Pictures match listing. New build that is built very well. Very quiet and could not hear anyone in the other unit the entire time we were there. The deck has a view of the Ohio River which was a nice surprise. Perfect location that is easy to get in and out of. We will definitely be back when we are in town!

Rena was super helpful and the location of the bnb was amazing! Everyone around was friendly, make sure you walk up to the daily grind (coffee shop) for a great cup of coffee and more! Highly recommend staying here!

I really enjoyed my stay here, and Evan and Kinsey were great hosts that were easy to communicate with! Very clean and cozy space!

Marrianna was a wonderful host and great with communication. She was able to accommodate our late check in and was helpful with recommendations and making sure we didn't need anything. The house was as described and we appreciated that it was so reasonably priced. We'd stay here again if we're in the area.

Evan And Kinsey where superb hosts! This was a cozy, warm AirBNB. Plenty of 'extras' available if needed - cookware, bedding, board games, etc. No problems getting in touch with them at all! We had a small problem with the lock on the door, likely my fault - but they were immediately available to help out and after a few minutes they were able to correct the issue. This was a nice peaceful stay without any hassles at all. No outlandishly picky or obnoxious rules; just simple common sense and respect! Would have no problem at all staying at one of their locations in the future! Thanks for the great, easy stay Evan And Kinsey!!

A truly cozy BNB with exactly what you need to be comfortable. I have nothing negative to say and would gladly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and private stay.

The Hummingbird Cottage was a great place for us to stay for the week as we awaited the move in date of our new home. Joan was very accommodating of our needs, was very responsive and easy to talk to. Her cottage was well equipped with everything we needed, plus added thoughtful touches such as a container of treats for our fur baby. The colorful decor, cozy pillows and blankets, and fun board games made it very welcoming. Joan checked on us mid stay to see if we needed anything. We highly recommend.

We enjoyed our time at Allison’s property! It was a quick 12 minutes drive to French Lick for food and restaurants. We l Mostly stayed at the house and enjoyed the trails on property. Great spot for family or friends!

My husband and I loved our stay at Summit Cottage. The home was adorable, clean, and modern. It was nice to have private parking in the rear, and wonderful accommodations for our dog. Super close walking distance to shops, restaurants, and French Lick Resort. We look forward to visiting again. Thank you, Heather, Troy, and JoJo

Nice little place very close to things situated downtown

A beautiful environment, just minutes from Santa Claus, IN, and Holiday World. We were able to take advantage of the well-maintained fire pit two nights in a row and enjoyed a sunset through the fall foliage, then the night sky clear from light pollution. The house was great, we had an encounter with a few bugs in the kitchen, but the host dealt with it quickly and proactively! The kids said they want to go back to Holiday World as soon as possible, but even with the soft beds, I think my back needs some time to recover from the towering wooden coasters :)

I’m so glad I found this place. It was peaceful and was fun to just walk around the little town and read all the historic signs. The character and history of the home and area was really neat to learn about. It’s not too far from Louisville so it made it feel like you were going home at the end of the day.

Absolutely LOVED our stay! 10/10 highly recommend to all. Do not pass this place up. It is peaceful and private, but not too far from town (less than 10 minutes) Karen and Ron have went above and beyond with the inside of the home. Everything is labeled and very easy to navigate. Karen met us to give us a quick tour upon check in and was super responsive through our stay. The pool is amazing and worth the price alone. There are games and stuffed animals for the kids and tons of water toys and floats. Next time all we will need to bring is our swimwear! There are bathroom toiletries, kitchen utensils, many coffee options, endless towels, etc. These hosts are top tier! We will be coming back for sure!
