendly as well. The pool and hot tub were clean and easy to use. There wasn’t one bad thing about this place. It is set up perfectly for a family to enjoy a nice home. Even without renting the entire house you still feel like you’re the only one there. Such an enjoyable experience. Will definitely stay here time and time again. Thank you to Valisatie for being such a wonderful host. The house and property are beautiful.

We had an amazing stay. We felt right at home when we got there. The instructions for check in and check out were easy to follow. The bathrooms were clean. The kitchen had all the basic necessities. The hot tub was clean, private and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and we loved that there was so many extra blankets. This was close to the village and sharc center. We love the area and appreciate all the different bike options we had even for children. We were able to use the bike wagon/stroller and ride to the park and the river which wasn’t too long of a ride. Some of the cons There were a few dog hairs on the bed and we did not have a pet with us but I understand it comes with the territory of being a pet friendly home. There was also specific instructions for cleaning out the fire place but the metal tin was already full of ashes. The grill outside was a little too deteriorated on the inside for our liking. These weren’t a deal breaker for us but good to know.

Joel was very helpful. We needed a quick place to move for our home remodel which of course grew. The house is very nice and convenient. Bathrooms and towels very clean. The property was well cared for. The microwave is hard to use as its screen is very dark. We had to guess. This property is excellent.

We had an amazing spring break mini vacay with our family friends, dogs, and kiddos. The home was spacious, beautiful, and the indoor pool was a huge hit. It was exactly how it was described and Tara was incredibly responsive and helpful. The location is super close to Pilot Butte, my husband ran each morning to the top of the butte and we took a family hike there as well. It’s also convenient to get to other spots in Bend. Absolutely would stay again and highly recommend for families with kiddos and pets!

We spent 7 nights over spring break at this house. We were looking for a more secluded getaway and this fit the bill. Still close enough to amenities but out there. Everything at the house was functional, but we were warned beforehand to bring our own drinking water (I also saw mention of this in the reviews). Of course my kids became thirstier than ever so we plowed through a lot of bottled water! We really enjoyed the hot tub and movie room. Some of us even jumped in the pool for a minute for fun, but the water was still quite chilly (as expected). The property is amazing! Our dog picked up a couple ticks when I walked him through the more wooded area, so be sure and have your dogs meds up to date (not a bash on the place, I mean it’s the forest…just a heads up for people with dogs). Cody was great at being accommodating and helpful. Couple small things here and there that could be tightened/touched up, but par for the course for a well used STR. Would recommend

I traveled back home to Eugene with my family to take care of a close relative that had recently been in and out of the ER. This house was an oasis of calm during the trip -- a classic mid 20th century Coburg Road area home, with just the right touches of modernity. The house was clean and comfortable. The beds were perfect to sleep in (the firm pillow was amazing for my often painful neck). The location was perfect -- just off Coburg Road, centrally located between my relative's house and PeaceHealth Riverbend, and we could easily get anywhere we needed to go. This was a perfect Airbnb experience. Kudos to Americana and Neil. I couldn't recommend it more!

This was a lovely stay in Bend. Quite affordable compared to hotels, and we had privacy and so much more room! The instructions from check in onward were clear and friendly. Highly recommend.

This cute house was fantastic!! It literally had everything we could ever need. Gwen and the hosts were super quick to respond and checked in just in case we needed anything. Will definitely stay again when traveling to bend!

Diana was a great host! The space was in a great location and had everything we needed. She was very responsive, had great recommendations, and provided clear and simple check-in and check-out instructions. Would highly recommend this stay!

Sue was wonderful! We couldn't figure out how to make the coffee maker work so I called Sue and she brought a brand new one over within 20 minutes!

The place was cozy and comfortable! Heather was great to communicate with. Everything we used was in working condition. This was one of the few rentals that had working no stick pans. Huge plus!

This was an absolute gem of a place -- I am originally from the area, and it made me feel right at home! Beautiful location a stone's throw away from great restaurants (literally so from the C Street Bistro, though you'd have to throw the stone over the neighbors and across the street), and walking distance from everything. Also, this was the BEST provisioned AirBnB I've EVER stayed at -- washer and dryer got used (she had laundry soap!), dishwasher got used (she had dishwashers soap!), plenty of paper towels and trashbags, full set of flatware, dinnerware, 36" gas stove. The high ceilings and great natural light were also perfect. To give an idea of how much we loved it and the hostess, the first day we stayed my wife told me "The next time we go to Jacksonville to see the family, this is where we are staying." Really a wonderful place.

We had an absolutely perfect weekend here! The house was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The bed was so comfortable! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We loved walking our dog in the quiet and friendly neighborhood. We felt close to everything, but removed enough from campus and downtown to feel really restful. As we were packing to leave, I asked my husband, "Why can't every Airbnb be as nice as this one?" Wish we could stay here every time!

Ladies weekend getaway and birthday celebration. it was perfect for what we wanted! The house was extremely clean with no odor and very comfortable. The propane fire pit in the back worked beautifully. Dean was responsive and proactive with communication and I would love to stay at this home again next time we visit Bend if it's available.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hygge Hideaway - Loved the thoughtful and calming interior, well-equipped kitchen, private location in the trees with mountain views, turkeys roaming the neighborhood - it was a perfect place to unplug and explore the area. Mark and Hanna took great care of us and made sure we had the best time!

Ed and Jacquie’s place was exactly what we needed. We were on a road trip moving some stuff and towing a trailer, so finding a private, safe spot where we didn’t have to unload everything was a big deal. Their property was perfect, and the pull-through driveway made it super easy to get in and out with the trailer. On top of that, Ed and Jacquie were incredibly kind and welcoming. Honestly, some of the nicest hosts we’ve ever had. The property was peaceful and relaxing, with a creek out back, and the house itself was cozy and comfortable. We felt right at home. I only wish we could have stayed longer! If you’re in the area and need somewhere to stay, definitely stay here. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful peaceful private location with lovely well cared for garden spaces and cozy sitting areas. We had a wonderful family get together here. Great communication with Kevin who is helpful and available. Classy kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Large living room and spacious dining room. The theater was "over the top" fun for a few movies nights. Our favorite BnB stay of all time!! We look forward to enjoying this home again.

We have stayed at many rentals in Sunriver over the years but this was hands-down the most comfortable place we have ever stayed. The house is well appointed, clean, and has all of the amenities that our family wanted for our vacation. We would stay here every time we visit if we could. Carolyn

We loved our short stay on our road trip between Tahoe and Seattle. Perfect overnight spot for us and our doggie and we especially appreciated Wren's flexibility in accommodating our last minute booking. Loved the special doggie touches and treats as well as the fenced in backyard.

Enjoyed 3 nights with a group of 9 for an annual ski trip to Mt Bachelor. ~25 mins to the mountain and <10 mins to the heart of Sunriver. We loved how private and peaceful the property was. Everything was clean and met expectations. Dining room table fit everyone for shared meals and hot tub was a nice post-ski addition. Seperate cabin was appreciated as well to give the doggos seperate space. Would stay again!
