Kens place is a great place to stay, it’s clean, comfortable, and everything Tulsa has to offer is within about a 20 minute drive. Kens directions were clear and easy to follow when it came time to check in. Location is tucked away nicely in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great place to stay, lots of room. We got into an accident on our way to stay and when Kelly found out she was amazing and even insisted on buying us dinner when we got to the house. We would love to come stay again. The house is beautiful

The house is spacious, relaxing and easy to navigate. Instructions on how to operate anything and expectations were well done. Cat had to hire other cleaners due to her being out of town and they did not do a great job making the house ready for a new renters eg... dirty towels, very little toilet paper, no plug for the tub and dishwasher full of dirty dishes. However when I contacted Cat, she immediately responded and provided solutions and answers to rectify all issues. Once resolved we had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to rent the house again the next time I return to the Sand Springs area.

We stayed with our 2 dogs and 2 cats for a quick overnight after driving 16 hours. We weren't there long but the place had everything we needed. It's in a nice secluded area out in the country. Very peaceful. We loved the old/antique farmhouse vibes it gave us.

We were in town for a wedding so we had a lot of family to find beds for! The whole house was exactly what we needed. As with most families, we tended to congregate in the kitchen and this kitchen was perfect for that. The fire pit was SO nice to sit around and decompress after the wedding! If we ever found ourselves needing to stay in the Tulsa area, without reservation, we would stay here again!

It was a great fit for our family. I even locked the keys inside and he brought us another key in a quick manner. Felt like home, very clear and cute. Will stay again if in the area.

The stay was great! Some of the kitchen items needed to be updated but if you don’t plan on cooking a whole lot, you obviously won’t even notice, and I’m being picky in saying that. Everything we needed was there and clean up was easy!

The Treehouse was a great place to stay for me and my girlfriend's anniversary. Absolutely beautiful home with a great view, new and modern appliances, and a very cozy atmosphere. There was plenty of kitchenware and supplies provided to make meals and the kitchen as well as the rest of the house was spotless when we arrived. There were board games to keep us busy and the family room was very comfortable to watch movies in. Erwin was a very helpful host and I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to stay, or getaway. Five stars we will most certainly be returning.

This place is amazing! The backyard is HUGE and the hot tub was a great addition. Plenty of towels as well. Would stay here again!

It was a lovely overnight trip out of the city. The snowfall felt like a paid actor in the romantic dromcom Valentine special. The cabin is perfect. The bed and pillows are comfy and the cabin was warm and cozy.

Upon arrival we were sent a message asking if they could upgrade us to another cabin. Which was cabin C3. We were appreciative of the upgrade, but we were really looking forward to the cabin we had originally booked. When we entered the place it was clean, but the back patio door didn’t lock completely, there was a small stick in the door to help secure it. We notified the host and she assured us that is was only big enough for a small child to fit through as two woman staying there alone, we still felt it would be more of a safe comfort if the door gets fixed soon even though the environment felt safe. surroundings were peaceful, bed was very comfy and the hot tub was very relaxing although we wish it would have heated to a little bit warmer of a temperature even though we set it to the highest setting. Soaking in the hot tub under the stars was breathtaking though. I rated 5 stars because overall it was wonderful and would love to stay again and experience the other cabins.

Mary had the house decorated so adorably, making us feel right at home. She even had fun Spring/Easter treats set out which the kids loved! Everything felt warm, cozy, and inviting. The house was easy to find, the neighborhood quiet, and the location was perfect for all our activities, convenience stores, and fast food. We had such a nice, relaxing time!

Ken was such a wonderful host. He always made sure we had everything we needed for the house, especially during very cold temperatures.

Very nice place, it's been on my list for a while. I want to revisit in the summer. The view of the stars at night and the chiminea were great!

This was so great! We enjoyed this so much. I would absolutely stay with her again. It was clean beds were so comfortable and I don’t say that often as typically beds are hard but these were so comfortable I want to just keep sleeping. Coffee bar was well thought out and had something for everyone

Nice quiet spot to unwind. Loved having the hot tub usage for the evening. The other cabins were close by, but it still felt private. Not much around the area for activities, but if you’re just looking for a quiet spot, this is a great choice! Clean and as advertised.

My wife and I absolutely loved the tiny home. It was perfect for us to get away for a couple of days. And my favorite part was that my dog was allowed.

Lovely little place. It's not as secluded as advertised, as there are 3 other places right next door. Otherwise it was very nice and the host is excellent. Super flexible and professional.

The location was quiet and remote (yet only 15 min from town). The hot tub was incredible and the bed comfortable.

This cabin was amazing! It was secluded but not completely off the grid. Everything was clean and as advertised, the AC’s kept it very cool and our host was very considerate and worked with us on a late checkout. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely keep this place in mind the next time I’m in Oklahoma.

The place is exactly what we needed for us to reconnect and we enjoy the private place with a hot tub and surrounded by nature. The host was responsive and kind. The only drawback was only a few towels, no hair dryer ( going to bed with wet hair) no detergent to wash clothes & towels. Other than that it was enjoyable and now relax, regroup, and recharged going back home. We would stay there again.
